Food was excellent. Many choices on the menu. Good choice of specials. Loved the ambience.
It was just ok.
Prices are high.
They showed a wine that was on special for $100. A bottle that goes for $18. In a store.
Not good business.
This restaurant was a wonderful find. Arnold was our waiter and from the moment we sat down to leaving, he took care of a every need.
Food was well prepared and at great prices.
Stumbled upon Vincenzo's by accident on OpenTable and glad we did! Surprised by how great all of the food was, especially since I haven't really been able to find great Italian food anywhere in Orlando, until now! Guess I never looked here since it's in such a touristy area. Great service, great food, great ambiance, great wine list. Will definitely be back!
Was given to me as a holiday gift certificate from my kids. So happy they did fantastic dinner!
Very good food, very good customer service, will definitely be back!
The food was extremely authentic and tasty! Even though the restaurant wasn’t too busy, our server took a little time to get all the food out to us
Affordable and delicious 🤤
I’ve eaten here twice and I’m
Food was sadly as expected given the location. Packed with tourists and nothing exceptional. Servers were very pushy about appetizers, drinks, dessert, coffee, etc. Also, we waited 45 mins for entrees despite ordering 10 mins after being seated. Would not recommend if you’re interested in a nice Italian dinner.
Went early with two young kids and was great for the family. Servers were so nice and the food was great.
It was a great experience. We’ll certainly be back.
One of the best Italian meals we have ever had! Beautiful atmosphere and decor with Christmas decor in red and gold beautiful as well
We were seated at a great table next to the Christmas tree
Francesco (? Correct spelling) was an outstanding server who provided excellent guidance on the specials, Vincenzo’s signature meals as well as appetizers, drinks and desserts
We had the octopus special appetizer (which we really enjoyed and have never had before )so that was a food choice stretch for us but it was fabulous!
Our entrees of the wild boar, veal scallopine chicken caprese, fettuccine Alfredo and spaghetti with meat balls were excellent and beautifully plated! So delicious!!!
Our youngest son was celebrating his birthday and when Francesco found that out he made sure he got a complimentary dessert of his choice with a special presentation birthday plate. We all appreciated their attention to detail, excellent service without being overbearing and the friendliness of the staff
We will definitely be back when we visit Orlando again!!!
We had a 7pm reservation, sat there for an hour and our food never came, after being told several times by our server that it would be out in any minute. I finally went to the manager to ask if it normally took that long. We ended up just having to have our food boxed to go because it was after 8pm and we had our toddler with us who was OVER IT.
Would NOT recommend.
Every time we come to Orlando we stop at Vincenzo’s and it never disappoints. Great food nice size portions
Love. Love. Love.
Food was pretty good. Went on a Saturday night. Staff was overwhelmed and the restaurant felt chaotic. Service was not very good.
This is a very nice family Italiana restaurant. Our. Entrees were very good. I enjoyed veal parmigiana and my wife enjoyed spaghetti vonale white wine sauce with clams and mussels. Wine moderately priced. Service was the only disappointment. Waiter seemed preoccupied with his favorite customers. Ordered a glass of wine before entrees. He forgot. I mentioned to lady that seated us but it still took time. Would recommend for food.
We went to Vincenzo’s for a post-Christmas get together. The food was superb! Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, and service was friendly. The ambiance was that of an upscale Italian farmhouse, beautifully appointed. Food is authentic Italian with a few typical American dishes added. Wonderful!
We were in Orlando for a sports event and wanted to try a local restaurant. Overall, the food was OK. We thought it was overpriced but it is Orlando… it wasn’t very busy and service was a little slow but the server was very friendly and kind.
Delicious food and beautiful place..
If it wasn't for having to wait at the front for an attendant to be seated (even though we had a reservation), and for the very slow service, this place would be outstanding. The food was excellent. Our waiter seemed new and he was also given a table of 10 people who arrived after us, so he seemed frazzled and forgot about us quite a bit. Not to mention we were left waiting for 7 minutes at the front when we arrived and were not acknowledged. It was also very noisy. There were some loud people in there.
