    The server made me clean my own dishes from the table. It took a good 30 minutes to serve ONE bottle of water. Food was ok.

    Expect to wait up to over an hour. Even if you do have reservations, customer service is poor, food is the mediocre. The wait times exceed the average. Customer service is a lackluster and for the price you do not receive your value in service. Go here if you want aesthetics and tick-tock vibes, don’t go here if you want a good customer service and food.

    1. we got sat down an hour after our reservation 2. Place is small when I say small I mean tiny 3. It was way over booked, they had 3 people in a small 2 seater 4. to to to expensive. 5. Staff was young and inexperienced. 6. We was told over the phone even though we had a reservation we wasn’t guaranteed a table.

    The reason why I gave a 3 star rating was because we were seated by the bar and a parties who were waiting to be seated stood at the bar so traffic kept bumping into us. The creme spinach wasn't good (more of the frozen spinach taste than creme and didn't look appealing).My date and I both took a bite but wasn't able to return the plate. The garlic shrimp starter was tasteless and beware of the water. We were asked if we wanted spring water but were not made aware that it was $10 a bottle until the bill came. Other than that we had sweet n spicy thai wings, lobster mac, filet mignon and the lobster tail was good. Overall, the vibe was nice and we enjoyed dining at this location .

    1st Off Its A SMALL Venue. I Kept Gettin Hit In Da Head By Multiple Ppl Squeezing Between The Tabke Seats And The Bar Seats. The Prices Of The Food Were Ridiculous And I Ordered Da Same Side Twice & It Was Like 2 Different Ppl Made It … The Drinks Were Not Strong. I Literally Had 2 Ask 4 Dem 2 Put Some Actual Alcohol In It Cuz It Taste Like Watered Down Liquor. LoL Literally My Receipt Said Make Drink Stronger Underneath The Drink I Ordered. Then The Photographer Comes And Starts Tellin U Wat 2 Do And How 2 Take A Picture And Dan Wen She Sees U About 2 Leave She Bombards U With Like 10 Pics That She Framed And Charges U $20 4 Da 1 U Like. I Kindly Declined. Once Again I Have 2 Say The Prices Of Da Food Was Way 2 Expensive. Da Couple NxT 2 Me Was Like Who The Phuck They Think They Serving. LoL I Would NEVER Return Here. I Must Say Their Marketing On Social Media Made This Place Seem DOPE But Wen U Reach Its Like Playin A Game Of Whack A Mole Cuz Datz How Many Times I Got Hit By A Waiter or Customer Trying 2 Squeeze Between Bar Seating And Table Seating. My Waiter Was Knowledgeable About The Products Food & Drinks & He Tried 2 Keep It Official But Them Drinks Were Not Hitting At All. I Wouldnt Recommend This Place To My Worst Enemy

    I loved Vida NYC! Me & my boyfriend had a great time. The food & music were amazing. The lamb chops & seafood mac was GREAT! I loved that they offered "Industry Nights" for people in the food & beverage industry. Great marketing on their part. I forgot our servers name but he had locs & was VERY attentive. Shoutout to him! Only thing I would change was not getting another order of the seafood mac lol.

    If i could rate this 0 stars on service i would. There had been numerous instances where i was asked what my special occasion was & on top of the fact i personally set up the reservation for birthday and what i wanted in the special request and yet STILL nothing was done. Watching other tables in front and on the side of me get their special attention with sparklers and can’t have anything except regular service ON MY BIRTHDAY, is very outrageous. The food tasted great but i was told that 2 menu items were unavailable however a table beside us had at least one / two orders of the “unavailable food items” & being charged $10 for still water is beyond me & $30 for sprite plus $81 for automatic gratuity with crappy organization ..besides the terrible organization, the waiters were as helpful as they could’ve been in certain situations but it still wasn’t worth 3 stars for overall service. Would prefer to do takeout than dining in again🤷‍♀️

    The waitress was the host, the Dj and the bartender because they were short staffed and she treated us very nice! The only thing I didn’t like was I asked for my steak medium well and it came out bloody. I asked if they can cook it a little longer and the waitress very politely said yes. But the cook just put it in the microwave and send it back out as if we couldn’t tell the difference. The stuffed French toast was good but I would of preferred if the caramel syrup they put on it would be served on the side and let me choose how much I would want on my French toast because I didn’t want that much syrup on my French toast. But the mimosa’s were delicious!

