We went for Sunday brunch. Service and food were very good with ample breakast and lunch options. Wish the bloody mary was part of the brunch. Property is beautiful.

Went for the first time based on a suggestion from my partner. We asked for bar seating. Ordered a variety of dishes and a bottle of wine. Everything was ok, thought the octopus was over cooked and somewhat tough, but not enough to send back…that is until a waitress behind the bar knocked over my full glass of wine directly onto my lap, soaking my pants and shirt. While she was understandably apologetic and flustered…the only thing the bartender and waitress did was to offer me a bunch of dry napkins. There was no offer to pay for the cleaning bill for my soaked clothes, no offer to replace the full glass of spilt wine or an apology from management for the accident or any kind of recompense for the soaked clothes and obviously horrible experience. When the bill came, we were charged the full amount with no compensation for lost wine or even an offer for a free dessert or cleaning bill, let alone any discount on our bill… We were instead met with obvious inconsideration and zero accountability from the bartender (who served us) and the manager. Given their haughty demeanor and the restaurant’s purported reputation for upscale service…this disdain and lack of accountability makes it hard for me to award the restaurant with anything except a failing grade. It was an overall very negative experience and I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant. Disappointing and ruined Saturday night…

I love this restaurant! My sister and I frequently meet at Vivo as it is equidistant to each of our homes. We've never had complaints. The service, food, ambience is always amazing, and it is impeccably clean. We are treated royally and can sit for as long as we want and never feel rushed. This review should have been submitted a long time ago. Thank you Vivo for being our favorite restaurant!

Waitress was VERY inattentive. Food was, at best, mediocre. Very small portions. Not as good as it once was!!! I would NOT recommend!

First time dining at VIVO with my mom, the food was absolutely delicious and our waitress was very attentive and sweet. Will definitely come back again, thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our waitress, Victoria, was great, as was the food. We had the good fortune to meet Kevin Mattner, president of Masterpiece Caterers, a true gentleman. We chatted for an hour, about life, weddings and Masterpiece.

Very disappointed by the slow service. After appetizers, we actually stacked the plates and utensils for the service person to remove. Took them 10 minutes to remove!
