Fantastic food, friendly service, and an unrushed atmosphere made our dinner celebrating a birthday fun and memorable. The specials of the day were extremely tasty and some were rotating favorites. Thank you for a great experience!

Dined with friends and had a wonderful experience. We were not rushed despite a later reservation. BYOB was definitely a plus. The food, particularly the chicken fichi, was absolutely delicious.
The food at Vidalia is very good. Onion soup was delicious and barramundi special outstanding. Only negative...we were seated on the porch and when most of the tables are filled, the noise level is extremely high. I'd try to go early and get an inside table.
Fabulous! The osso buco was tender and moist and the fettuccini perfect.
The veal francese was the best we've ever tasted. What a great place!

Great salad and pasta, delicious, reasonably priced, BYOB
They used to be really good but the quality of food has gone down. They bring out bread that has been cut so small it’s like eating croutons.
Excellent service, excellent food and a very enjoyable night. Salads were good, veal saltimboca and chicken fiche were awesome. We enjoyed dessert too. We will go back again.

What a cute quaint restaurant. Perfect for a romantic dinner. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. It’s a real jem in lawrenceville. I will definitely go back.
Sandwich was very difficult to eat -- pork, broccoli rabe and cheese. My friend had a salad that cost $17.00 -- very expensive. But I'd go again, just would not order a panini.
The appetizer was overdone..mushrooms were chewy and the shrimp were very dry. The veal was cut as thin as Iberico ham and the bed of spinach was tasteless. The chicken was non descriptive. The dessert list, already a limited one, had two items not available by 6pm on a Palm Sunday. The servers were very attentive. It is a small restaurant with very close tables to each other...not conducive to private conversation. I would recommend it for a simple light lunch on the outside patio.
Always a pleasant experience food is always spot in we had the scallops again and they were perfect!
This was first time and it was a great experience. Ordered veal and friend had a scallop/shrimp dish. Both were tasty and the seafood preparation was splendid. Tasty and good portions for value.
The menu was varied and each of the four of us had something different, and each of us was very happy with the choices. Lots of interesting specials. The service was very good, and the wait staff was happy and eager to assist
It is a hole in the wall, but the food is just so delicious.
We visited on a Thursday evening and glad we made a reservation as it was full. Enjoyed a delicious fresh salad with apples and oranges and wonderful vinaigrette. Large enough to share. Also my friend enjoyed a delicious beet and goat cheese salad Entrees included chicken saltimbocca w fresh spinach and linguine w shrimp and scallop Franchise. Large portions, excellent tastes. Always enjoy the food here.

My wife and I have lived near Lawrenceville for over a decade. We've always said we wanted to try Vidalia's! We finally got around to it and now it's our favorite local restaurant. We only wish we would have gone there sooner!!
We had 6 people for dinner. Split 3 appetizers fried calamai / beef wrapped in a pastry and vadalia onion all were delicious. Then we had a chicken dish/pasta dish/scallops and I had duck which was out this world. Weren’t really into the Desserts.
Great good and great service. Will come back again.

We both had veal, though prepared differently. Both were outstanding.
The food at Vidalia is excellent and is definitely the main attraction. There are many creative appetizer and main course choices. All are beautifully served. The building is small and could be considered cozy, but weekend evenings are very busy which elevates the noise level considerably. Perhaps preferable to visit when weather allows for pleasant off street patio seating.
We have always loved Vidalia, the staff is attentive and the food is excellent. A great value for your money as well as being a BYOB
Just moved to the neighborhood but we have come here a few times before in past two years. Each time, we have had same great food, service abd experience. Looking forward to being able to walk to dinner from now on :-)
Vidalia's always offers as amazing meal!! There are plenty of menu choices so no complaints! The servers are always pleasant accommodating, professional and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and cozy.

Excellent Italian restaurant with a very diverse menu. Small restaurant with an enclosed heated side patio.
We formerly lived in NJ and frequented Vidalias often. Since moving to Philly, we do not go near as often but it is always worth the drive. Great experience as always!
The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
What a nice surprise to stumble across. The service was outstanding and the food was....well, my 78 year old mother said "Mmm this is the best veal ptarmigan I have ever tasted in my life!!" (and she's never easily pleased by food). From the uniquely presented appetizers to the wonderful desserts...I'd def. recommend this place to others. Traditionally taste like so much food we had in Sicily!!!
The only suggestion to improve is to somehow block all the cold weather coming into the restaurant from the front door. It was freezing in there, every time someone opened the front door.
NOTE - always make reservations...it's too small and fills up quickly. (may be worth the wait though)
