Our waitress, Victoria, was great, as was the food. We had the good fortune to meet Kevin Mattner, president of Masterpiece Caterers, a true gentleman. We chatted for an hour, about life, weddings and Masterpiece.

Very disappointed by the slow service. After appetizers, we actually stacked the plates and utensils for the service person to remove. Took them 10 minutes to remove!

Judging from past visit to this restaurant, the service was a bit slower. We waited a long time just to place our drink order.

Servers forgot to give my mom birthday desert as i indicated in my OpenTable reservation and then twice in person as i stepped out during the meal. Astounding. And they were not apologetic at all.

We sat at the bar while waiting for the rest of our party . We met the owner who was very kind . Our table was ready , they didn’t rush us while we waited for our party . The food was delicious, one wasn’t too thrilled with his dish , and the staff was quick to take it back , no charge and replaced it with something to his liking . Staff was very friendly and helpful . Food and drinks were very good . Desserts were excellent!!

Everything we ordered was delicious and perfectly prepared, as usual. The drinks were also on point and the waitstaff is attentive and friendly. We sat in the fireplace room which is very quaint and cozy while still remaining elegant. Special shout-out to the wonderful hostess always goes out of her way to see that everyone is happy and comfortable.

The food was very good. A nice choice of specials which I appreciate The tablecloths were removed which I think is a mistake This is an upscale not inexpensive restaurant. The tables should reflect that Thursday night is usually music night. There was no music and very few patrons. Bring back the music Loretta as always is the hostess with the mostest. Always checking on every table to make sure that everyone is happy Every restaurant needs a Loretta Our waiter Matthew was as always adorable and attentive. Definitely adds to the dining experience

Surprisingly, VIVO was half empty at 7 PM on Friday night. Service was very slow! First to get a menu and more time to place an order. The Mediterranean salad was very good, as was Shrimp Linguini, served piping hot. It just took a long time to actually receive food. We did not order any alcohol due to Lent. Our water glasses were never refilled. Over all great food, poor service!

The only thing we weren’t happy with was the bartender’s pour on the whiskey. He barely poured anything in. Was the worst pours we’ve ever gotten! We loved our waiter Mathew. He was polite, sweet, helpful and attentive. The ambiance is lovely, has its own parking lot is a major plus, and the food was very good and well priced. Would definitely go back!

Been here before. Great food and service and beautiful decor. A bit noisy but I kind of like a full restaurant with lots of people enjoying themselves. It adds to the wonderful energy. Highly recommend.

We went to Vivo to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food and portion size was very good, especially the burrata, shrimp scampi and the short ribs. Service was uneven. The server was friendly and tried to be helpful but water glasses weren't refilled unless the server was called over. They were quick to try and remove plates but the wait between dinner and serving dessert was too long. We assume this was because the restaurant was busy with large groups. Next time we'll try the brunch.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Bayside. Upscale atmosphere, delicious food and warm and friendly staff. I just attended their Halloween dinner dance and had a wonderful time. Great place to celebrate a loved ones birthday especially on a Thursday night when they have live music. I am now planning to have a private party in their upstairs Great room.

Table for 2 is too small. Would not recommend restaurant to a party of 2 unless larger table is provided. Food was falling on the floor because there was no place to put the plates. Bread basket was removed prematurely to enable more space.
