Our lunch was delicious and the service was great!
Came in for valentines after making a reservation and reading reviews. I was pretty excited. The ambiance was wonderful. I’m pretty disappointed with my experience though. This was our first valentines together and 1 year anniversary and we got all dressed up to celebrate only to have to wait a little over 2 hours for our food. They weren’t really busy, they just didn’t seem prepared for Valentine’s Day guests. The food was good but not worth a 2 hour wait. The waiter was good but he seemed a little overwhelmed by the chaos which wasn’t his fault. The lady who seemed to be in charge did come over and apologize and comped our main courses and appetizer which I appreciated. So she did make sure we were taken care of given the circumstances. Not sure that’d I’d be back for any important occasions.
Could be much better. We went for Valentines Dinner and were seated just beside the entry area so had people who were waiting for tables virtually behind us. The food was sub par. We had Quail Eggs with Caviar for appetizer and the presentation left a lot to be desired. Nothing to write home about. For dinner we both had the scallops. While they were cooked properly, there was way too much bacon in the dish, and I say that as a bacon lover. It was WAY overdone on that aspect. Due to the noise, lack of romantic atmosphere and overall quality of food, we left sans dessert.
The ‘front of the house’ failed the kitchen. Great food and ambiance (the view of the city) was undermined by a multitude of failures elsewhere. Just a sampling: Strangely, my wife’s meal came with my appetizer... assumed mine would follow. Nope. My wife finished her meal, with neither my meal nor our server ever sighted Finally got coffee refill: Cold. Took visits by three different servers to get our desert order put in. One nearby table waited over 30 minutes before getting menus; another table returned their meals because they were room temperature when delivered. An absolute epic failure on the part of the front of the house management. The kitchen staff should rise in revolt!.
The Menu was very limited. I’m not very hoity toity, so the menu that night was not made for me. I Think you should always cater, even if in a small way, to people that like chicken and reasonably priced beef options. The service was amazing , but the food options were not completely thought out. I did enjoy my experience and the view was beautiful, but the food did not suit my taste. If you’re targeting a certain audience, then I understand. But in terms of covering your bases, I think some traditional menu items would help.
Very pleasant environment and delightful server. We dined at a not so busy time, and the kitchen was a bit uneven. However, the server was quite pleasant, everyone was happy. Many reviews referenced what appears to be some slowness and inconsistencies. If you’re in a rush at all or intolerant of imperfection, manage your expectations. Lovely view. With modest effort from the kitchen and management, everything could be even better.
While the service and atmosphere left a lot to be desired, our food was excellent. The rack of lamb and chicken entrees were cooked to perfection.
My moms birthday couldn’t have been better. The views are nice, service was great and so was the food. It did take a while for our food to come out but we drank, talked and laughed to bypass the time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice classy dinner with a great atmosphere!
I have to find somebody and order to fulfill our reservations at the bar because nobody was at the podium where they're supposed to be. We did not take very long to order because it was Halloween and we needed to get out to go trick or treating with our children that were not attending the ceremony . And sense the restaurant was entirely empty I didn't think it was going to be a problem for us To eat and get out.... But it was we waited for over an hour for our food never saw any waiter says after we got there none of us got refills on our drinks I to track somebody down in order to figure out what was going on said then I gave up the I gave up the Idea of the celebration lunch and told them I had to go and when I did that they just said they were gonna check and see what was going on and mind you it was and even the waitress I found it was an employee but she was off duty and she track down people and and got some answers she then told the kitchen that we needed to leave so they said they were plating our food and that and that we would be OK So she thought the kitchen was plating our food right then and so I was like OK we'll just have the make it to go then could we need to leave well 45 minutes later here comes lady with our check and our food to go we didn't bother checking it because we were in such a hurry to get out because we had about 5 minutes to make a 10 minute trip to well it was holiday so to been 20 minute trip to go get the kids ready for trick-or-treat so we all laughed well I got home that night and my steak was overcooked my stuff was all wrong I can imagine our why they soaked my stake in steak sauce when I ask for no sauce other then they overcooked it and burned it they did the same thing to my husband's Burger and my father-in-law's Burger
It is very bad service. Didn't care to get food to table. We're waited for an hour & half and left without eating.
Enjoyed a nice dinner on Saturday night and then went back for breakfast on Sunday morning both were delicious. Of course you're paying probably $2- $3 more than you normally would but you have a nice view so you're paying for the ambiance. $14 for a delicious hamburger with four different meals everyone's meal was delicious food. Hot food, fast service, no complaints highly recommend.

