Serving lunch, dinner and brunch, the restaurant serves an expansive food menu, creative cocktails and broad tequila offering - including a flight program.
Vidorra offers a dining and social experience like no other in Dallas.
Great, the food was delicious the drinks were great and flavorful. Very good music.
Really enjoyed the vibe, the food, the drinksss but if what you’re looking for is an authentic Mexican place this is not because it takes on an original twist. It’s a fancy Mexican place and really nice to treat yo self to
I finally convinced my husband to come with me to brunch and he LOVED IT! Love the vibe, food, service and mimosas!!
Everything was wonderful except the hostess didn’t mark us as showing up so I had to complete the form so I wouldn’t be marked as a “no show”
We all had an Awesome time at Vidorra. The Avocado Tacos are DELICIOUS! I love this place.
Birthday party. Big margaritas were so fun. Cool decor and vibe.
It’s a beautiful place. Unfortunately our server was very slow. It took her 45 minutes to even take our order. She messed up our order so we had to wait for more time to get food. Food was really good but service needs huge improvements.
Wow really suprised by how rude the hostess was. Was there on a Sunday afternoon. Huge place. Made reservation, didn't need it really. Took a while for a waiter to show up, then got two waiters because no one knew who was supposed to be working our table. Once we got a waiter, we received good service. The food is ok. Overpriced.
It was our second time there. We requested to sit upstairs outside. When we arrived the host told me "that wasn't going to happen"(apparently there was a private party)-which was fine except there is a much more polite way of stating that. As usual the food was very good, but unfortunately our server was rushing us. When we ordered our drinks he asked us if we knew what we wanted! And it proceeded to go like that all through the meal. I wasn't finished with my meal but he took my plate...
Great food and wait staff! However I was a bit upset that I made reservations for 2 outdoor seating, and we were seated indoors. When I asked the host if there was any patio tables she said No, and that the reservation only secured a table. So why even offer indoor or outdoor seating options!! Also the booths are very uncomfortable to sit in because their way too low for the tables.
Great place! Service, food and ambiance all top notch! Looking forward to going back for weekend brunch.
Food tasted amazing! Highly recommend, must try restaurant!!
Overall good, disappointed that I had reservations and still got stuck in the corner next to the stairs.. couldn’t really enjoy the atmosphere..
The food (brunch) was awesome, as was our server and all of the waitstaff we encountered. I can’t wait to go back!
The place was a little too warm inside. The service could have been better and friendlier.
Great atmosphere and vibe. Salsas were awesome. In general a great find for us.
We had no issues with the reservation. The atmosphere was great and the service was outstanding!
Food was mostly good. But my husband ordered a chicken dish but it came out and it was on a bone. He would not have ordered it had he known that. It should probably state that on the menu. Drinks were pretty pricey. Music was way too loud. But we had a good time. Also we went for a birthday and I told them that on the request and no one mentioned it or asked us about the birthday.
I absolutely loved this place. The vibe is definitely a good one and I will be back.
Vidorra is a beautiful restaurant with great food, and great customer service. Vidorra quickly accommodated me when my reservation changed from a party of 8 to a party of 10. There brunch menu is great, and I would suggest going at noon for parking purposes. I would recommend Vidorra for anyone looking to have brunch or dinner in Deep Ellum.
It was extremely noisy. There was loud music from every angle. Before we received our food we were ready to leave. I did enjoy my margarita.
Great environment and our server was very sweet and made the night much more pleasant. It was pretty nosey downstairs, but luckily we had a table upstairs. The drinks did take a little bit but it was a packed house. The chips and dip were a great placeholder. Overall it was a great experience! My husband will be back for a more intimate date night instead of a group.
The food was great, the service was bad and it wasn’t that busy. I live around the corner so I will be back. Just won’t sit in that servers area. That being said, my water was empty for half the meal.
We had the ceviche for appetizer, our main course were fajitas and shrimp, and was missing flavor. I’d had better fajitas elsewhere. The tortillas it came with sucked. The hostess sat my party outside with 100 degree weather; the mist and fans did not help. The table they sat us in was wobbly. When we got there, one side of the restaurant was empty. Then another hostess stated I can sit you inside, but I’m going to need those tables by 8:00 pm because another party has a reservation. Those tables were just gonna be empty for a whole hour and a half.
