Local styles including Memphis pork ribs; Texas Brisket; Carolina pulled pork.
Our meats are smoked at low temperatures over indirect heat for up to ten hours with a unique mix of hickory, fruit woods in order to impart the most flavor to keep the meat from drying out. Wonderful food and service.!great seating!!
Our meal was good. The drinks were just ok. I do recommended.
This is a really fun restaurant to people watch and enjoy great food and unique drinks. I truly recommend making reservations and enjoying this place when you’re in Las Vegas.
The brisket sandwich was amazing and so were the nachos . We went two days in a row 😅
This is a good change of pace restaurant for the Vegas strip. It’s definitely a casual and comfortable dining experience. I ordered the brisket sandwich and was definitely disappointed with hit. It was very fatty even when ordered as lean. However, the manager was very attentive to replace it with a chicken bbq sandwich which was very good. Mac and cheese and baked beans were tremendous! I’d certainly try this place again. I’ll just avoid the brisket altogether.
This was my first time visiting Las Vegas and also having Virgil. I decided to go here for my birthday at the last minute I was able to reserve the time I wanted and I was seated as soon as I reached. The food was amazing I had the dry rub ribs greens and Mac. It was so delicious. Oh abs don’t forget the strawberry margarita. Amazing food, drinks and service.
The pulled pork was dry and presented on a piece of bread . Horrible presentation . we could have used more sauce and been presented differently .bringing the pulled pork out on a regular piece of sandwich bread was not a good look. also my chicken sandwich was nothing special you can get the same quality at Wendy’s . my french fries were stale as well.
Service was great, food was delicious, drinks were awesome. would definitely recommend !!!!!
Fantastic service! Clean and amazing food. Highly recommend.
The good presents well. The macaroni and cheese, beans and corn bread were amazing. The issue was with the chicken wings. They were served burnt with no sauce.
That was my first time there and it was great. I came from out of town and when I come back I'll go back again.
The server wasn’t very attentive. The bbq was dry. Steak was overcooked. The beans and fries were good.
Great food with excellent service. Hubbard said chicken was a bit dry, but I disagree
Great food and yummy drinks! I would definitely go back!
The food was pretty good. The service was horrible.
Food was dry service was good
I was seated next to the stage facing a wooden wall. My Moscow mule tasted disgusting I couldn’t even suck it down. The Mac & cheese and beans were good, but the chicken and brisket were pretty bland and dry. I did like the red towel they handed out to clean your hands with.
First time eating here. The food was excellent, the service was beyond excellent and the atmosphere will draw you back!
Our waitress gave us our drinks after that she walked passed us 7 times without speaking to us so we sat at our table for 10 min waiting for her to ask what we want to eat. So I asked another waiter if someone could help take care of us since it was our first time. He was super nice got our food quickly and checked up on us. Our first waitress knew what happened but never came up to apologize or anything. She actually complained to her manager of now not having any tables since we got help from someone else right in front of us. To which at that point other waitresses started telling customers has anyone approached them and other things so it made us feel like we did something wrong. Then after eating our food we noticed the entire time that our first waitress was looking at us a lot so then we felt guilty asking for help from someone else. It was an awkward experience and we know we will not be going back. The food wasn’t the best either. But our second waiter was super nice and we did like the set up of how the restaurant looked we love a casual place and it was that but just an odd experience. I don’t want to sound needy or a complicated customer cause honestly my bf and I are very easy going and chill. But that experience was a bad one for sure.
Food was amazing and service was to
Great food and prompt service servers were attentive and quick.
Location and setting of the restaurant was great, honestly food came out quickly we but the quality of the food and service could be much better especially for the prices.
Atmosphere was good service was good. Food was ok Do Not Ofer the 6 oz Ribeye more like a flank steak and not worth the money at all.
Our waiter was great, very attentive to us. The food was awesome. I love BBQ the taste of the grill, but hate when restaurants overdo the sauce. Virgil’s offered the sauce on the side and my ribs and chicken were dry rubbed. Delish. No sauce needed. The brisket is was the star. I definitely recommend it. It did come with a little sauce. But didn’t take away from the great smoky flavor. The sweet tea was perfect. I use lemon as well so it was just enough sweetness. My only complaint would be I did not care for the Mac n cheese, but I didn’t go there for the sides.
The outdoor experience was great. The staff was average and the taste of the food was less than expected.
Server was amazing and I would deff go back. I highly recommend the brisket so yummmmm
Great place great bbq will go back every time I visit vegas
Our server was excellent and the food was amazing!
Had a great time. The food was great and our waitress was very helpful.
Great food, atmosphere and service! Walked past Virgils every trip to Vegas. So glad we stopped this time!
Overall wonderful dining experience. Food and service were good. Menu had a variety of options.
Great food..was on vaca from east coast..ate there every day
Brisket, mac and cheese & greens were excellent!!!
Very clean and service was on point.
It was my husband’s birthday and although I stated it, the waitress did not acknowledge it or even yell him happy bday. They sat us as our reservations time came. The food was GREAT!!!! We ordered the “chicken wings” mind you, they are whole wings. The seasoning on that chicken was undesirably good. The Mac n Cheese was referred by the waitress but it was just “ok”. They brought us hush puppies instead of the onion rings and when they corrected our order, I wished I’d kept the hush puppies instead.
The waitress wasn’t as friendly or observant to our needs as we wished but thank God she wasn’t rude. Over all, the food was good, I’ll definitely revisit this place!!!
Made a reservation but still had to wait, was given excuses. Had to engage the manager to be seated. Waitress was too busy, had to continuously wait. Dirty plates remained on the table, she showed when it was time to pay though. Disappointed:(
Great great great great great great great great great
Great food, great service.
It's only loud sitting outside due to music being played on the Link promenade, it's a fun atmosphere, great friendly fast service!
Ilyana is the best!
