We only stayed for one drink as it was ridiculously hot and there was no air conditioning, I think it is too much to ask of staff in their uniforms to be working in a non air conditioned building with not enough ventilation and it was certainly uncomfortable for us for the 30mins we stayed for. Service and drinks were superb - support your staff and customers by providing some air con.

Really enjoyed our experience at VCC. The atmosphere was gorgeous, the drinks were delicious. Absolutely 10/10.

I love the venue itself. The decor and ambience is top notch. Wasn't overly impressed with the food menu this time (didn't correspond with the online one) and had to send one of the cocktails back as it didn't taste great. Thankfully the replaced it free of charge. It also says on the website that the service charge kicks in with 6 people or more at 12.5% but our bill had a service charge and our party was for 4 (5 initially but one cancelled last minute). Despite this issues, I would go back as previous experiences had been really great.

Hi Niamh, Thank you for the 3 stars, great to hear you enjoyed the ambience and decor. Apologies if you feel the Food let us down on this visit, we are currently reviewing our Food offering so all feedback is welcome, there were some items removed from the menu over the weekend so the edits haven't landed on the website yet. The 12'5% service you mention is Masterclasses only, we carry a discretionary 10% on all tables, this is stated on all menus in house and a Tip policy can be found posted through out the venue. Great to hear our team swapped out your drink for another, this is absolutely standard, we want all guests to enjoy their time with us and the Drinks are a big part of that. We hope to see you again soon with a new food menu and a better over all experience, Cheers, VCC

Lovely hidden gem, there was no food available but the cocktails Were excellent and there was a lovely atmosphere on the roof terrace
