Set among the serene gardens of the Emlen Physick Estate, Vintage offers a touch of fine cuisine in a casual atmosphere for brunch and dinner. American bistro flair and a menu full of fresh takes on familiar favorites provide plentiful options for everyone, including those in need of gluten-free options. From the Pancake Charcuterie and Brie, Blackberry, and Bacon Grilled Cheese for brunch to Fig & Goat Cheese Sliders and Duck Confit with a Juniper Berry Demi-Glace at dinner, Chef Nikos Goutzouris prepares the unique menu selections in-house daily and regularly offers seasonal specials. Vintage is located outdoors but is complete with a weatherproof, climate-controlled tent so that you can comfortably enjoy your meal no matter the weather or season.

Delicious food!!! The group of 6 shared appetizers (filet tip flatbread, baked Brie, feta watermelon and spanakopita)- I recommend them all for portion sizes and flavor. The dishes chosen by the group included filet, momo pork, avocado feta salmon, duck confit and braised rib. Everyone finished their meal with zeal. I had the braised rib: moist, tender and tasty. Portions matched the price perfectly. Due to rain, we ate inside the tent but the atmosphere was still lovely with a view of the estate. Only one area would deduct a slight bit from a perfect score: took a while for our server to greet us (only after we asked due to the uncomfortable delay). Overall, I’d definitely recommend and will dine here on our next trip.

Tom was a fantastic waiter, as well as all the other staff! The food and atmosphere around the estate is wonderful! This was our 2nd visit, abd we will definitely be back next summer!

Food and service was amazing!! We were a party of 5 and everyone really enjoyed their meals! The appetizers were amazing as well!!

Even with a little rain the night was great. Food, service and cosy atmosphere. Vintage is a Cape May must.

Dinner with the fam was delicious. Everone enjoyed their meal of Filet, Barimundi, Tuna, and Amatriciana! Never rushed, slow paced cooking, laid back atmosphere. We will be back!

everything was Amazing!!! We loved our server , Dylan/Dillin, not sure of spelling. But he was elite !!!! Can’t wait to go back.

I have to be honest. When I looked at Vintage BYOB online, before making my reservations I thought it was a beautiful outdoor dining venue right off Washington Street, possibly next to a small restaurant or an outdoor kitchen that was surrounded by nicely landscaped garden and trees. What we found was a big catering tent with all the clear plastic windows zipped closed and no air circulating, erected on an uneven paver brick patio tucked right between an old barn or possible staff house and the outdoor restrooms. We were totally hidden. The old house is where the cooking happens, but when I ordered the filet mignon we were told that because of the historic nature of the building, no fire can be used, only ovens, so the filet mignon is Sous Vide (Essentially cooked in a plastic bag inside a pot of hot water) and it absolutely tasted like that. No char or grill marks and no caramelization. It was a great cut of meat, and I did finish it, but the texture when I chewed it just doesn't work for me. The positives are that our server was great and well trained and even with the ding on the steak everything else tasted great so hats off to the chef. Will we ever go again? Maybe for brunch on a nice bright day, with all the tent flaps unzipped and pulled open allowing a breeze to come through but not for an upscale diner.
