Outstand food quality. Wendy was our server, paced the meal perfectly. It was our 50th Wedding anniversary, and the staff came over to congratulate us. Very nice.

We have been here numerous times, but last night the service was slow to poor. Food was good. Lobster was chewy but steak was good. Was offered a free dessert because of slow service but really didn't make up for what was to be a special birthday dinner out. Reservations for 7 pm and were not honored. At least 15 minutes late with no explanation. Left at our table for another 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. Brought water and said bread was in the oven and would be right out. We had to ask for the bread some 40 minutes later. Seated at 7:15'ish and did not leave until 8:40 pm and the dining room was not overly crowded and there seemed to adequate staff on hand.

The food was outstanding. A friend and I split the 22 oz bone-in ribeye; husband had the 14 oz New York strip. Both steaks were requested medium rare and came exactly that way. We didn’t even order appetizers or “accompaniments” (potatoes, etc.) — of course those are an extra charge and we decided we didn’t need all that food! Just side salads (very large) and the steaks, plus a glass of wine each. Just enough to eat before a theater performance. Was not inexpensive — just over $200 with tip — but we were ok with that for a special night out. Server Lisa was very attentive, friendly, and professional.

Vince Lombardi's Steakhouse was an awesome place to get dinner! We came here for our anniversary, and the food was amazing, the service was amazing, and it's a really cool atmosphere. Especially for me being a Packers fan :) I wish I could remember our waiter's name because he was a great guy and was very personable. I'd highly recommend coming here for special occasions for sure!

I would not recommend this restaurant. The whole experience was just ok. Very disappointing since we were celebrating a birthday & decided to make this a destination dinner & spent the night at the hotel they are located in.

Sides were very good. Main entrees not great. Halibut had an odd taste and smell (we threw out) and tenderloin was over cooked. Very expensive meal. Not impressed at all. Wont be back anytime soon unfortunately.

I had the filet that was cooked well but was over salted; comment was made to server but reply was “They put salt flakes on before serving.” …that was that. No attempt made by server to ask us if we would like a dessert. When did restaurants start to add gratuities of 20%, 25% 30%? Honestly, most of these suggested gratuities include tax; which they shouldn’t. The food did not meet the price that was charged.

Great atmosphere mixing classic football memorabilia with the typical oak you'd expect in a steakhouse. We had the waygu strip (no price given when it was announced as a special) which was $90 per steak. Pricey but the quality was A+. But for an establishment with these kinds of price points, you'd expect the menu and wine list to sparkle a bit more. Sides are so so and they lack variety. Asparagus or broccolini were they only green options. Beer/cheese soup was so salty I finished my water glass then retained it. Wine list was very shallow as well. Here you'd expect some standards and hits like Silver Oak or Caymus -- especially in the cabs section. I'd go again but stick to cocktails and ribeyes.

Several issues this trip: First of all our waitress was very pushy and was obviously rushing us to place our dinner order. It took a very long time for us to get our wine order, and we generally like to sip wine and take some time looking at the menu before ordering. She asked us at least 5 times in the first 20 minutes if we were ready to place our order. Second, I questioned her about the wine list which seemed much smaller than what we have experienced there before on previous visits. She said that was the extent of the wine list. But then we heard other waitresses telling adjacent tables that there was a reserve wine list. We were never offered that. We likely would have ordered a more expensive bottle of wine had we been offered a look at the reserve wine list. Third,when our meal did arrive she delivered our steak and side order before we were served soup and salad. That should never happen at a high end restaurant. She acted like it was no big deal. Soup and salad should always come before the main entree. Another more minor point regarding the wine. It has been our experience that the apparent head of the table should be offered a small sip of wine before serving glasses to everyone. She just poured the wine and never offered a preliminary sip. Perhaps this is a trend that has changed, and if so, it is Ok, but again she treated us like this was Texas Roadhouse instead of a classy steakhouse. Also we were never given a chilled container to keep the Chardonnay in. Our waitress was either poorly trained or just did not want to be at work that evening. In defense of the kitchen, the food was actually pretty good. The steak, although quite salty was very flavorful, and on par with what we have experienced at Lombardi's in times past. The mashed potatoes were a little on the runny side, but again had a very good flavor. Soup and salad were good. So, in summary, food was very good, but level of service was SIGNIFICANTLY lacking.
