I love the venue itself. The decor and ambience is top notch. Wasn't overly impressed with the food menu this time (didn't correspond with the online one) and had to send one of the cocktails back as it didn't taste great. Thankfully the replaced it free of charge. It also says on the website that the service charge kicks in with 6 people or more at 12.5% but our bill had a service charge and our party was for 4 (5 initially but one cancelled last minute). Despite this issues, I would go back as previous experiences had been really great.

One of the most fun experiences I had in Dublin! The extensive cocktail list provided some brilliant libations. The bartender was extremely fast, and the atmosphere can’t be beat!

I used to be a big fan of VCC but it seems like most of the parent companies collection the standard has just nose dived in favor of profits Service charges to mask increased prices, shody bar work, significantly reducing the alcohol in the drinks. I won't be back

Hi John, Apologies if we didn't meet expectations on this short visit. I can see that this was your first visit to VCC or any of the venues under our 'parent companies' remit, and i can assure you there has been no changes in anything we do to 'favour profits', there was also no service on the 2 Drinks you had in the 30 or so minutes you spent with us. We're disappointed with the 'shody bar work' comments, our bartenders are with us since opening 13 years ago and are well versed in preparing our Cocktails, id like to point out that if you were not happy with the Cocktail you chose a simple chat to our servers would've seen it returned and a more suitable Cocktail found for you to enjoy, which i believe would've resulted in a better experience for yourself, and a better review for us.

We did not order food, but the ambiance and service was excellent, as were the drinks. The menu is very well laid out with a little bit of something for everyone, and if you do not know what to order the servers will help you find something close to your usual favorites. They do recontact the day of to confirm the reservation (and whether you just having drinks or eating as well) so make sure to check your phone or email before you head to the reservation.

The best cocktail experience we’ve ever had! Would highly recommend booking a bar seat so you can see the magic happen. Our bar tender was the best! A must do in Dublin!
