Our meals were perhaps some of the best we have ever had. Service was quick and amazing. We will definitely be dining again !

Amazing hidden gem in Orlando’s iconic park. Food was authentic, seemed family owned and everything was above and beyond!

There is alot of hype about it being the best italian in Orlando. It did not live up to the hype for me. The gnocchi we as homemade and delicious. The spaghetti and meatballs was just ok. The staff were not warm though. We were ignored at the hosted desk by two different people who did not speak to us. That turned me off

Excellent experience!

We enjoyed our first visit to Vincenzo’s! The restaurant was clean and elegant. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious!

The food was good however they are not very well versed in celiac and what gluten free options they have.

Covid-related safety measures leave much to be desired. Waiter made a not-so-subtle attempt at upselling my wine choice. Good food but that’s about it.

Our waiter was a nice guy, Francesco(?), and he started out with some good suggestions and was attentive. However, our lasagne came out with half the noodles crunchy and uncooked. I have had lasagne where the edges are caramalized and crunchy on the outside, but that was not the case here. It was undercooked on the bottom and sides. Also, i understand al dente, rest assured these noodles were simply uncooked and hard. After we told them of the issue and sent it back, we received a new order, however, after a long wait, the same crunchy noodles ...this time they forgot to give us the meat sauce on top. The owner came out and thought we didn't know how a lasagne is cooked. She clearly didn't taste the crunchy noodles. We expressed our disappointment politely, but she just walked away and was quite rude. After another long wait and empty water glasses, we finally ordered a salad. Every step of the botched meal was long and frustrating with no accountability by the owner whatsoever. I think that she refused to listen to our valid complaint was the real issue here. Pass on the lasagne!

Vincenzo's was true authentic italian. I had business guests in from Chicago and they were raving about the taste of the food and the service was personalized and extraordinary!

I celebrated my husband's birthday and it was Awesome! the waiter that was assigned was excellent. this was our first visit to the restaurant as a whole, my entire party. Thank You for a Great experience. The prices and the food was Great. We will definitely be back for more.

Fantastic and food is delicious

This restaurant was so beautiful and the food was wonderful! The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because our steak was over cooked and we had to send it back. When you’re paying $97 for your meal, it should come out correctly the first time. That being said, the service was fantastic and the staff was more than happy to correct the mistake. They were very kind and accommodating.

AMAZING Italian food & great service!

Excellent food. I had the fillet and it was cooked to perfection. Garlic bread is very good. Great wine selection by the glass, better if you buy a bottle. Even accommodating for my kids picky eating habits and cooked them plan noodles with nothing added to them.

Service was decent, food was mediocre but steak wasn’t cooked to how we ordered. Mentioned it to the waiter but he just brushed it off. Was our first time there but probably not going back.

We arrived an were immediately seated by a very friendly hostess. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our food was delivered in a perfect order and served expertly. Each dish was presented very well. The flavors were exceptional. I will definitely be back when we visit Orlando again.

Everything was excellent with the exception of our server. Unfortunately this was enough for us to make sure we never return to this place again. Had to ask the server repeatedly for drinks and other things. Server had the nerve to tell me I was rude for having to ask for my check again 20 minutes after I asked for it the first time. Then, literally threw it at me along with our dessert when it was finally convenient for him to bring it. Server name was Davide and clearly doesn’t have any clue about customer service.

Ambiance really nice, wajt staff excellent, but execution of the entree fell short- dinners were smothered with sauce and cheese, pasta a bit overcooked.

We came here for dinner and were a little worried since we showed up at 9:50pm and they closed at 10:30pm. But Sandro our server was excellent, he was very personable, very nice and he didn’t make us feel rushed at all but did everything in a timely manner so that we didn’t wait more than 5 minutes for anything. The cheesy garlic bread was really good, I got the spaghetti pesto with chicken which was delicious (it’s a heavy dish, but if you like pesto, you know to expect that) and he got the spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce. My boyfriend NEVER finishes his plate when we go to a sit-down restaurant and I always joke about how he makes me feel fat for always finishing mine. Not here, he finished the whole thing!! I was really impressed. He never likes restaurant meatballs but loved these and said they were really flavorful. We’ve never been to an Italian Restaurant and walked out feeling anything more than alright, but we both agreed that we loved it and it is the best Italian Restaurant we’ve been to.

We are from Long Island NY and were visiting with my daughter who attends college in FLA. It can be difficult to find a good Italian restaurant outside of NY, but we had a very good experience and dinner at Vincenzo's was quite good. We would definitely go back.

Great food if you love Italian, family atmosphere. Albert gave us awesome service, will definitely go again.

Celebration dinner with family while on vacation. Great food (scratch kitchen!) by everyone - recommend the Fettucine Alfredo with chicken and pork tips and the Bolognese - both came with homemade noodles! The Lobster Ravioli, with Florida White Shrimp in a fra diavolo sauce was outstanding. Our daughter had the Caprese and wanted to go home with extra homemade Mozzarella that she stated was the best ever! Professional and attentive staff. Very nice wine list as well.

Our waiter was nice and helpful but the menu y limited

Excellent food and wine. Kids enjoyed the pizza and home made meatballs and spaghetti. Chicken parm was delicious and would highly recommend. You also can not go wrong with the lasagna. The waiter recommended a wine to pair with the food and he nailed it. If you try this restaurant you will not be disappointed. Every time we visit Orlando we make it a point to eat here.

Wonderful staff, food and atmosphere. Authentic Italian. Word of caution though DO NOT park in the parking garage nearby. It took us almost 1.5 hours to get out after our dinner on a Saturday night. Sat in garage from 8:30-945ish PM. Horrible, no crowd or volume control. Inpatient people became volatile, nearly physical.

Exceptional food, excellent service our waiter, was simply the best and knows the food very well, his recommendations were perfect!

The food was delicious. There were 8 of us and not one of us had a bad meal. We had a few appetizer's there were all yummy.
The service was ok. I felt we were rushed once we finished our meal. Taking away our dishes he asked if we wanted dessert. I said i wanted to see a desert menu, but he brought my coffee and our check.

Extremely good waiter!!! Food and everything else was excellent!

It was just ok to be honest. The Capresse was nice but the arancini a bit stodgy and burnt. Then I had linguini a le vongole which was very nice but a child’s portion of pasta, so did not fill me up. C’mmon, it’s cheap pasta..... add more!. My Mrs had the pesto pasta with home made pasta which was over cooked and very soft. The chicken tasted weird but her portion was massive compared to mine!
We won’t be rushing back and will try other Italians nearby.

We came to Orlando to celebrate our anniversary from Ohio. The food at Vincenzo was impeccable. The service was extraordinary. Now I do have to mention that your front desk for check in was unacceptable. We waited long enough for their to be a long line of people behind us. We all can’t be perfect at every step though. The nice part was servers that were walking up reminding us that someone will be right with us. That was very nice. It was a great experience and we can’t wait to come back and visit Vincenzo’s again.

Been here twice. Love it! Arnold was outstanding again. Had him as our waiter for both visits. When we go back, I will request him again.