We enjoyed Vincenzo’s. Expected mediocre food and service and we were impressed by the food and service. There are enough options for both finicky diners and those who are more adventurous. Waiter and staff were concerned about getting everything right. I would go back on our next trip to Orlando. Good Italian food is hard to find and Vincenzo’s exceeds expectations. I suggest exploring the menu for their specialties.
Stumbled upon this gem by accident. Delicious food, great service, and they even had my favorite drink from Italy, an Aperol Spritz! Close to our hotel near Universal!
This was one of the worst Italian restaurants I have ever been too. Adriano our waiter was great but the food was Olive Garden Quality., Disney might’ve been better.
The mozzarella on the Antipasto platter tasted like it was polly-o, the calamari was like eating rubber, the eggplant parmigiana was frozen and the linguine with clams had absolutely no flavor. But hey the bread was good at least. My wife left and had fries at shake shack next store. Don’t eat here ever!!!
Christmas dinner was Fantastic! Server was friendly and attentive. Something as simple as garlic cheese bread was the best we have ever had. Linguini with clams / lobster ravioli and fettuccini Alfredo with chicken were our choices for the evening. Topped the evening off with a creme brûlée and a glass of Grand Mariner.
We will return!
Christmas dinner. Food was fabulous and service was terrific. Highly recommend.
We had a very pleasant Christmas dinner at Vincenzo’s. Everything tastedgood, beautiful restaurant, reasonable prices and good service. We would go back again!
Exceptional food and service. Dined with my family for Christmas Dinner and it was amazing.
Christmas Eve was our first visit to Vincenzo's. Our party of six was greeted warmly and seated promptly. Our waiter, Arnold, arrived seconds later. His explanation of the wine list, menu, and specials made everything sound tempting. It was the beginning of a great dining experience and a memorable evening with friends. Everything was fresh, authentic, and expertly prepared. This is the Italian restaurant that we have been searching for since moving to Orlando twenty + years ago. Bravissimo, Vincenzo's. We'll be back often.
We were pleasantly surprised about this place. Being in the middle of the tourist area (we are locals) we weren’t expecting much. I was given a gift card and we went on Christmas Eve. The food and service were fantastic, and considering the location the prices were fairly reasonable. We will definitely be back!
Really good service and food
Taken to the table straight away - none of this pager nonsense
Ambience was great and food delicious and good value
Food was nothing special, came out a moderate temperature. All items are a la carte and the portions sizes are small and the price for what you get is expensive. The zuppa di pesce should be a large bowl of different shellfish atop pasta. It was served here in a soup bowl size with no pasta at all and two pieces of burnt garlic toast. There was olive oil on the table but the waiter never brought the bread. Not impressed at all, if you are impressed with this food and service, you have not had good italian food before. The waiter was not friendly and we asked him to take a picture of the table which he did but not enthusiastically.
We had an exceptional evening primarily due to our waiter, Adriano - attentive, charming, professional and his explanation and comments about the various foods and wines was extremely helpful.
A good restaurant with great service.
Ambiance was awesome. Dim lighting, crisp white linen. Definitely great date spot...not so much for kids though although they did have a decent kids menu.
The extensive wine list and excellent bruschetta appetizer started the dining experience off to a strong beginning. The chicken fettuccine alfredo was superb and the creme brulee brought the evening to a grand finale.
Loyal customer due to service and consistency from all staff
Fresh high quality ingredients led to a delicious meal. Well worth the trip. Book a table ASAP!
Wonderful service and food was exceptional. Home like atmosphere.
Exceptional food! Fantastic service! Unforgettable 90 birthday for our mother! Fun, delicious, lovely ambiance!
Great choice for Italian food, the wine selection is remarkable. Good food.