Our daughter ordered chicken tenders and fries that never came after 1 1/2 hours because they didn’t know if they had any more or not the manager and waitress had no idea what was going on and would disappear for 10 min. Each time we would ask where the food was.
The views were nice but everything else was horrible!!
We had a reservation no one at the check in dest. Finally got a table from the bar tender. Server came over got drink order. $13 wine cheaper cab was less than 6 oz. ordered salads and dinner both delivered at one time. No offer of water and never saw the server until reorder of drinks and then checkout. Food was not great. $95 for a trucker diner meal. Noise level high and setting worn out. Next time I will make a reservation at Pilot Truck Stop. Probably better food too.
Had a nice time although our server never came back to our til we ready to go. Placed a reservation and seated ourselves lol other than we had a great time on our 6th anniversary
Great place, great service and AMAZING FOOD!
I’ve always recommended this establishment for date nights and they really have stepped up their food quality to a whole other level.
Don’t hesitate, just book it and enjoy!
Graduation celebration and Mother’s Day
We expected a Mother’s Day brunch but there were no breakfast type items in the buffet. Plenty of starches but no fruit either.
Servers were friendly but food was ok at best. We ordered a variety of entrees. It was obvious that the steaks sat in the warmer. Veggies were hot but fries were cold. Steak was overdone.
Was there chaperoning my son and his prom date
The macaroni and cheese was swimming in butter. The service was slow as it was very understaffed. We made reservations for the dining room but it was closed & we sat in the bar area. No hostess was on duty.
Drinks were good & sliders were great.
Food was great--although they were out of a few things. Service was good and wine/cocktail selection excellent. We were going to Les Miz and did have to let the server know that --it would have been good if he had asked. We really enjoyed the spinach artichoke dip and steak wrap that we asked to have with chicken instead. Everything was made to order so the kitchen was very accommodating. We got there at 5:45 so were in time for some nice happy hour prices as well.

I made reservations which weren’t even necessary. The food was terrible and very very overpriced. The server was good but they presented themselves sloppy. Not worth going unless u maybe just get a burger and fry.

View is lovely. Service was sporadic. My husband was served two plates that weren’t his order. I had my food 7-8 minutes before he did. Waitress kind of disappeared while we waited for our bill. Salad was average. Meatballs were delicious. Bread was not restaurant quality.

Prices were exorbitant, Service was extremely slow despite low attendance. Atmosphere was great but with dated decor. Good to go one time, no need to revisit. I know I won’t be revisiting. Don’t go on holidays as they increase price and have a restricted menu with no options.

Overpriced for poor quality food. The service was personable but clearly they can’t get or hold experienced wait staff. Will not be going back. Not worth the cost.

The steak was not worth $50.00. It was thin and small. The steak had poor flavor and not much meat after trimming the fat and grissle. View was nice. Pine club steak for $50.00 is much better.

We went for winter restaurant week. We had a reservation but I had to find someone to seat us. We sat for 20 minutes before I found someone to send us a server. He said they were super busy but the place wasn’t even half full. The food took forever! I had to ask about it twice. The cheese wasn’t melted on the Cuban sandwiches, the Creme Brûlée was ice cold and the bread pudding was hard and cold. Won’t go back.

Two of us went for restaurant week. The ribs were excellent. Cole slaw was really good, mac and cheese nothing special. Dessert was not great. I ordered bourbon bread pudding which was so hard I couldn't cut it with a fork. I sent it back for the creme brulee. It was cold and liquidy and not crunchy and browned on top. There was a weird orangy crust but I think they didn't use the burner to brown it. Service, however, was top notch, but there was hardly anyone there. The view was great. Also, it was a Monday and they had a pretty nice happy hour.
