   This hotel restaurant has terrible service and almost lukewarm food. The only good thing I can say about the restaurant was that the plate was clean, but the food on it was inedible. Will never go there again. Marriott can do better. There is simply no excuse for that kind of poor service. Shutter to think what the service would have been like if there had been more than 2 tables of eating guests.

   Overpriced! We arrived on a Thursday evening and wanted a light dinner. We ordered chicken and waffles and paid $22 each for three tiny chicken strips and four small waffles. The service was also slow. It seemed like they were surprised to have customers. The morning buffet was much the same with nearly everything empty when we arrived at 9:00 on a Saturday.

   Went there before the "Adult Prom" with 3 other couples! Food was DELISH and the presentation of each entree was perfectly priportioned. The side salads were super large (enough for 2-3 sharing). All in all - nice servers, quiet ambiance and yummy food!

   This is a place for slightly upscale dining. Conveniently located, and good pricing. It is located on ground level of the hotel, so there are no outdoor views. However, the menu (although somewhat limited) is very nice. The wine list is not long, but is sufficient to find something decent. Considering the price, it's not bad at all.

   We could not check in with our Open Table reservation- there was no host. We finally went out to the bar to look for help. One server in the whole restaurant. Several items on the menu were not available. Cobb salad was served with "We are out of blue cheese so the salad has parmesan." We asked for bread and got "We don't have bread tonight." If they don't have bread on Friday night of a holiday weekend...

    Best place to have lunch in Macon with great service and great food!!!! Nice and clean.
