We reserved space for a birthday celebration only to arrive with the DOORS LOCKED/CHAINED and no one answering the phone. Went to a restaurant next door and they said that View 702 is known for being closed without explaining when/why… ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE

I wish I could give 0 stars. I made a reservation, only to get there and the entire place is closed. The restaurant next door told me it seems they open when they want…there is no set schedule. I came from out of town and wasted money on an u er getting there. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

They took 45 minutes to bring out waters and drinks and forgot two of my family’s food items. Also my mother’s food was cold. When we received it. It was some of the worst service that I’ve experienced in recent years. The girl who was our server was not rude about it. She was very sweet, however very forgetful, and they were very understaffed, and there was no bartender so our bottomless mimosas didn’t come out consistently until we have been there for about an hour. The only reason we didn’t leave was because it was Mother’s Day and our backup options were all booked.

Went for a reservation made ahead of time and the restaurant was closed. When every platform they have hours posted stated they were open. Updating hours doesn't take much and even a post to any of their social media pages stating they would be closed would be considerate. Multiple guest pulled up only to be disappointed. We actually ubered there so that was even more insult to injury. Was from out of town so of course our next visit to Vegas we will not make the same mistake twice. Hope this helps someone.

I went here for the first time. Service was slow. It took about an hour and a half to get our food. Finally when we got it, it was terrible. Chicken was slimy not cooked throughly and waffles were doughy. To say the least I will not be back. The view was nice!

It’s a great venue, but our food was not hot when it came and we did wait for a bit for it to come. My salmon was over seasoned, smooth garlic mashed potatoes with a few lumps and broccoli. The steak was juicy and good. A nice perk was the bottle of champagne as it was Valentine’s Day’s. We were told that the cook was rather new. Our server was great and understanding. She did all she could to make us feel comfortable and worthy. We appreciated her service and care.

My experience here was not very good we made reservations for my fiancé’s birthday. We saw that it was black own and saw amazing reviews on TikTok so we wanted to support. When we got there, no one was there. The door was locked and we waited for 20 minutes. We called a few times no one answered. That’s very bad customer service because we wasted our time even invited some family members to celebrate with us. I would not recommend and will not be going back.
