Vincenzos' on-site catering can accommodate from 10 to 150 guests in our "Courtyard" Dining Room, and 10 to 25 guests in our "Chefs' Room", along with an outdoor terrace that can accommodate up to 100 guests. This was only my second time here, but it was still as great as the first. The food is priced very well for the type of environment that they provide. The service is excellent and were always timely. I would recommend this place to treat that special someone in your life! Great place overall!

Vincenzo himself was greeting people at the entrance to the main dining room and also plating food for many of the tables (they lightly heat the entree over flame then plate it right in the dining room after cooking it in the kitchen). They had all 5 dining rooms open and were packed, so having the owner involved to the level of plating my dinner and patting my shoulder repeatedly as he walked by, was a great touch. It wasn’t cheap- exactly $200 for my wife and I, but that got us a delicious tortellini appetizer to share, a half bottle of moscato for her, a good authentic Kentucky Old-Fashioned for me and also 2 more obscure bourbons from their extensive list, 2 excellent entrees, and a big tiramisu. It is well lit and not too silent, but plenty high-end enough for us before heading a block down the street to the Kentucky Center for a play afterward. It was a great choice.

Had a dinner reservation prior to our musical. Seated us promptly and were greeted by our servers within minutes. Had an app, salad, and main course plus a couple of adult beverages. Service was excellent, food was delicious. A bit pricey, but worth it for special occasions

Vincenzo‘s is always great. We learned to go there before theater. The food is always fantastic, service cannot be beat and location and atmosphere or the best. Casey’s service was excellent.

Vincenzo's offers an upscale dining experience that's fun for a special occasion or when you've got a guest to impress. My feedback is based on my recent dinner experience.

Overall, the service is great, but if you've got somewhere to be in a hurry, Vincenzo's is not the spot to go. Dinner service usually runs about an hour and a half, maybe a little longer for a larger party. You might feel that you've been forgotten from time to time, but the timing allows you to converse with others in your party and also digest each delicious course before moving on to the next.

One of the best aspects of the entire experience is Mr. Vincenzo. He stands near the entry way to great the guests, and he walks around to interact with people at their tables. When the food is brought out table side, he plates each dish himself. He interacted with my friend and I quite a bit, which made the overall experience more special.

Our server, Lukas, was helpful when my friend and I told him about our respective food allergies. He even double-checked with the kitchen and came back to tell my friend that she wouldn't be able to eat the original dish she selected because there was an allergen in the sauce (which wasn't obvious from the menu description). I really appreciate that attention to detail because I've been misinformed about ingredients at other dining establishments. In my friend's case, he prevented a case of anaphylactic shock. My friend ordered the tomato and mozzarella salad (it's AMAZING!!) and a ravioli dish. She said that pasta dishes elsewhere don't even come close in comparing to Vincenzo's. I ordered a caesar salad and salmon with champagne dill sauce; both were wonderful. We received a lot of food for the price.

Vincenzo's also offers coat check and valet parking. Tip: take advantage of the $5 valet fee!! It'll save you time and walking if you try to find an open space somewhere else; this is especially helpful during the winter to avoid the cold and rain/snow.

We have gone to Vincenzo’s for Valentine’s dat now 5 out of the past 6 years. As always service and food is excellent. However as the years go by when you walk into the restaurant the first people you are greeted by are the hostess. Their attire has gotten worse and worse over the years. They should be held to the same high level of standards that the rest of the restaurant is at. We are at this point not sure that we will return to your restaurant due to this.

We thank you for all of the years of wonderful food and excellent service staff!

Party of four seated couples separately for 30 min. All four checked in within 5 minutes using the same name for the party of four. Each was told the other couple was not present yet.
Prices doubled and were outragrous. $18 split fee unacceptable. Special fish entree was dry and tasteless. Bill was not itemized.
Had a $50 Groupon expiring that night was not allowed because Valentines is considered a holiday. Wont be purchasing anymore Groupons or returning to Vincenzo’s.

I was very disappointed in our experience. Upon arrival it took 4 hostess a good 5-6 min to find our reservation. Then a discussion about where they were going to put us was very uncomfortable. Our waiter didn't seem like he wanted to be there and was slow to respond. We had to wait a little while for him to take our order and refill our beer and wine. There were people seated after us who left before us. We didn't even have an appetizer. My husbands glass had a crack in it. When we told the waiter he said "okay". Never apologizing. He brought him another glass and went to fill it, realized there was something wrong with that one too but didn't say a word. Picked it up and left for a good little while. When he finally came back he poured my husbands beer with an inch of beer and literally 5 inches of foam. He couldn't even drink it. Again waiter says nothing just walks off.
My husbands chicken was good but I got the filet and it wasn't very good. For a filet it was tough and not something I would recommend.
The restrooms were beyond awful. Dirty, outdated and scary really. I made the comment a step above McDonalds maybe and my husband said oh no way. Step below.
Everything in the restaurant seemed like a facade. The wait staff looked like they were playing dress up with oversized jackets and the hostess were wearing shorts with high heels kinda thing. The tables in the main area slanting down most of the room looked like those collapsible grey tables you put up at a home party. Our table had such a thin cheap white table cloth that I could very clearly see a gaudy flower pattern underneath.
It was Valentines day they gave a rose to the women. Everyone except me and another lady in the restaurant received one. I didn't even complain about anything we were experiencing. Just taking it in. So I am not sure why I didn't deserve to get a rose. :)

Overall not good. We will continue to frequent and recommend Ruby's and Merlot's.

The hosts/hostesses who greeted us were very friendly, but the server was a bit unkempt, not overly friendly, and almost didn’t seem honest when my wife ordered a glass of sparkling wine and was told they only serve those in half bottles. When she showed it to him on the menu, he advised ‘it’s...not...ready’. She was able to find another drink but that felt odd. My $17 Caesar salad was mediocre, with most of the lettuce starting to wilt. Our table felt cramped, especially when the servers kept bumping into us while wheeling their portable grill around and reheating food inches away from us, including my $52 filet, which was over cooked and so covered in the mushroom sauce that I was sick of it by the time I was finished. For a $189 tab, I’d expect a vastly improved experience, which is always the case at Jeff Ruby’s for example, so we’ll probably not return.

Looked for special Valentine’s Day menu online, none there. Disappointed the lamb chops weren’t available because they’re always amazing. Ordered the Gorgonzola stuffed filet instead, ordered medium, got well-done but they checked promptly on our food and immediately took it away and brought another that was perfect! Love this place!!

Celebrated my wife's birthday and Valentines Day. Food and wine excellent. Our captain struggled a bit so another server pretty much took over and was very good form there on . Vincenzo is always an outstanding host!
