   Loved the very healthy food!! Sarah came out and greeted each table near closing time. Best Mediterranean food in the Twin Cities.

   Healthy and delicious food. Unique entrees with a lot of fresh vegetables that really worked together. Large portions. Everything we tried was excellent and everything around us looked and smelled wonderful. Can’t wait to go back and try more.

   My new favorite restaurant!! Delicious & healthy! The halibut & raw pad thai are phenomenal!! Great ambience too (music, lighting, etc)!!

   RARE FIND!!!! If you like organic, fresh food made in a unique way, treat yourself to a meal here. Sara went out of her way to make our experience special. There is a beautiful view of the lake too. And the food is truly healthy and high quality. We went for dinner and couldn't have been more impressed by the moroccan chicken. It was so delicious!!! She's works hard to bring unique, healthy options to the area. A true sign of a good meal is when you feel fantastic 30 minutes after eating it....and we did. :) Thank you Sarah!!

   This was our first visit to Vitalist and we were amazed. The menu offered creative and flavorful choices not found in other restaurants. Can’t wait to return to try other items on the menu. The wine list has reasonably priced options but is limited. Sarah said that she is still building the list.

   As an almost vegan, I was excited to try this new spot! Unfortunately, I think they are still working out some kinks. We were happy to learn they did serve beer & wine but the sign had to be hidden for some reason, our server wasn’t sure why. She was nice but didn’t know much about anything on the menu & when we asked, she actually told us the pasta was served warm when it was actually supposed to be served cold. I tried a different pasta dish & same thing- it was served cold. Nice presentation on the food but I don’t know too many ppl who like cold pasta. Prices seemed expensive. She gave us a sample of the gizpacho to bring home but also not a fan of cold soup. Cute ambiance & only patrons there so I hope they make some updates on the menu & the server learns more about their food.

   Second time at Vitalist and had a chance to explore the menu in depth. Once again the food is wonderfully presented, the flavors are interesting and nicely paired and melded, and the service is attentive and unobtrusive. Had a nice chat with the chef about her restaurant. Perfect location to boat to (or come by car) on a summer Tonka day. Small collection of wine that will expand and a very reasonable corkage fee.

   Sarah was amazing and sat our party although it was closing time and then provided an amazing dinner for our surf crew! Every dish was unique and flavorful! We will definitely be back. We had some veg and non-veg eaters and everyone enjoyed the selections.

   The food was varied, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The service was attentive and pleasant. Loved that we were able to boat to the restaurant. We will be back.
