   We normally have an outstanding experience here. This was probably a fluke, but our server was not attentive at all. We weren't ready to order drinks when she came so she left us for quite a while - like 10 minutes!! She would bring us something and then walk away. She wouldn't ask us if we needed anything else or if everything was okay. Very disappointed. Never happens here! I complained about my dessert and she left it on the bill. On our way out, Vito himself asked me how everything was!! When I complained about the ice cream, he tried to give me cash out of his pocket!! I wouldn't take it but I love that he cares so much! We've been going here for 27 years and will continue to go back. I may just ask the name of the server so I can request we NOT get her next time!!

   We were a party of 7. Table was already, and server right there for us. Food was fantastic.

   We are a great dinner! The food was delicious! We have wanted to go here and could never get a reservation so happy we finally did!!Thank you!

   My on line reservation clearly stated one of the party of 4 was wheelchair bound. We chose this place because they provided a wheelchair ramp to get into the restaurant- plus 1; however, despite a phone call the day before to confirm the reservation, and stating the wheelchair situation, upon checking in, we're told the table assigned to us was down two stairs -minus 1; the 7pm checking in was very busy. The hostess found a table in the bar section very quickly - plus 1; the waiter was friendly, but too busy and forgot to place our appetizer order - minus 1. The food was delicious and only took 30 minutes to arrive at our table. The drinks were strong and the noise level a bit too loud - plus 4. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would recommend this restaurant to others. Plus 4.

    Vito Marcello’s is amazing! The food was delicious and full of flavor. We had great service and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and homemade. The homemade salad dressing was amazing! We will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in North Conway!
