    Ordered the Docer sole for 2. Totally inedible and full of bones. No flavor and over cooked. For $80 you would hope they have some quality control in place but obviously they don’t. Save your $$ and time. Find anyplace else!

    Great service and tasty, but mandatory service charge of 18% for even a party of two is simply entitlement and make this place a very expensive option. Also, noise level is simply too high for any conversation.

    Awful, overpriced food and drinks. The grilled octopus was rubbery and bland. The pasta wheel dish was tasteless and the pasta was chewy. The lamb confit was curiously lukewarm and underwhelming. The Dover sole was the only mildly decent food but at $80, it’s a hard pass. ~$600 (total for 4 people) later and we still had to get dinner to go at a nearby diner.

    Overpriced drinks. Dead flowers on the bar. Food a little pricy for what we did, but very good. The location of course is great if going to an event at AA Center.......right across the street in the W.

    Excellent food, small but tasty menu. Knowledgeable waitstaff. They give you plenty of time to eat between courses. Tartare appetizers are good as are fish and pastas. Everything is made to order including tiramisu so the cocoa powder on top is mobile and easily inhaled. A bit overpriced but the ambiance makes up for it. Dress code did not seem to be enforced on Sunday nights.

    Wonderful spot for lunch and drinks! The bartender was super friendly and knowledgeable. He asked me what my go to drink was and I told him I’m a sucker for a good margarita. He then made me his version of a Mexican martini. It was nothing short of amazing. All the staff had wonderful southern hospitality. We will be coming back to enjoy more!

    Their menu is not Mediterranean and it’s very limited unless you go during brunch. The ambiance and aesthetics were top tier so it’d be a nice place to have a cocktail and take pictures but not if you’re looking for a Mediterranean dining experience.

    I had high expectations for a “nice” restaurant at The W hotel. We met friends for a drink before dinner at the bar in the restaurant. We told the hostess when we arrived what we were doing. We got wrapped up in conversation & before we realized, it was a little after our reservation time. The hostess tried to tell me we could no longer have our table. The restaurant was half empty! Once seated, the food was delicious. The service was atrocious.

    Save your money and avoid this place. Service was beyond terrible. I won’t waste my time other than to say we eat out all the time, all o er the country and this was the worst experience we’ve had anywhere I. The past 13 years since we’ve been together. Way over priced and waiter didn’t say 18% gratuity was already added for a table of two. Had to cross off the tip I had added.

    Rarely review a bad experience, but this place won’t last 5 months. Server was so nice, but poor thing added 18% gratuity and I would have left more because she can’t help the terrible food, slow bar, bad martinis and bad appetizers. We waited for those before ordering mains. We ordered the burrata appetizer and were served brie without explanation. The tuna tartare was subpar at best. The place was empty, only 8 tables filled, but reservations showed mostly full, assuming to show its sought after. If my waitress wasn’t so nice, I would have had our food taken off and my date took a sip of her drink because it was so bad and the it wasn’t noticed by the server. Her one bad move that made me not tip over grat, shorting herself.

    The service was not on point. Server didn't know where the oysters where from, glasses where dirty. One other server brought us the wrong meal (while restaurant was almost empty) Martini over priced. food was a 7. didn't feel fresh . Atmostsphere feels like it needs a refresh

    The food was terrible. Table side pasta was so overcooked it was mush and shockingly room temp. The crab salad was fishy and the crab was an off putting brown color. The worst offense was a beautiful piece of sole was so over cooked it was inedible. The restaurant was empty except for some patrons at the bar so the kitchen could not have been over burdened. Service was slow and spotty also surprising due to lack of customers. It is very sad because the menu sounded so promising and the space is lovely.

    Appetizers were good. Steaks were enjoyed — after being sent back to correct the temperature. Pasta and fish average at best and dramatically overpriced. Poor service and the atmosphere is much more like a Miami night club than a white table cloth restaurant with $75 entrees. Very disappointing overall. One bright spot was manager, Jordan, worked to correct some things at the end.

    The food was good but very overpriced for what you got. The atmosphere was beautiful but they promised entertainment for Bastille Day celebration. They said it would start around 9 PM. We had 8:45 pm reservations. Yes there was a DJ and the can can girls mostly just walked around and did "birthday" tables. No other advertised entertainment happened. However, the service was great. We had Oscar and it seemed all the servers were doing their best. The music was more appropriate for a night club than a dinner club because it was way too loud. So it looks classy, the service was classy but the music was too loud to be classy and the food is ok but really overpriced. Parking is valet and the W charges you 10.83 (not sure why it's taxed) and then the tip for the valet. All in all for 200.00 for 2 people it was ok as an experience but I would not actually return. But please do try it once to see if you like it. Just FYI the place didn't really get going until 10 pm and goes until 2 am which is great but it's rather empty earlier.

