Vito's Italian Restaurant
food was outstanding and service was excellent, Menu selection is good
Birthday great place
Great food and service
slightly disappointing in the overall service. Waiter was attentive but not at the same time, food came out mostly Luke warm at best. we were there celebrating my husband and my birthday with our kids.
My husband ordered a second cocktail and we never got it and then it still showed on our bill. It was adjusted off but was just a disappointing meal overall.. we went last year for our birthday, the service was great and food was amazing so we decided to come back.. not sure that we will go back again after this past experience.
The food is absolutely delicious. Ted was our sever and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this place.
It’s always nice to have dinner at Vito’s. Great service nice food no complaints at all.
The place is excellent although service is highly dependant on who you get as a server. Highly recommended and will keep going back
Always a pleasure and thanks to Giulio with whom I have know for years(too many to admit ;)) the evening was that much better!
We sat in the bar area as requested. The entertainment was great! The restaurant itself was too warm. We were sweating and told a staff member. The food is usually very flavorful but this time the Carbonara was significantly less flavorful. The ham and bacon were MUCH LESS than previous. We ordered 2 “Togo “ soups for our daughters and one of the containers had a hole in it. The waitress thought there may be a problem but didn’t really look further.. she saw the bag was wet. By the time we got home 10 min drive... the broth leaked out and also there were no noodles in either bowl and it was supposed to be chicken noodle soup. Very disappointed for one of our “go to “ restaurants. It will be a while before we return. So Disappointed!
A perfect evening!! The food was phenomenal and the service was exceptional.
The food was good, but the garlic bread was very dry with hardly any garlic. We have had much better at this restaurant.
Everything was excellent, with the new venue, perhaps better than the old Vito's.
Love this restaurant. The food is great and the staff is excellent. Our waiter was doing card tricks for everyone. He was very good too. This is a restaurant that goes the extra mile for you. Sat at the bar for a drink before dinner, and the entertainment was great. We frequent this restaurant often, and will continue to do so.
Service was good, Yvonne was very attentive & visited our table often. Food was good, all meals were served hot & made to order. Noise level was very distracting. There was live music in the bar area which made table conversation almost impossible. If we were to go back we would make sure it was a night when there was no live music.
Another amazing evening spent in this culinary paradise. The food, the service and the sounds blended together to make it a perfect date night. Chef Dan did an amazing job on my girlfriends vegan option and I had the flounder which was a mouthwatering bite after bite after bite till I was gone. This is a must visit if you enjoy great ambience, music, amazing service and food That will just leave you wanting more. I love this place and certainly recommend it to anybody looking for a great night out!!
Great food and service. Needs some attention to the front hostess area. Perhaps someone more personable. We felt like a number when we walked in but fortunately it got better directly after that
Disappointed in the clams they were like rubber. Should have sent them back.
Vito's has authentic Italian food that impresses even my Italian husband! Their service is as exceptional as their food.
Service was terrible last time we went so we have it another try. Service was terrible again.
This was our second time dining at Vito's. This experience could only be graded as outstanding, from our pre dinner drinks at a great bar, through the after dinner coffee and expresso. I can think of no better place to have spent mothers day. The wait service was there for our every need. Just can't say enough to express how this restaurant succeeded in their goal of making your dining with them a completely pleasurable experience.
Being an Italian from NY I am very critical of the "Italian Cuisine" we typically get in the south. I will say that Vito's has an authentic menu, nice wine list and traditional desserts. When ownership and the chef come out to visit to check on your experience you know you have found a traditional establishment, but when the chef takes a seat at your table and you spend 15 minutes discussing old dishes and places in NY then you know you have found the best Italian in NE Florida.
Great Italian restaurant somewhat crowded for holidays such as Mother's Day which ads to the noise level thus impacting conversion.
We were seated right on time, the service was prompt and pleasant and the food was very good. An enjoyable experience.
Vito's Italian Restaurant is a very nice place to take your significant other for any special occasion.
Not my best meal there. Salad was scimipy with watery dressing and the veal was very chewy. Yvonne was a great server and made the evening. Believe it was an off night for them.
Consistently good food and always good service. Recommend
Vito's is always a great choice for Any Reason! Thanks Again
Haven't had a bad meal yet! Great Italian food for a fair price.
Delicious food and excellent fast service. Never disappointed.
Excellent food and service as always
Great food; Excellent service. Acoustics make noise level higher
Great experience, excellent food. The server and chef went out of their way to prepare something not on the menu for my 3-year old daughter. Wonderful place!
Dined at Vito's on Friday, May 3rd. Normally, we would have rated our experience 5 star. Due to a couple of unruly children behind us, the experience was one I would rather forget. One child screamed at the top of her lungs every 30 seconds, while the other child ran around the restaurant. No adult at the table lifted a finger to control the situation. Normally, Vito's has beautiful Italian music playing. Who could hear it. The food is exceptional, but with all the noise behind us, all that was left was a bad taste in our mouths. I wish they could bring back old-fashioned parenting. I can't see why the restaurant staff themselves can't step up and rectify the situation. In the meantime, we will continue to dine at Vito's. A few more episodes like the one we experienced on Friday night, and we will be eating Italian somewhere else. Nothing enhances the flavor of a forkful of delicious food like a screaming and misbehaving child at the table behind you. Maybe Vito's could hold some parenting classes in the mornings. Think anyone would attend?
Food, ambiance and value all first class, as was our server Franco. We will definitely ask for him again....!
Vito’s is one of our favorite restaurants in our neighborhood. The service is “spot on”, and the dining areas are large. The bartenders are improving, now making more “craft cocktails”. Entertainment in lounge is “ a Plus” .The chef visits tables to see if you liked your meal. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the Greek salad, which used to be wonderful , but has been served lately with soggy “old looking” greens, and is very lacking in feta cheese, tomatoes, bell peppers, and olives. Also, on week-ends it is extremely loud. Still love the nightly specials. Great Italian food!
Food was excellent. Service was rushed, one patron's meal was not hot, the other two were fine.
Not sure why Open Table asked if this were for a special occasion. I had noted it was for a birthday. No mention or question about that was asked by the hostess or the server.
Has the chicken Marsala. Can’t go wrong!!
Cajun seafood pasta is amazing. Perfectly prepared and seasoned. Chef Julio and staff are attentive and welcoming.
Vito’s is the benchmark to which all other Italian restaurants should aspire. Outstanding service only exceeded by an incredible menu and authentic Italian cuisine second to none. We highly recommend this restaurant!
This was our second time to Vito's. The first time the amount of food seemed larger and the rolls were better. The second time we weren't impressed, it's just way too pricey. There are other Authentic Italian restaurants that are much less expensive and have outstanding food.