    Cute place very modern . Staff was polite and food was great . However , I made reservations for brunch and they told us brunch was over even though it says on their menu and websites brunch does not end until 5pm , we were there at 4pm . Also, for a Sunday afternoon it was very quiet , my table were the only ones there.

    Great ambiance and the food was great. I ordered the sneaky link drink (Don Julio rep. W/ strawberry lemonade) & jerk salmon pasta. It was phenomenal! Def recommend!!

    My friends and I dined here for my birthday after Ig finding it in TilTok. For starters, the restaurant is very beautiful but small. Our server came over to the table shortly after being seated to take orders but never properly greeted the table with her name or ask if we were celebrating anything. We placed our drink and appetizers order, which came out super quick. The lobster roll, rock shrimp and the egg rolls were really good. I asked for my egg roll to be wrapped up the server or busser took my plate and then started clearing the table added those plates on top of my food. Completely turned off by it. Our server returns to take our order….. and get the orders wrong not once but twice. At this point another table is being sung happy birthday is when she decides to ask if we’re celebrating anything. The meals were okay. Overall, I felt our service was being rushed from the moment we sat down to moment we checked out. Beautiful restaurant but will not return

    The food was good. But the prices are way too high. Like i pay less at Ocean Prime, Ruth Chris etc and those places are amazing but also not cheap. You get your moneys worth at those places. Here not so much- they definitely giving you a little bit of food for what you paying. . With a little adjustment to the menu either adding more food to the plate and sides with dishes and lower pricing this place would be a hit. Till then 1 star it is. If you looking to go here prepare to spend over $300. People have posted their receipt as proof in the reviews but also you can check their website. The prices are there. I was celebrating my bestfriend birthday and we had an amazing time cause we created the atmosphere and it left with us LOL. but the food wasn’t nasty. Idk what people are talking about in the comments. If you debating to go here , you won’t be disappointed with the food just be mindful how much you spending and they do add over $50 in tip (depending on your bill it can be more ) along with tax fees and card fees which after all that on top of your bill you may be paying another $150. If you got the cash enjoy if not be mindful! I had a great time and I will be going again cause the food hit lmao. But don’t watch my pockets. Watch yours.

    Took my husband to celebrate his birthday! It was great! Food and service were amazing! Drinks were tasty and strong a bit pricey tho! They also do a dessert walk with sparklers and banner at the end and play a hot song for the birthday person! Vibesss we’re 10/10 for sure! And the spot is GORGEOUS! We got some nice pics! We’ll be back😉

    The hostes was awesome and accommodating. The sevicwas slow and the food was basic lacking flavor and over salted. My food did not come as requested and it took too long for it to come. The vibe was good but the food was not.

    Never received back $30 deposit. Didn’t remember until after paid bill and called/messaged with no response. Food was fine, asked for tap water but was charged for water. Music was very loud couldn’t have conversation across table.

    My overall experience was great… Staff was very attentive and respectful. The food was delicious and tasty, I would go back in a heart beat for the food. Desert is free for birthday celebrant. Drinks were a little overpriced but I’m not complaining. Thanks Vida crew!

    Made reservations for birthday, arrived on time and was seated a half hour later. Waiter with red hair was nice! Very small place for the volume of people. Food was okay, drinks are small and a little pricey but good.

    Vida was the worse experience I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time. They call themselves a steakhouse but they are like a glorified hookah lounge, it’s nothing like the advertise on social media. The food was terrible and the service wasn’t good the manager came over with a very arrogant attitude and the staff was lazy. And it’s WAY OVER PRICED!
