Ciao! Welcome to Viggiano's BYOB of Conshohocken! Chef/ Owner Mark Viggiano and wife Lisa Viggiano would like to invite you to experience a little taste of the Viggiano heritage. Mark's parents had ten boys followed by one girl! The concept of Viggiano's BYOB was inspired by memories of sharing food and conversation around the large kitchen table! The Viggiano Family would like to now invite you and your family to experience Viggiano's hospitality and authentic Italian cuisine in a family-style dining atmosphere.
The menu is designed to give you choices, there are 2 sizes for our entrees; piccolo is an individual size portion while grande serves two! The menu is also al a carte so you may compliment your entree with a side of pasta or vegetable. The salads as well as appetizers and desserts are large enough to be shared!
Our family is thrilled to ,once again invite your family to eat, enjoy and celebrate with us!

Was not impressed. Potato gnocchi was gummy and cold. “Carbonara” was not carbonara. Eggplant Parmesan and Caesar salad were the only thing we thought were decent.

We started the night with our BYO wine, which is always a nice treat to save some money. Our server was excellent, starting with a story of the owner and his family, describing the outline of the menu, including the different size entree options, and paying just enough attention that we didn't feel rushed.

Of course the bread is always a hot item, and I was pleased that it was a very flavorful bread with a nice, crunchy crust, and plenty of dipping condiment options. For an appetizer we had their fried calamari, which came with a hearty marinara and some sliced lemons. The fry was a tad overdone, leading to a crispier and chewier bite than normal, but they were all the same tasty.

It was their classic lasagna for me for dinner, the vegetable penne rigata with added shrimp for my wife. The lasagna was surprisingly excellent, I described it to my wife as a Platonic ideal of a lasagna; every piece was where it should have been, and as a lasagna it did everything I expected of it. Her penne dish was tasty, but with few vegetables and a less than robust sauce it was overall underwhelming, though the amount of shrimp certainly helped make up for it.

The ambiance was a bit loud, and I am thankful that we were seated in the upstairs room by the window, because it certainly would have felt a bit cramped further in. Aside from the noise, however, the rooms were well decorated, with a very authentic feel inside.

We made it out with full stomachs, and a bill of less than $60, so all things considered there's not much need for change.

Overall, I would say that Viggiano's is a nice Italian restaurant in every sense of the word, but for a more affordable budget.

Overall great meal and great service for my large family gathering.
The room we were placed in was extremely quiet with no background music (most tables were on dates). Typically, this isn't an issue but we felt bad for the other tables given we were a 12 person party and are a pretty loud group.

All of the servers I ever had are so friendly and accommodating. Our last server was wonderful. So outgoing, friendly and accommodating. Our food was served timely and with a smile! Our family love it there.

We tried the butternut squash ravioli which was excellent! The alfredo sauce could be a bit more cheesy instead of buttery for the rich taste. The lasagna was fab. Service was excellent. Our waitress was very nice and informative of the menu. It was our 1st time and we'll be back to try other menu items that interested us.

We have been here many times and the food and service are always excellent. The only problem with this visit was that there was a large party next to us and it made it hard to hear our conversation at times.

The staff at Viggiano's is always very welcoming and accommodating. The food alone would keep me coming back for more but the fact that the staff is so great makes this place top notch. BYO makes this prefect for a date night or large party like we had. Love the semi-private rooms they place large parties in!

4 of us had great time. Seated at reservation time. Holly was efficient and businesslike. Food was great with large quantities. All had small entree, each could easily serve 2. Sauce for mussels was amazing. Chicken Parmigiana was wonderful and bruschetta was best ever.
First time for all 4 of us, definitely will be back.

I was somewhat underwhelmed. Full disclosure, I come from an Italian family so I tend to be pickier about Italian restaurants. Our food was hit or miss. The calamari was rubbery, which is hard to get over. One of our entrees was really great, and the other one was just so-so and the fish that came with it was overcooked. Dessert was delicious! The ambiance was great and so was the wait staff. I just had higher hopes and felt like the food left a little to be desired!

We met friends, had a great time. Food was great and we didn't feel rushed. We would definitely go back here again, the fact that it is a byob makes this place even better! It's a little noisy and the seating a tad close, the waitress forgot to bring an items we requested. However, the pros well outweigh the cons and we are looking forward to returning in the future.

This was our first visit to Viggiano’s, and it will not be our last! The menu is classic Italian with a choice of two entree sizes - piccolo (individual) and grande (for sharing). Both sizes are very generous, and all the food was delicious! We ordered the bruschetta to start, which was crispy and warm, just right. We then shared the caesar salad (very large). Our entrees were the piccolo lasagna and a special, veal saltimbocca. And for dessert we shared a cannoli. Lots of food and brought home half the lasagna. The ambience is wonderful, we sat in a small room of 5 tables with a working fireplace decorated with family photos - feels like you are eating in someone’s home, very cozy. Our waitress was wonderful, very welcoming and accomodating. All in all, a wonderful experience, I highly recommend it!
