I hope you have your business face on, because mgmt and waitstaff have no tolerance for witty guests, indecisiveness or slow orders. Makes you wonder about their career choices... Don't give the slow kitchen a second thought. Apparently this is synonymous w the service!

Going to an Italian restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary is our tradition. We chose Vincenzo Cucina Italiana, Orlando. The ambiance was very inviting. Our server was Jobe and he was just the best! Our meal was superb and the tiramisu was delicious. I would say the best we have ever had. If you are in Orlando For whatever reason. Go to Vincenza you will not be disappointed.

Dessert was amazing and the caprese salad was to die for. It was a very unique restaurant, you could feel that it was Italian.

The restaurant was completely empty on a Thursday night at 7:00 p.m. The service was excellent since we were the only two people in the restaurant and there were at least three servers and a bartender just standing around. The spaghetti and meatballs was a large portion (with two large meatballs) but the marinara sauce was very “thin” with little flavor. We also ordered garlic bread for $5.00, which was served warm and it was very flavorful. We were surprised that an Italian restaurant charges $5.00 for bread rather than serving it free. Last week we ate at Maggiano’s on I Drive (for approximately the same price) and the spaghetti and meatballs was far superior to Vincenzo’s plus the bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar came with the meal for free. Cheese was on the table throughout the meal so we could add more during dinner if we wanted. At Vincenzo’s, the server puts cheese on the pasta at the start of the meal and if you want more you have to call him over and ask for it. Also I wanted unsweetened ice tea and Vincenzo’s only offers sweet tea. All-in-all, it was a bit disappointing.

This may be the most perfect Italian restaurant in Orlando. Wow! Everything from the appetizers to the meal. Absolute perfection. I highly recommend the Linguini Allo Scogilo and their Chicken Parm. The desserts are absolute perfection as well. Please take the time and visit this restaurant, you will not be sorry. We will be back again when we visit Orlando next year.

We chose Vincenzo rather than a chain restaurant as we wanted to share a special dinner with my husband's sister and her friend. The service was attentive for the very first part , but we soon realized that was only because they were expecting a large group. The food was marginal. The sauce of my veal was the color/consistency of cream of tomato soup. For a meal that was >$200, I expect a lot more. After we completed our meal we waited about 20 minutes before anyone approached our table at all. We then waited a considerable time for deserts.

Not happy and will never return or suggest this as a site for other. We would have had more authentic at Carrabas for far less money and better service.

Friendly, courteous service, but inattentive Service.

Pasta was Luke warm & starchy (probably set under the heat light too long; veal was nice to have, but it was over cooked & luke warm!

Waiter pushed bottled water & wine list was mediocre!

Had the most amazing waiter, older gentleman. Made a reservation for a birthday and had wonderful table decorations and a surprise birthday dessert. Amazing service from beginning to end, would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would definitely return. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

The food was excellent, but our server was a little too pretentious and rude. The gentlemen that seated us was a little rude also. It seemed like we weren’t supposed to be there or something like that. Our server asked if I wanted water or wine and I declined; he looked at me like I offended him. I ordered a soda and it seemed like that was the worse thing I could have asked him. I just really felt like I wasn’t welcomed there. Like I said though, the food was excellent but a little pricey.

We decided to try this restaurant after reading on the Internet they were awarded best Italian in Orlando. The restaurant was elegant and service was very good. However it went downhill from there. I had the seafood linguine and it lacked flavor and was a bit dry. My son had fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and his was dry. My husband had the fettuccine with short ribs and truffle oil and the truffle oil completely made that dish. For the price of my seafood dish it was disappointing.

Although we are locals, this was our first visit. I chose this particular Italian restaurant because it is Chef owner operated. (Getting tired of chain restaurants). Although we rarely venture to the tourist I drive area, we decided to give this place a shot, and I am glad we did. The service was good, food very tasty, good wine list, good value. The only down side if I had to pick one is that the tables are crowded. There were 4of us and barely room for our food, water and drinks. Will definitely go back.

The food was mediocre and expensive. The wine was a $15 bottle that they were charging $80 for and calling it a deal like they were doing me a favor. Internet can give you a pretty good idea of what a bottle costs. We had calamari that was not cooked well and had little flavor. The sauce it came with was very plain too. The Caesar salad was way over dressed, and the flavor was just not there. Assuming a grocery store dressing, and not a good one at that. My main was the house special veal. It was inedible as you could not cut through it, and the sauce was so greasy. Nobody out 8 diners finished their meal.

The food was excellent but unfortunately the service was not. The service started out good but then a party of 30 was seated in the same dining area and our server completely forgot about us. After waiting for 15 minutes after finishing our meals we were able to get the attention of another server and asked him to bring take home containers and to get our check from our server. He did bring the containers but never approached our server about getting our check. We were finally able to get our server’s attention to get the check and he seemed shocked that we didn’t want dessert. He did half heartedly apologize saying they just got bombarded but the table was set for the party of 30 at the time we arrived so they weren’t bombarded as they knew that party was coming. Once they arrived he simply forgot about the party of we three and before they arrived he never came back to check on us. The food was delicious but the service ruined the taste to what could have been a lovely Mother’s Day meal. Additionally he never offered my mother and I the free mimosa that the hostess told us about after we had already ordered our drinks.
