   I nearly skipped Vista after some of the prior reviews but our experience was exceptional. The food and drink were delicious, creative, and in some cases unlike anything I’ve had before. The service was lovely and friendly. And it’s hard to beat the views, especially at sunset. Recommend!!

   Waitstaff were very friendly and had recommendations on different cocktails. Food was primarily fish and was decent. Overall it was a good experience.

   Amazing view, great atmosphere, sushi is some of the worst we’ve had anywhere globally. Sashimi for us is always the litmus test of quality and our group of 4 couldn’t force ourselves to eat it. We happily paid and left a nice tip, but left. It was to a point we were nervous to eat it.

   Ambience is amazing, definitely a must visit. Not only for food but for drinks and the rooftop pool. The service is slow and needs to be more attention to detail.

   One of our most disappointing meals. My friend and I chose this our first night arriving in San Pedro, Belize. We were staying on the property, saw the photos of food and read the reviews. When we arrived up-top with a reservation., there were only a few tables occupied. I did notice they were having a private party in one of the rooftop room. It was a ghost town, a couple servers walking around. Someone spotted us and sat us at a high top. We waited for a while until someone showed up to ask us if we wanted drinks. We placed our order along with White Fish Ceviche, Crispy Rice and a Shrimp Tempura Roll. Drinks were very OK, a lot of ice, no taste. The Ceviche was a lot of filler hardly any fish, the Roll was horrible, like the tempura shrimp was premade sitting around. The crispy rice was OK, though the rice was very oily for my taste. And again service was lacking no one checked on us. Overall very disappointing. Atmosphere: Nice rooftop, adult only. Service: poor. Food: poor.

    The food and service was spectacular. Rooftop view was great. For sunset get your camera ready, it goes fast. Shrimp Tacos, Asian Fries and rolls were delicious. Speciality cocktails well done
