We went for my birthday and it was beautiful and thr service and ambiance were great!!
Great food and service!
Had a quick lunch here with a friend. Great menu. Great ambiance. Fantastic and friendly service!
Villa Blanca delivered! I wanted an elegant but comfortable Italian restaurant to celebrate my birthday with friends, and not too noisy so we could talk. We all loved the food, they had my favorite Italian wine and they made a beautiful birthday dessert plate!! I will be back!!
Needs to make a decision...either it’s a BH restaurant or not. Place needs to be modernized.
Food needs to be better. Shame, it got great location, all kinds of potential, but owner needs to INVEST
The food was incredible! The food came out quickly, and the drinks were delicious. Service was just as impressive.
It is a beautiful venue. The staff is very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and specials. The menu was well crafted and the prices were very fair with the portions and ingredients.
My only issue was where we were placed. Tiny corner table. It was not full when we arrived although to be fair there were a few large tables reserved.
I would recommend it and would go back to dine again.
The decor was lovely and tasteful, very serene & upscale!
The service was impeccable and the food was delicious! We can’t wait to return.
This was a last minute idea as we arrived late into LA and were planning to dine at SUR the following day anyway. We went a bit early as we hadn’t eaten much all day and were fortunate to find availability. Josie (hope I got that right?) was gracious enough to hold our spot even though we arrived a few minutes late. Our server, Amanda, was prompt, courteous, and professional. She offered us good suggestions which we really appreciated. The salmon was done to perfection as was my rack of lamb. We couldn’t stop short of trying the mashed cauliflower which was amazing and the best I’ve ever had. We had one misstep at the table (sorry!) but Tyler was very quick to remedy the mishap and helped to sort things out. Brian came by to assist and was very quick to assist which was appreciated. The dinner itself was terrific and we would absolutely not hesitate to return. Thanks again Amanda for your great service. Cheers to a great team!
Food was disappointing...my friend from England had to send her fish and chips back and still unhappy, soggy and not crisp. My salad so-so...Service was excellent and did apologize for our food taking so long...will not be returning!
We were so excited to be having lunch at Lisa Vanderpump's Villa Blanca! I ordered the Chicken Milanese and was assured by the waiter that there was no garlic in the dish and he would make certain with the chef. Time passed and a server brought my friend's salad and my chicken dish, but said there was garlic throughout. I said I couldn't eat that and he took both the salad and my dish away. The waiter showed up and said sorry, maybe try pasta made to order. So, time passed again before food arrived, round two. No free drink, no complimentary dessert, no acknowledgment of the really poor service. Lisa would be so upset that this occurred.
To whom It may concern!
I have never wasted $ as much as this place, food was bad, service was bad, and place looks old
I would NEVER recommend or eat there AGAIN
Underwhelming best describes this experience. Far from the chic, happening atmosphere as portrayed on RHOBH, this restaurant is now a tired tourist trap. Hardly a local could be spotted among the tables filled with bachelorette parties and groups of women there on a sight see. The decor is tired and many areas of the restaurant, including bathrooms, appear to need a renovation. The food was average at best and left nothing to be desired. We won’t be back or recommend.
Food was just ok. Our waiter got my order wrong twice (once for my drink and once for the food). We told him that we wanted to take our time and he kept rushing us. It wasn’t crowded at all, so I don’t know why. Place was cute but I probably wouldn’t go back.
Ambiance and decor was top notch! Food was very good and perfectly portioned. Only complaint is that both entrees came out hot in the middle of the plate but cold on the outer part. Kind of disappointing but overall, good quality and worth the value.
The food was good, noting spectacular but nice. Our server was very friendly and helpful. I was really surprised by how run down and outdated the place looked. Aside from the fresh cut flowers and white linens the whole place needs a major refresh!
Great food and a pretty good happy hour. Would definitely go back.
An exceptional evening, fabulous meal (some wonderfully inventive pastas), wonderful service , great vibe, truly beautiful setting, and if you happen to hit happy hour, grab two bottles of the spectacular Vanderpump Rose. It's always, always our go-to restaurant whenever we hit L.A.
Austin the bartender was fantastic!!! 6 Stars!! He provided superior service and kindness
A trip to LA would not be the same without a visit to Villa Blanca. We love the patio ... but if it’s cold or raining the inside is cozy and elegant.
Food and service can’t be beat.
Love the place.
We pulled up to the valet and had to wait about 7 minutes before the valet person arrived. The poor guy appeared to be the only one handling all the cars. My car sat there all night. It was never moved. Our reservation was for 7:00 pm. Our dinner was served at 8:40. The lamb was tasty, but lukewarm. I was not going to wait to have it prepared again. We will not be returning.
