Felt rushed by waitstaff. Food was just mediocre. Portions were reasonable. Drinks were very watered down and way too heavy on the simple syrup in the berry lemonade with vodka. Great venue made up for the downfalls.

Met up with a friend for dinner. It was quite busy on a Sat evening. We were seated outside which is fine but the table are too close together. They also allow animals here. everywhere I looked there were dogs there and 1 tried to lick me. ( TOO MUCH) service was just OK. Food not great.. I ordered Lamb Chop only got 2 and not alot of meat on it. Sauce was not nasty but not great either. Mashed potatoes was a weird consistency. Best part of the meal was the broccoli. To say the least....I would not go back.

It was a beautiful evening and we sat outside! This appears to be a quite popular place to dine and the staff are busily moving around! The pace is a little distracting if you are wanting to just sit and take it all in but overall it was a good dining experience. The food was good!

Slow day for lunch. The temperatures outside must have kept the lunch crowd down, but I’ve never received anything but exceptional service from Virtue. It’s my go-to for any business lunch or having folks in from out of town. Ambience is unique inside or out.

We're typically big fans of Virtue Feed & Grain. With that said, we went for brunch yesterday. The food was served at room temperature (it seemed they had a batch of plates under a heat lamp in the back and brought them out super quickly). And - the flavor was very, very bland. It was so poor, we're reconsidering whether we'll visit the restaurant again. They need to get their act together.

A beautiful well decorated restaurant with a view. We had high expectations for this restaurant, being given great recommendations and reviews and the obvious grand facade. The service was polite and prompt, however I was directed to a steak that was not only overpriced but very thin without much flavor ….. something you would expect for a fajita at a Mexican restaurant. I was very disappointed my companions food was also mediocre at best as well.

It has been several years since I been here. Rigatoni was salty and lobster and crab fritters had no lobster or crab that I could taste. I sat outside and the ambiance was nice. Service was good, nothing exceptional. They were able to accommodate a later reservation.

I love the variety of dishes the restaurant has to offer. I'm trying to go through the dinner menu and taste everything. I've eaten here twice and so far I've had the short ribs and the shrimp and grits - both are prepared perfectly and both are very tasty!!

The service was slow and our waitress was practically invisible. I ordered the scallops and it was 3 scallops and overcooked fettuccine. There was no seasoning and the bacon was raw and rubbery. When the waitress we hadn't seen since we order came to collect the plates mine was full. When we told her not to wrap it because I didn't like it she told us she didn't like it either. We were stunned. The restuarant apparently doesn't care about serving sub par food. We left a very expensive meal hungry. Disappointing and over hyped this restuarant is not worth visiting.

Our First Visit to Celebrate a Birthday almost turned tragic at check in. Hostess stated we had no reservation even after showing her confirmation email. Told us they had no openings and I am glad we asked for the mgr. on duty. Reservation was in the system he seated us and we had an amazing meal and our server Nora was Outstanding!! Will return on the next trip.

Atmosphere felt like a faced for the underwhelming food, drinks and dessert that was served. I went there last year and was pleased by the service and food. However this time I don’t know how much I would be willing to come back. Drinks - were so sugary and did not contain much alcohol. Couldn’t even finish the two drinks I had due to the sugar level. Food - had the tacos as an appetizer probably the best food we had. Steak and fries was the worst steak I had in the DMV in 3 years. Pasta my boyfriend had tasted like it was under a heat lamp for hours. Dessert - likely could have been served at an all you can eat dessert, wasn’t as described on the menu as their special. Overall, wasn’t worth our $200 and would be considered to us a 2/5 ⭐️ for overall price to quality.

Super prompt service. Food came out faster than I could have thought possible. Good menu. Crazy extensive liquor list. Little bit on the noisy side and our table was right in the main traffic pattern, so not the best location, but it was ok on this night as the restaurant was only about 2/3s full. The host at the door was a bit lackadaisical. Waiter was older and obviously an experienced pro. Overall, a good evening out.

Good food overall; some disappointing dishes and some highlights. The wings and baked mac & Cheese both had excellent flavor, although the wings were soggy. The steak and fries, though, were a letdown, especially for just under $40. A thin steak with poorly rendered fat that came out in 15 minutes ain't it. While I appreciate the quickness, it's obvious the steak wasn't allowed to rest and it was obvious. Ambiance was okay. There are some cool areas but we were sat directly next to the wide-open doorway of the back-of-house. Our conversation was interrupted multiple times by loud silverware clanking, breaking plates, etc.
