   The place is nice and clean. The waitress must have been new. She struggled a lot at the beginning. Several things not available on the menu. Wasn't told that until we tried to order it. Overall a good experience.

   Food was mediocre at best. Beef in the beef stroganoff was very tough, nearly inedible. Flavor was off. Wife had the fried chicken which was ok except the chicken was covered in gravy and therefore not crisp. The "succotash" appeared to be nothing more than a frozen veggie mix. Decor appears nice. Not sure about the TV in the dining area and what ambience they are trying to achieve. Service was alright, offered refills relatively timely, did not ask about dessert, and brought out the food in stages - two of us had our meals while waiting 5 or so minutes for the other two to get theirs and one was incorrect.

   Everything about our experience was amazing! The salmon dish was the best meal I've had in a long time. Kudos!!

   Fabulous brunch menu that offered great standards and pleasant new tastes. Each of the four of us ordered a different item and all were fantastic!

   Great for a nice dinner before a concert or other downtown event. I have been to Vivians several times, but this time was better. Excellent waitress and great food.

   Very cool ambience. Modern bistro pub feel with a nostalgic Jersey diner style furnishing and accent. Server was attentive and friendly and eager to share specials and had good product knowledge. Place was nearly empty but then again it was a bit late for dinnertime. Food was subpar. Not bad. Just not really good. I got a lobster roll and the corn succotash. Corn tasted like all the veggies came from a can or frozen steamer bag - very bland. The lobster roll was 100% finely shredded - no big pieces of meat and had pretty much no taste. Wasn't on a lobster roll traditional roll and nothing else in it. More like a lobster salad spread. Unimpressive and priced like the meal it should have been. My friend got a few apps as sides and let's just say, I wasn't allowed to choose the restaurant again today after last nights bet on Vivians.

    Bar service was prompt and friendly. Dinner server was accommodating with special request. Appreciated birthday treat. Side potatoes were less than luke warm with meatloaf. Enjoyed the house dressing.
