   I can’t put int words how awful customer service was. Got food wrong was told I told them the order wrong! Waited a while for them to correct order, our third visit usually great will not be returning

   The restaurant was shut so we had to eat in the bat which was showing football on every screen, not the atmosphere I was looking for when I booked a relaxing break for myself and my daughter

   Got order wrong. One meal instead of 4 arrived. Wasn’t hot- taco’s . Air con on and was freezing

   Booked for Sunday lunch, staters very good , main meal very poor quality, deserts more in line with breakfast menu, much prefer the old set up help your self, will not return for Sunday lunch.

   Since the Sunday set meal has been changed from Carvery in the restaurant to a set meal in the bar it’s dropped in value for money. It was very noisy, kids running around dipping fingers in the food left out, there were drunk adults swearing. The choices of food, including starters and desserts was not up to the usual standard as when was in the restaurant on the set menu. Breakfast pastries passed off as desserts. The only part that was pleasant was the staff were lovely and friendly.

   We hadn't realised it was a sports bar when we booked. The football was on, the commentary was very loud but as everyone was shouting over it, it couldn't be heard so why bother? The starters came at different times. Not conducive for a family get together

   Regular for a roast here and it was always great, but they now sit you in the bar with giant TVs everywhere that are loud and the food is just left out next to the bar , really poor and I won't be back

    There a wide range of dishes to suite everyone & the staff were outstanding. I opted for a superfood salad which I eat a lot & it wasn’t it’s usual quality but It didn’t impact on the overall evening. Maybe turn some of the screens off occasionally, got a bit annoying at times cause with the individual restaurant now gone there is nowhere to escape them. Service was excellent in fact the female serving us was outstanding, blonde ponytail. We were really impressed by her.