Great food and excellent service! I highly recommend allowing your server to guide your dining selections. The specials were outstanding, the appetizers were proportioned perfectly and the deserts were great.
Lee was a great waiter :)
Been eating at this restaurant for 10 years. NEVER had a bad meal or experience. Staff and food always the best and prices are a great value for any city but amazing for Beverly Hills. A+ all the way
Cool place. Food...not so great.
Absolutely loved Lisa Vanderpump’s Villa Blanca! Food was wonderful, service was amazing, and the location made it absolutely perfect!
We had a great time! The food was amazing and the service excellent! And the setting and decor was absolutely beautiful! Very elegant. Will definitely be coming back!
I was extremely disappointed in our experience at Villa Blanca. It took 20 minutes for us to be given a glass of water. I ordered chicken which was undercooked and had to be sent back. They gave me a different chicken meal which had absolutely no flavor. I was told a manager would come to speak to me which never happened. Lastly, it was my husband’s birthday, which I called ahead to make sure they knew, and nothing happened. Seemed like this place really didn’t care about customer service or quality of food. We have enjoyed eating at Sur or Pump in the past, but we will not return to Villa Blanca.
Overpriced for less than average food. Noise levels were so loud we could barely have a conversation. Scallops special was $40 for 3 yes only 3 tiny scallops and a massive bed of pasta to bulk it up. And the $38 black cod special was not fresh and sat on a horrible coleslaw that had no flavor or dressing. $150 for 2 sub par entrées and 2 wines was really the worst value. Avoid this place and go to the diner across the street where you’d get much better meals!!
There was a very rude party of 9 harassing the staff who was also harassing the guests around the entrance of the restaurant. Management of the restaurant should have directed them elsewhere to stand. You need reservations at a place like this. They also didn’t have my table ready when my reservation started so I wasn’t happy about that either.
It is my birthday and our waiter was very helpful and charming. His name was Rocco J. Thank for making my night fun and special!!
This was the worst overall experience at restaurant I have ever had. Once upon a time, many years ago this was a beautiful place to go with wonderful food and top drawer service.
i understand that it has been sold a couple of times but couldn't you just give us all a break and close the place down? This place figured out how to ruin an simple lunch for 5 easy people. Pizza - Nope all the ovens were recalled. The bar area was huge we noticed with lots of TV's now.
I DON'T THINK THIS PLACE can afford to keep a chef anymore because the menu has gotten small and what was served tasted canned, frozen or prepared. the food items were suddenly very limited and everything was bland and without flavor.
Our lunch order didn't work out at all. I guess they ran out of food for our expensive cobb salads and neglected to add the salad ingredients such as the grilled chicken, the chopped eggs, the avocado, the bacon, the blue cheese and the salad dressing. Did they figure we wouldn't notice? Instead they served us 3 bowls of dry lettuce with tomato bits and it looked pathetic, especially at $18 a salad!.
We kept our order so simple and still it was a disaster. I was so embarrassed and kept apologizing throughout the entire lunch. I know the people with me were all hungry and we all just wanted a decent meal and not one thing had any merit.
Our waiter never showed up again and the host was smiling and bust being a host so we were stuck with no food to eat and bill for $160.
No one wants to stay for coffee or dessert like we always do traditionally because we all were so hungry that everyone wanted to go find a place they could hurry up and eat something.
Lisa Vanderpump should get out of the restaurant business. Her time has come and gone.
It was wonderful! The food was delicious, ambiance was perfect, and the manager was so nice!!! This was our third visit to LA, and Villa Blanca’s is definitely always on our list of restaurants!!!
What a wonderful evening. We had a fun day wedding dress shopping and thought that we would end the day with dinner at Villa Blanca. It was the perfect ending to our special day. Our waitress was just darling and shared our excitement of our day and even had a little toast with us with our sparkling rose!
The food was beyond yummy! Every item that we ordered was wonderfully prepared. The ambience was romantic and the rooms lighting just set the tone of the evening. Thank you to the staff at Villa Blanca for making this an day to remember!
Great service. Loud inside to talk
Excellent food and service at a reasonable price for the neighborhood. Valet parking available.
My husband and I enjoyed the restaurant very much. The food was so good, the ambience was pleasant, the service was great.
Presentation of restaurant & service was average
Decor seemed tired in need of updating this is the exterior
Service was poor basic service knowledge was lacking
Food was good /ok
Rose from the Provence was average
The restaurant is beautiful. Food was delicious. The service by our waiter was not good. We barely saw him. We ordered a bottle of champagne and we had to refill our own glasses 2 times. A little disappointing as we were celebrating a birthday...
Go for the people watching but not the service. They completely forgot about us. Don’t go if you are in a hurry.
