   I used to be a big fan of VCC but it seems like most of the parent companies collection the standard has just nose dived in favor of profits Service charges to mask increased prices, shody bar work, significantly reducing the alcohol in the drinks. I won't be back

   We did not order food, but the ambiance and service was excellent, as were the drinks. The menu is very well laid out with a little bit of something for everyone, and if you do not know what to order the servers will help you find something close to your usual favorites. They do recontact the day of to confirm the reservation (and whether you just having drinks or eating as well) so make sure to check your phone or email before you head to the reservation.

   The best cocktail experience we’ve ever had! Would highly recommend booking a bar seat so you can see the magic happen. Our bar tender was the best! A must do in Dublin!

   Inviting ,very private with rustic charm. Perfect escape from the outside world. Staff very friendly ,helpful and knowledgeable . Love to spend a bit more time that 1.5 hours.

   Cocktails were absolutely delicious and food was all lovely. We got quite alot of choices. It would have been nice to have them to the table staggered rather than all at once because the table was very small . It was difficult to get the servers attention when we wanted another cocktail because they were all very busy, but when we did they were very friendly and prompt with our order. In my opinion another member of serving staff would have made a good night a great night.

   I last visited VCC 6 years ago, and it remains as fabulous as the last time! From the extremely interesting menu, to absolutely delicious cocktails, this remains my favourite spot in Dublin. I would highly recommend 'The Dirty Wizard' and 'The Cobblestone', but all their cocktails are amazing.

   We had a great lunch at the VCC. The drinks selection is extensive and has a great selection of unique and unusual cocktails. Brunch was off but the small plates menu had a lovely selection and we really enjoyed the cauliflower humus plate and sliders. The staff were excellent and we would have happily spent the afternoon if we hadn’t had plans. Well worth booking if you want a classy time in Dublin!

   Very cool theme and atmosphere. I was very impressed by the cocktails and the staffs knowledge of the menu. It can be a little difficult to find the entrance, so the 20mins grace period is definitely needed.

   When we arrived for our reserved table, a group of 15 people were already waiting outside. Since this is a "hidden" speakeasy, it doesn't leave the desired impression of entering a secret place when it is so popular and all reservations are made to enter at the same time. We then entered and had to queue up on the staircase with all the other people to wait to be seated; it felt like we were entering an incredibly touristic place. Out of the 3 drinks ordered, only one lived up to expectations while another was too strong and the third was missing several elements, for example the rosemary dust on top of the drink and the rose and rosemary infused liquor (if it was in there, you couldn't taste it). When we told the waiter about this, she was apologetic but didn't really care enough to come back a second time and tell us whether the drinks were made correctly or not. Overall, I think this place has become too popular now with tourists and doesn't care about ambience or quality any longer. I can't speak for the food as we didn't eat there.

   Hi Anne, Apologies if we fell short on this visit, hopefully i can clear up some of your points below. Unfortunately we cant control who arrives at the door at the same time as you, especially at 21:00 on a Friday night. Its worth noting that we have 3 different times available at that time, so there is always a steady stream of guests arriving through the evening, apologies if there was a group ahead of you. The Rosemary dust has indeed been discontinued, this will be reflected on the next print but the drink doesn't list or carry Rose but i can assure you the Cocktail was made correctly and to spec. It's disappointing to hear that you feel that we've became too busy and don't care, as its the exact opposite that has got us to where we are today. We hope to welcome you back in soon, VCC

    It was my first time visiting the Vintage Cocktail Club. It's everything you can imagine and more. Absolutely beautiful surroundings, lovely staff, and a fabulous cocktail list. Surprisingly good value for the quality of the whole experience. We will be back.
