Went for a late Valentine's and I must say I was pleased! Food and atmosphere was nice and service was pleasant. Loved the live music! Would definitely come back!
Exceptional venue! Happy Hour, dinner, service and ambience were just wonderful. Prices were good also, considering how high end this restaurant is.

Just pure Excellence!!!! Nuff Said!!! The food was a culinary delight a Symphony for the taste buds, and the service was 2nd to none. My fiance and I decided to make The Vines our exclusive go to restaurant for Special Occasions.
Friday night, 8 pm reservation for 2. Restaurant side not too busy lots of parties of 2. Waiters were knowledgeable of the entire menu as he pretty much went over the whole thing which was a bit redundant. Pick a few items and the specials would be better... received out bottle of wine quickly with out bottle of water but a waiter did not return for 10 minutes to take our order and what I could see only had about 6 other people to take care of for a 2 person team. Calamari app came out in 5 minutes not bad and they were delicious, and then after they cleared the app plates my bread service came which should have came after our wine was brought to table. Few minutes after our dinner arrived. Presentations were very nice and appealing. We ordered 2 filets 1 mid well and 1 mid rare, side of Brussels with panthers and the rosted beats. Beats were perfect, the brussel sprouts were really salty, and our steaks were a bit salty as well as not cooked properly. The one was well done and the other was medium tonalmost mid well. Did not let server know as I was already in satisfied and just want to finish and be gone. I know for that place I could have redone my entire meal because I would have because I myself work In the hospitality business on and I drive upscale hotel/restaurant and for the price you pay I expect perfection but we did not have the time for it to be corrected. Been there once before and had no issues

He had verbal diahrea , instead of starting off asking if we had any food allergies he went in a 10 minute spiel listing all his favourites

Food was just mediocre for the high price. We ordered crab claws as an appetizer. They were frozen and and not very flavorful. I always look forward to crab claws when I visit Florida due to their freshness. This was not the case this time. At $80 for 5 crab claws, this was disappointing. Lobster bisque was quite bland. We were brought asparagus instead of the brussel sprouts we ordered. While mistakes are understandable, the mistake was met with only a “that’s on me” from our server when the mistake was brought to his attention. We were eventually brought our brussel sprouts at no extra cost, but no formal apology was made. This experience was not worth the hefty cost.