    This was my second time back and ut didn’t disappoint. The first time was for my friend’s birthday party and they did an exceptional job on catering to 16 woman. We had such a great time that birthday girl didn’t each much but was so entertained by the talented violinist. The whole team from wait staff to manager was very tentative to our needs. I came back to its birthday girl to try out the menu this time around. May I say, the food was scrumptious. Thank you to the French captain, Jordan for all the recommendations from oysters to the filet mignon, it was incredible. Thank you Jordan and his wonderful team for another amazing night. We will be back and recommend our friends who understand quality of food and customer service.

    It was okay.. I think we went on an off night since it was a Holiday.. the service was sub-par considering the price of the food. The steak was amazing and all of the other food was delicious.. I feel like the server could have been more attentive ~ didn’t receive a wine list until halfway through my steak. Also, I was not advised of the “service-charge” upon receipt. In addition, the noise and commotion at the bar was obnoxious ~ are we fine dining or at a sports bar? Well, I wasn’t too sure…

    Jordan from St. Tropez was absolutely fantastic…he went above and beyond and he made a great impression on us…he was super helpful with the menu and his service was professional and timely…the attitude of the whole restaurant was very impressive and we will be back to this place very soon. It seems as though people aren’t as willing to engage and be as personable these days…and Jordan really was 5 stars all the way around…👌

    This place has a wonderful atmosphere, and it's absolutely beautiful. We went the night of the chappelle show. We arrived at 5:30 pm and didn't leave until 7:20 pm because the service was so slow.

    Everything was great as far as service and the food. Only problem is that they charge you extra if you stay more than your allotted time. We were still eating and drinking and spending money so that was unfair. There were plenty of tables available for other patrons.

    Came here for a fun, boozy brunch with a DJ. Unfortunately, we were the only ones there and didn't get the real experience. The waiter got our food wrong twice, but made up for it with a couple free drinks. Considering we were the only ones there though, it was a bit odd. Beautiful ambiance, good music, just very dead.

    Ultimately we dined on a Sunday evening. There wasn’t that many guest and it still took 1.2 hours to get our food. Our server was nice and apologetic but she was the only server working. It’s made for a very poor experience. I probably won’t be back for sometime.

    Managers stood around and talked to each other or hit on the female staff. No one was working. Had to ask for wine or salt or other items twice. Chief cannot cook without truffle on almost every item. We didn't get two items ordered. Tried to pass of tiramisu as chocolate cake when we ordered the chocolate cake. Never got the chocolate cake. Nice place. Special occasion it is not. They do allow shorts and t-shirts, no dress code.

    Decided to go with this restaurant for my mothers birthday dinner. All I can say is AMAZING! They took care of our personal cake and brought it out for the bottle service. It was so amazing, they made everything very fun! Music was great! Had my family on their feet dancing type of great! Would definitely for birthday or any type of celebrations. The ambiance was so cozy and luxurious. The food was 10/10. Great music, food, and service!

    I ordered the salmon with a side of mashed potatoes. The salmon lacked flavor and seasoning. It was also very dry. The mashed Potatoes were more like purée potatoes as it was basically a soup. Nothing mashed about it! I have never eaten mashed potatoes with a consistency like this it was very strange. It was very quiet in the restaurant which is nice I guess but on tik tok the atmosphere seemed way more lively. But there were not a lot of guest in the restaurant so that could be why but it was primetime on a Saturday so I just expected MORE. My other guest at my table tried different things like the table side pasta and agreed that there was no flavor or seasoning in any of the dishes.

    If I could leave this place a ZERO rating I would! STAY FAR AWAY. I don’t even know where to start. The first drink I ordered was leaking and when I looked closer there’s a huge crack in the glass. The service is very slow. We waited almost 45 minutes for them to bring out my birthday cake when they finally did they spelled birthday wrong on the sign and brought the WRONG cake out. Then came back with my cake but it literally looked like someone stuck their finger on the side of the cake and they didn’t use my candles I paid $7 for. Then as if it could not get any worse the orange slices on our casamigos shots had MOLD on it. We showed the manager and he was very nonchalant about it. Even after explaining to him that the experience we were having is terrible he only offered to remove 3 single shots even though we had 3 rounds of shots that had orange slices on them. I usually spend my birthday dinners at Nick and Sams but I wanted to try something different but NEVER AGAIN. Terrible customer service! Oh yeah there was a fight at the bar and someone got arrested in the middle of the restaurant. Don’t waste your time or money here.
