Christine manages all aspects of the front of the house and can be found chatting with guests and ensuring duo is very excited to launch their vision of Vincent!

We had a very enjoyable evening at Vincent’s, despite some less-than-perfect aspects to the experience.
First, we had a bit of a hard time finding the place. When we asked a local guy who works at a bar nearby, he has not heard of it. We did eventually find the restaurant- I would suggest a larger and more prominent sign.
The restaurant ambiance is cozy, comfortable, maybe a bit old fashioned. There were some very loud and rude people near us that evening, which was entertaining and a little uncomfortable.
The food was excellent! For starters we had fois gras, which was perfect, and the Apple/Camembert salad, also fantastic. For main courses we had the beef Bourgogne and a cassoulet made of duck, sausage, beans, and bacon. These entrees were rich, luxurious, “French comfort food”, and really delicious. The wine list was comprised of good options at fair prices. We had a Chateau Neuf du Pape and loved it. For dessert we had a creme brulee, wonderful.
The service was well intended, but inexperienced. Our server could not offer recommendations on the menu, eventually confiding that she has not tried any of the items on the menu. We received a similar response to questions about the wine. That said, though, the service was attentive and respectful.
In summary, this restaurant has potential to be great. The interesting venue, great food, homey ambiance are winners. Work on professionalizing the service - knowing and promoting the menu, dealing with unruly customers, and showing more leadership in hosting the patrons, etc. - and the place will be a winner!
Outstanding food. So tasty, so excellent. A hundred times better than with the previous owner. I love this place with authentic french people and authentic french food. I never saw that before customers who applause the chef in the main room only because all was fantastic. I highly recommend

Went there and loved it! The food was excellent, the service was professional and a beautiful terrace. Really romantic, had a very good experience.
Celebrated my son’s birthday there, everything was perfect, the waitress even made the effort to sing happy birthday in french! Highly recommend this gem in Lake Worth and we can’t wait to return.

Had a wonderful mussels gratin first. Excellent half duck crispy with mashed potatoes and orange sauce. Service was great too. I love this place in Lake Worth.

Food was very good, clearly an experienced chef in the kitchen. Service was friendly but inexperienced, particularly when it comes to wine. And wine list was very disappointing: not many choices, and very few French wines.
Prices are very high for what is essentially a simple neighborhood bistro.
Went here for the Valentine's Prix fix menu. Came in and asked to sit inside since the bar nextdoor was extremely loud (still very loud even inside) we received no service for 10 minutes (only half the tables were seated, around 8pm). The service was very disorganized, we had a different server on almost every interaction and long periods of wait. The zucchini cannelloni was the highlight of the night, even with large pieces of crab she'll in it (at least I knew it was real crab) the risotto was undercooked, the tenderloin was over cooked and the apple tatin had the mere rumor of warmth running through it. I was very dissatisfied but given the occasion was trying to place a positive spin on everything as so we could still enjoy our Valentine's day. I will not be returning.
We were sooo disappointed. We loved Bistro Dayane and previous owners Riad & Dayane. They always made certain to introduce themselves to their diners and get to know them and vice versa. Perhaps we were spoiled by this and expected the new owners Vincent & Christine to do the same.
Sadly, Dayane & Riad closed their restaurant and went back to Paris.
However, when I received a friendly text message in January from the new owners to come visit their restaurant, we were hopeful that a new favorite restaurant had taken its place.
We were traveling overseas and then had two more trips in January. So, it was Valentines evening before we could go. A table was booked via Open Table. Table was confirmed but only outside was available. Fine...
When we arrived at 7:30 and seated outdoors , (rain threatening) it was apparent there were lots of empty tables inside. Outdoor tables were under a canopy, so no worries...However, within 15-30 minutes, a loud and awful band started at the bar next door. Also, outside! Impossible to have a romantic Valentines dinner.
Waitress took 15 minutes to ask if we wanted a glass of wine (or the complimentary champagne that came with the 3-course/$89 pre fixe dinner.)
Menu options were fine. Food was so-so. However, the noise level from the music made dinner more an ordeal than a delight. In fact, we asked for our desserts to go. FYI-they weren’t worth the effort.
To make matters worse, my wife went into the restaurant to use the ladies room and counted 14 empty tables! The hostess/owner Christine was aware of the racket from the bar and could have offered the 5-6 tables of diners (all two tops) outside an option to move inside.
Before leaving, we asked to speak with Christine. Her only comment was that she was told “the band wouldn’t start until 9pm”. But, there was no apology; only excuses. Seems the new owners lack experience in running a restaurant or at least a talent for customer service.
Good food and service.
Went for Valentine. Lets start with the positive. We were sitting outside, Nice ambiance, Nice attention to détails on tables, flower pettles, Portions were quite good, and tasty. Presentation was excellent. Now the negatives...which are only meant as positive criticism for improvement. We took the onion soup and foie gras as appetiser. Excellent. Then I order a bottle of st emilon ....which was COLD....yes a no no .when i complained the server said that it had to be kept in the cold cellier...REALLY!!!!!. Then the potatoes were served at room temperature and my husband did not have a steak knife. Dessert was served without utensiles, the same case for many customers. I was expecting more finesse for a 89$ pp meal.
Divine, sublime, authentic, charming, scrumptious. Don’t miss it
Excellent, as usual. Took duck breast, so tasty with creamy potatoes gratin. Sauce was so good too. Lemon tart was wonderful. Lovely wine list. Charming waitress. We’ll be back soon with friends

I had dinner here about a year ago under prior ownership and never returned, as service was not good and food was underwhelming. I returned for lunch this time after reading positive reviews with the hope that the new owner/chef had improved things all around. My friend and I went for lunch this time. The atmosphere was attractive, the menu appealing, so we were optimistic. I ordered the mussels off the dinner menu. My friend made the comment that if a French restaurant can’t get mussels right, we’re in trouble. Well, suffice it to say, it was downhill from the first bite. Mussels had absolutely no taste, nor did the broth. Dipping bread in the broth is my favorite part of the meal and neither the broth or the bread had flavor. The portion was large and I just couldn’t eat them. What a shame:( My friend suffered through the vegetarian plate... We had quite a lot of nerve to order crepe suzette. Our bad... terrible! Soggy and brandy hadn’t been cooked off, so way too strong. With all that, the owner, the waitress didn’t even ask if we were pleased. I think they were afraid to ask...but here it is. The truth as we ate it.
Excellent food, french cassoulet with duck leg confit, french sausage, white beans was so tasty. I love the red snapper in an asparagus risotto too.And wonderful lemon tart. Very good service. I highly recommend
Amazing! Wonderful from start (lovely foie gras terrine and strawberry chutney) to finish (crepes suzette.That was the perfect finishing touch). Charming service that guided us to great choices.

We kept the same prices as the previous owner (rack of lamb, ribeye, salmon, desert...) and mussels are even sold cheaper while we offer them with real homemade fresh fries, which was not the case before.
