Had the sausage pasta and enjoyed it a lot. Prices are ~25$ per person. Service wasn’t great , but had a good experience

Enjoyed everything about this restaurant. From the start, the staff was attentive and the ambiance was great. We were lucky enough to be seated on the second floor towards the back which had a great view of the waterfront. Most importantly, the food was excellent. We had ordered the fried green tomato as a starter and for the entree we had the pan seared snapper as well as the salmon and the rigatoni ala vodka. All delicious and highly recommend. I will definitely return.

The food and ambiance is excellent. The service is ok, but not on par with the food and ambiance. It seems like there is a lot of turnover of staff, I don’t think I have ever had the same bartender or server more than once.

The quality was not there this time and the food came out cold on a cold day when you want hot food.

Food was amazing; atmosphere was great, beer was cold!

Great Old Town venue with a solid wine list and a commendable menu. Service is solid and engaging atmosphere outside. Always a dependably pleasant experience.

We ordered the duck poutine and there was only 4 cheese curds on it meaning there was only cheese for the first couple of bites. It tasted good but wasn’t poutine at that point, just fries with gravy. We also ordered the calamari which was delicious but they only give you a tiny amount of sauce. I also ordered the umami burger which was very tasty but I ordered it medium rare but it came out very rare. Still good but I’m not sure it was quite worth the price.

Great service. The food was acceptable. May I recommend that you remove the chips as an appetizer. You need to step it up. Bar area is great. Again very friendly staff.

Amazing food, service, ambiance. We had lunch on a Monday, but I see this being a HOT spot on a beautiful weekend. Cannot wait to go back!

This was my favorite restaurant in Alexandria! From the ambiance to the service and food/drinks, everything was amazing. I had the shrimp tacos and got them blackened with a side of the jalapeño slaw and they were easily the best tacos I’ve ever had. Server was fantastic and very knowledgeable and accommodating. Drinks were on point and prices were very reasonable. Will be back!

Great time with friends and it's right around the corner so we'll definitely go back!

Great service, food, and ambience. Great experience all around. Recommend sitting in the upper deck or patio for the best scenery. Will be going back for sure.

This place is the bees knees. We got to sit outside and bring our dog with us. The doggy menu is so cute and our puppy loved it. He cleaned the bowl. We were there to spend time with our parents and we had everything from fish & shrimp tacos, to a veggie platter to the Australian Lamb Chops. The food was phenomenal. We had some crab dip to start. It was so creamy and though the dish looked small it was a solid portion. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly. The tacos were packed with flavor. Just the ability to sit outside close to the water and have our dog with us made this a 10/10 experience.

Always good cocktails and food. Consider eating upstairs. The ambiance is beautiful.

The atmosphere was nice but needed better lighting where seated. Did not get sear as requested. The food was not good.

We arrived on time and were quickly seated at an upstairs table in the back which was relatively quiet. Our waiter was on his game and gave us great service. Our orders got a little mixed up but we rolled with it and enjoyed our food. All in all a very good experience.

Steak salad dressing was a bit on the sweet side. Steak was perfect.

Overall we loved our meal here. We came on Saturday with our family of four (mom, dad, toddler, and dog). We each got a meal that we loved. My daughter crushed her buttered noodles, and my dogter devoured her puppy meal. We had a reservation (only good for inside) but were sat within ten minutes for outside. The staff was friendly and considerate even with the high volume of people.

Management was not very accommodating with helping to resolve the problem. Booked for a party of 5 with a reservation. They proceeded to sit me at a table of 4 and when I asked about getting another chair the host was rude. She called over a manager and it was embarrassing as they caused a scene in the restaurant. It was a busy night and she it was embarrassing when everyone was looking at me. All I wanted was a 5th chair due to having a reservation for 5.

Overall the food and drinks were awesome, as usual, but the service was subpar.

Ordered from Brunch menu, the Chesapeake Eggs Benedict. Well, the bread was mush and had no taste to it. The eggs and crabcake were lukewarm and the food was delivered with 5 minutes of placing an order. So you know it wasn't cooked for you but sloppily reheated. I've tried this place again after numerous disappointments, well the food quality has not improved. This place is off my list.

Great as always. Service was delayed, but there’s a pandemic going on so it’s not an actual problem.

My partner and I had a great time. We enjoyed the food, service, and ambiance. We will be coming back soon.

The short ribs were recommended and were delicious. I would get them again.
