Lobster Artichoke Dip
white cheddar cheese, crispy naan bread
bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato, aoli
Excellent food and a personable server. Lovely food choices with adequate sized portions. Fresh products.
Pretty diverse menu offerings, salads, sandwiches, entrees. Attentive service. Creative cocktails. If this is the Fontainebleau's idea of a diner, it's well above average
Service was fair. Started with one waitress and she never came back and then another waitress showed up but she never told us until I asked where our waitress was that she was just helping her out. Biggest issue was the food. We were celebrating my mother’s birthday. I ordered Maine lobster wedge salad. The lobster was cut up so small I had to search for it in the salad. Same with the apple and avocado. Mainly lettuce and little else. I ordered the rotisserie chicken with roasted vegetables to go. Not till I got home and opened it up did I see that it was so burnt it was inedible. I asked if they did something to celebrate birthdays. My mom asked for dessert menu. We didn’t get it and instead they brought a chocolate cake with a candle which would have been ok but you could see it was still not completely defrosted. Never asked if we wanted coffee or tea. Tip was automatically added to the bill at 18% so no incentive to provide good service. Parking if ticket is validated was $16.00 for 2 hrs a little expensive.
My mom enjoyed her pizza and I didn’t want to complain since it was her birthday. However when I saw the burnt chicken that was inedible I called and spoke to a manager. His response prompted me to write this review and warn people not to bother going there. “You have to bring the chicken to the restaurant for me to see it. How do we know that’s how it really is? You took it as take out and now it’s a few hours later.” REALLY bring the chicken back and pay another $16.00 to park the car??? So he insulted me, insinuated that I was lying and basically said there was nothing he could do. I’ve never been to a restaurant where they don’t try to make things right for the customer. Paid 100.00 for crappy salad, pizza, rotisserie chicken and chocolate cake. FOOD NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
Food was good. Service was awful
Sloooow service, food good not great. But it was raining, and the soho house beach club was running an hour late on reservations, so we were pleased to be there
Overall, a good dining experience. Conveniently located in the Fountaine Blue hotel. Hi highly recommend The lobster artichoke dip. It was amazing.
Too much salt! The quinoa salad was inedible due to the high salt level. Same with the mashed potatoes. Everything was high over salted. We had to leave much of the meal uneaten due to the salt.
The tip is automatically added so servers don’t really look to enthused you be serving you.
Excellent food. Excellent service. They handle severe food allergies very well.
Food was good, service good. Parking was a nightmare. Took an HOUR to get our car. Wouldn't park there again, but if wanted to return for a meal would park in a nearby lot.
Great restaurant! We visited after the new year with our 4 kids. We were staying in a neighboring hotel. The whole hotel seems a bit too Vegas for us but are always looking for family friendly restaurants with quality food when in Miami Beach. We had a 6p rsvp and the restaurant was pretty slow. The staff were very friendly and they had a very reasonably priced kids menu! Great food and service. Would visit again when in the area.
Great menu selection, especially when you can order from either Vida or Blade restaurants. Something for every pallet.
The food was great and the proportions were nice too. I’ll definitely be returning.
I must say, Mike is awesome!! He took very good care of us when we were there each time. He was on top of his game and I asked for him each day I ate there...which was almost every morning. The breakfast buffet is delicious!! We ate the rotisserie chicken for dinner twice. If I ever come back to Fontainebleau, it is my place of choice for dining.
Great service , amazing food !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Service was poor. The food was mediocre. No value for your money. I will not return
Awesome atmosphere, delicious food! Great service and menu options
Great service and great food. Would definitely recommend for date night
If you want Sunday brunch, must be before 3PM, we missed it...
Great brunch but pricey
Great food and service with lots of choices between vida Nd blasé the sushi restaurant in one. Def spit if you’re staying at the fountainbleu or just in the area
Probably one of the worst restaurant in Miami. Even more so considering you are in Fontainebleau and one would expect nothing but the best. Pizza dough under cooked. Onion soup tasted premade and overly salty. Service not friendly at all. Party of 4 and one person got served 20 minutes after the others. At least manager acknowledged their faulty kitchen and service and discounted our bill. But purpose was not to get cheap bill but to have a relaxed descent family meal. Water boy was probably the most efficient person there and very nice. Waiter looked like he wanted to be somewhere else. Cook in charge of pizza oven was always on his cell. If you have an open concept kitchen, at least have the decency to hide yourself when texting.
Easter Brunch was more crowded than I have ever seen. We were seated quickly. The drink service for endless mimosas was slow. The menu online said there would be a carving station and a raw bar. Lacking. Desserts looked better than they tasted. The rest of the food was incredible. I will be back on a non-holiday
Easter brunch, for the price it was not worth it. Over priced.
Great buffet service. High quality options. Ate till I couldn’t move ! Well worth it !!
Sehr gutes Essen im netten Ambiente.
My wife had a personal pizza and one drink, and I had two beers and the salmon entree. I was asked how I wanted the salmon cooked, which I'd never heard before. I said medium well. Maybe that was the wrong answer because it wasn't particularly good - tough and the glazing on top had to be peeled off. I've had much better meals for $100 than this one. The service was efficient and courteous.
Food was amazing! Service was amazing! All in all a fabulous dining experience!
Had a burger and fries, a cocktail, and an espresso. Food was good, Espresso made properly. Restaurant plainly has a high standard of service, and Kyoko delivered on this extremely well. Everything at the Fontainebleu is CRAZY expensive. Vida is probably the low-end restaurant on-site, but it still charges 20 bucks for a burger. Hard to recommend it for value - but you do get the service and food quality that you'd expect for these prices.
The service was excellent! My son tripped on his own flip flop walking into the restaurant and within 30 seconds there was an ice pack at the table. Then both kids were making it a tad difficult to focus on the menu and the host brought over two kindles for kids. Amazing. Thank you guys! We managed to actually have an adult conversation with each other. Vacation.... with kids. But FB has the service thing down.
Had a good lunch with a couple of friends but was overpriced with slow service.
Fabulous Fountainbleau experience! Everything perfect!
This is a very happening place and if you do not want to spend the exorbitant $59 a person for the Sunday brunch, there is a $34 Buffet that is lovely before noon. The food was good but the desserts were lacking and the pastries were dry and the bread pudding as well. It did not do the rest of the buffet justice. Our waiter was charming and excellent.
There is only one word to describe this place. Atrocious. The food was disgusting at Vida had to send back my meal and the second one was no better. Made the mistake of coming here after eating at Blade the night before which the rolls was terrible and the service, well McDonalds provides better service. I would shutter those two places absolutely horrible.
Very nice. I actually ordered from Vida menu but my wife ordered from sushi menu. Food very tasty. Will go again.
We enjoyed dinner at Vida thanks to Ryan’s hospitality and Kyoko’s amazing service. Ryan made sure our requested table was ready and greeted us warmly, checking in to ensure we were having a great experience throughout the evening. Kyoko made great recommendations for our meal, anticipated every need or interest we had. Never did my teacup become empty. Water service ensured my glass was always full. The grouper and cauliflower steak was cooked to perfection as well. Overall a great experience.
