Informed them of twin sons birthday in rez but not acknowledged or given a special treat.
Excellent meal. Great service. Would visit again.
Screaming girls out of control loud, ruined our time there, we had to leave :(
Sushi was fantastic!! Prime rib was horrible!!!!!
Service was very good. Way too expensive for the quality of the entree.
A 50 minute waite for 2 Cobb Salads is unacceptable! There were excuses but No apologies. On top of all this the the waiter gave himself a 19% tip. The waiter and manager new we were unhappy by our faces and did not even check on us. Not the Fountainbleu experience I had in mind!
El sushi excelente pero lo demas muy poco variado , y de calidad normal, el del Ritz Carlton es muy superior. , eso si si quieres sushi muy rico y frezco
perfect atmosphere for a casual business breakfast
We had a group of 11 for dinner at 8:45 PM on Saturday night. The restaurant was surprisingly not very busy - only 2-3 more tables in the whole place. We did not leave until 11:30 PM - the service was THAT slow. Our waiter came by very few times and it took a VERY long time for him to come back. Our drinks took about 30 minutes to arrive and it was at least an hour before we got our food because he didn't take our order until about 35 minutes after being seated. However, the food was very good and the rest of the service was decent - runners brought our food and bussers refilled our water and cleared our dishes. Would only recommend if you have hours for dinner and want to check out the Fontainebleau as there are many other restaurants in South Beach with great food and much better service.
Great place to dine, easy to make reservations, great service, our waiter was awesome and very attentive and accommodating of substitution requests. He also asked if anyone at the table had any food allergies which took me by surprise because both my children have allergies to different nuts and it was very thoughtful of management to take that into consideration to ask it’s patrons. Food was fantastic they even served us dinner from the sushi restaurant Blade. It’s fantastic that they are able to serve dinner from two different restaurants simultaneously. Love this place, it’s our third time dining there. We will always go to eat at Vida whenever we are vacationing in Miami. Highly recommended!
New Year’s Eve
Vida è un ristorante strepitoso. Ad iniziare dal servizi eccellente e a finire con una cucina davvero sopraffina. Lo consiglio vivamente . Direi che questo è un posto immancabile se venite a SoBe.
Scrumptious Elaborate Buffet @ The historic Fountainbleu Miami Beach
5 Star service
Amazing Christmas brunch.
We enjoyed one of the best brunches at Vida! I have enjoyed some amazing brunches in Dubai and this was right up there. The unlimited mimosas were flowing and the staff were very attentive. The short ribs were tender, the omelette was fluffy and the bacon was cooked just right. There was also sushi, salmon and shrimp cocktail! There was a bit of everything and it was all cooked to perfection. We also tried a Bloody Mary that had ginger and wasabi that was refreshing. Overall it was one of the best brunches I have had the pleasure to enjoy!
We stopped by when we arrived to the hotel. Had a wonderful Cobb salad & Sushi from nearby Blade. Awesome fresh ingredients, Sushi was delicious, fresh fish Salmon and Tuna... A special thank to the GM for making a take out order the next afternoon easy and effortless .. Top notch🌟
Vida-Fontainebleau Miami Beach was amazing! Juan was our server and he made the experience top quality and the best ever! He was very detailed and precise! Customer service levels were above and beyond! Food was delicious, creative, fresh, and variety was of plenty! I would highly recommend Vida to everyone visiting Miami and staying at the Fontainebleau.
My husband and always enjoy our
visits to Vida - excellent dining
All of our food was over cooked. And not a lot of choices to choose from.
Reliable for everyday dining and special occasion specially during evenings. Menu offers good selection of international fare.
Disappointing experience. The food used to be so good!
Was there for lunch and dinner, and everything was delicious! Best sushi I've ever had! Excellent service and very friendly faces.
I came to vida for Sunday brunch. They charge $59 per person and an additional $25 for bottomless mimosas. It is served buffet style. Overall, it is definitely not worth anywhere near $59 per person. Although there is shrimp cocktail and sushi available (which I would assume is why they are charging so much) the selection of food was sub par and lacking in flavor. I guess for the guests of the hotel it gets the job done but I would definitely not return regardless of whether or not I was staying there.
Love the service. They were very attentive to all my guest. The food was ok but the prices were inflated.
It was ok... and just that! Food wasn't spectacular. The server was extremely polite.
Excellent food and environment...
I come here whenever I'm in Miami. Been here at least 3 times, specifically for the half jerk chicken! It's absolutely delicious! This time we split the lobster artichoke dip, which was amazing! I've never had a bad meal & the service is top notch. Great wines & bread basket is also terrific. You can't go wrong. Maybe a little pricey, but worth every penny.
Delicious appetizers, staff very attentive. Liked dishes prepared on the rotisserie. Good for families.
I was visiting from out of town and wanted to bring my mother to special place (Fontainbleau) that she had been to 60 years earlier. I looked on the website for a restaurant there that had a variety of foods and we shoes Vida because of the lamb. The hotel was nice, parking was fine and the restaurant was clean, but those were the highlights of the evening. The service was below average, the food was OK and the price was high. I was especially ticked when the "20% service charge" was added to the bill for a party of three and then there was space for "extra gratuity". There are so many good restaurants in Miami, but this isn't one of them.
I loved vida! It was my boyfriends 30th birthday, and it was a pleasant surprise when they brought him out a cheesecake slice with strawberries for his big day! Ryan, the manager, was also very friendly and accommodating! We had a slight problem with one of our orders, but Ryan handled it right away! Would recommend to others for a nice group dinner! Especially if you're trying to beat the line at club Liv! :)
Very expensive. Not worth the money.
The Sunday brunch is amazing would recommend to anyone
I spent almost $200.00 for the Night and my waiter was very good compared to a lot of other restaurants on south beach.
We had a 2-day escape mini-vacation to Miami. Thoroughly enjoyed our delicious meal at Vida. The food was creatively prepared, beautifully presented and served, and delicious. If we had any disappointments it was in the wine list for available reds by the glass--way too limited! Do recommend this restaurant.
Good food, well prepared!
Went here for a morning brunch with friends, and the spread was fantastic. Eggs bendicts, pancakes, and lox galore all included in the brunch buffet special. Would definitely dine here again.
Vida was a great restaurant! I will definitely come back!
Delicious food, great service and friendly staff! Dinner at Vida was our choice for special dinners during 2 trips to Miami this year--our 38th wedding anniversary, and three months later for my husband's 61st birthday. I'm sure that we will return during our next visit to the area!
I feel $450.00 is a little too much for a lunch. There was 8 of us, but it was not our cup of tea price wise. The food was good, the service was excellent, but i don't feel it was worth what it cost. We did not order drinks. Only two coffees and two ice teas.
Impeccable service, great variety, incredible view and beautiful presentation of food items...plus, the BEST coffee ever.
Food and staff were fine. But the man loudly complaining about the shape his chicken was cut was a distraction... Too bad it didn't distract from the "boisterous" group of adults that had been over served.
Add in the two miniature yorkies that the owner claimed were Service Dogs and where seated at the table (when they weren't on the floor licking themselves)...
There was one other quiet couple besides ourselves. It was weird to be creeped out and disapointed in an almost empty restaurant at 7:30 pm.