There were so many empty tables, I didn’t understand. The ambiance is great. The drinks are awesome but idk if I would go back. Very disappointed.
I had an AMAZING time. The restaurant was beautiful! I throughly enjoyed the service and overall atmosphere... I'll recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a lovely dinning dining experience!
This was my first time going to Vidorra. I absolutely love this place. I'm a chips and salsa girl and there's is absolutely the best!! I can't wait to go back.
They sit you so close to the next table, not good for an intimate date. Server only came back once so we didn't order entrees, we left after the appetizer. Maybe would be an ok place for a group but do not recommend for a date.
Terrible food. Not returning. Waitress sat us next to the storage closet even though the place was empty AND we had a reservation.
The portion size for the price is unreal!! On top of that the food was exceptional! Our server was very personable and attentive. I would go back anytime.
My online reservation was for a rooftop 7/14/19. When I get there the hostess states that the rooftop is closed due to 2 private party reservations. Why would I not get a call or an update via email about the change? Also my waiter was horrible. Extended period of time he did not check in on our table. Gave me and my guests a nasty look when I told him to split the check. Overall the restaurant, atmosphere is good but the waiter and my online reservation change left a bad taste in my mouth about the establishment.
The restaurant is beautiful, bright and lively. The food portions were perfect and delicious. Service was attentive and server very knowledgeable of the menu. The drink selection was outstanding and loved the Habanero Blood Orange pitchers. Would definitely return!
Delicious food, great service and an amazing atmosphere.
Outside patio is super fun environment! Food and drinks were great.
We didn’t eat. Our reservation was at 8 pm and we selected standard seating option on open table.
We were asked to wait until 8:15 pm while they waited for someone to leave and seated on a high top table like opposite bar which was noisy & annoying.
When asked about the seating, they said they had to accomodate the walk- ins as well. I couldn’t stand the atmosphere or their service. So I walked out.
Will not go back
Booked reservation for outside and was switched to an inside table right by the front door.
Before seating us the hostess had to find a broom to sweep up some of the glass that was under the table, emphasis on some. There were still sizable shards on the floor when we finally got seated. 4 people said theyd bring us chips and salsa and it still took 30 minutes. Final straw was the long hair in the queso. Even our waiter was like whoa and comped the drinks we didnt finish because we left. He was awesome just seemed like everything that could go wrong did that night. Usually i enjoy this place. However this was a disappointing night and a bad choice for a birthday dinner.
Food was great! Loved the cheese dip (fundido I believe is what it’s called)! My absolute favorite was the ceviche that was filled inside a coconut. I mean, even the coconut was Devine! Also had the shrimp garlic tacos which were delicious. Ordered the elote which was ok, not my fave. Cocktails were great! I had the El Continuar (very refreshing) and the mango frozen margarita with the Tajin rim.
Would give a 5 but it took a while for us to get a waiter. Eventually when we got a waiter she was great. Took our orders and the food came out quick. I’d go back again and try different stuff.
Oh almost forgot, the chips and salsa, hands down nah have been my favorite in the city, this far. They seasoned the chips with chili lime salt.... errrrrrr mah God! Took some home lol
Love the food and it's in a good location.
The servants was excellent
We came during Happy Hour and the drinks and device was amazing! Rochelle our server was amazing and the food was outstanding! We will be back!!!
I made a dinner reservation at Vidorra for a bachelorette party weeks in advance. The day of I called to make a request for a specific table and the person I spoke to said it wouldn't be a problem. When we got there I asked the hostess if they were going to seat us where I requested and she said yes. She didn't seat us where I requested so I asked why not if the table I wanted was right next to us and it was clean etc. long story short she had an attitude and her manager did too. They did not have an actual reason as to why we couldn't sit there. Waitress said "if you want to move go ahead and move" clearly we were being a bother to them. Also found a hair in my guacamole ) anyway now I know where not to go to celebrate
