Your tasting appointment will be personal, educational and fun. This means that you get to interact with our winemaker Pedro or our sommelier Vicky and really talk about the wines, winemaking philosophy or just sit back and enjoy the magnificent view.

We were on a search for sparkling in Paso and came to Vino Vargas - so glad we did. Pedro and Vicki served us at their beautiful winery. The sparklings were fabulous - the best we had all week. The complimentary cheese plate was the perfect pairing. This is the way wineries used to be - the owners/ winemakers telling their stories and displaying the pride in their work. For white and red drinkers there was also a healthy selection to taste. Our favorite stop of the week.
