Went on a date night. Horrible experience. Hour for a waiter to take our order after getting up and telling the hostess. The service wasn’t great at all. The restaurant wasn’t crowded or anything. Wasn’t sure why it took so long. I’ve had better food. It’s a beautiful place but I probably won’t be returning.

Went with my wife to experience City Island. The picadero de mariscos appetizer was excellent order for 2 people, margaritas were ok. Main entree I had the City Island surf and turf, wife had the fish branzino. Desert and coffee were good, nice touch of adding the cotton candy.

My husband and I came here to celebrate our 8 year anniversary. The ambiance was amazing. The food was incredible, and the service was outstanding. Would definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends and family

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my family’s experience celebrating my grandmother’s birthday here. The ambience was beautiful, service spectacular, and food delicious. The ambience is great. The service is awesome. The staff is very nice and accommodating. My only gripe was it was my wife’s birthday and told the staff. They sung happy Birthday to my wife and had me pick out a dessert for her but when I got the bill they charged me 15.00 dollars for it. I mean they did have the entire staff wish hey happy birthday and they went all out but to change when most places give you that complementary was the only problem I had. I do recommend this place to anyone.

The entertainment was nice but in my opinion the Disney theme for evening dinner is a little childish. I would've preferred another form of entertainment for my evening dinner experience. It was joyful for any child that was there.

Amazing dining experience. I recommend ordering apps and dinner at once as it gets crowded and very busy to avoid delay of food. Entertainment, music, vibes all were amazing. Great birthday celebration venue.

Went on a busy Saturday night so it look quite a while for food to come out, but overall not bad quality for the price. The food is definitely subpar, but the presentation and ambience was nice. Live band outside was great as well

Music inside was very loud so if you plan on having conversation during your meal outside seating is best on a nice day. Food is under seasoned. My boyfriend isn’t even want to finish his two lobster tails. The waitress we had all though she was nice she wasn’t attentive I don’t think the automatic 18% gratuity was deserved. We had to have another waiter look for us to pay our bill. She didn’t come by to ask if we needed refills on drinks or to ask how our food was. They also don’t have many drink options for the expecting moms so I got apple juice and let’s just say I got way more ice than juice. Great place for pictures but don’t recommend for food. They also offer hookah if that’s what you’re into.

This is a very vibrant restaurant - there were performances every 40 minutes or so - after the third performance and no food, we realized they were trying to distract us from the fact that we hadn't eaten after being there for 2 hours. We were never told the kitchen was backed up. We sat down around 9p & didn't leave until 1a not because we were having such a great time, but because our food took forever to come out. The food was good, but not really worth the wait. I would recommend but only after they fix their food timing.

Drinks and food were very good, long wait for food though. Hookah is available for $40, $20 for a refill. Come to have an amazing night ! Great for birthdays !!

Everything was great about Vistamar from the ambience , to the food , music . Only thing was our entree took almost an hour to come out which was unacceptable, especially on a non busy day . Hector our server was amazing however .
