   It was a really great experience. It was our first thanksgiving dinner ever and we’re happy that we had it in Vida. It was a bit too cold in the restaurant and because of that some dishes weren’t hot.

   Went for the thanksgiving dinner special, being from the midwest the “family style” was not what we expected. Food was cold, and felt very Cafeteria. For 2 kids 2 adults it was $300, yet felt like a $50 meal. Never again.

   Very disappointed. We went here for thanksgiving. The food was very tasty. However, we (a table of 4) watched the table next to us (a table of 2) get the same amount of food. There was barely enough to get a decent meal out of a 65$ a head thanksgiving dinner. My parents didn't say anything but were quite obviously disappointed when they thought we picked an upscale place to have dinner as they don't go out much.

   Had the set Thanksgiving Day menu. It was great. Classic holiday food. Skip the biscuits and cornbread, hold out for the rest of the meal.

   Very much enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal at Vida. The food was awesome especially the mashed potatoes. Turkey, dressing, etc. all cooked to perfection. Wow. British couple next to us were having their first “thanksgiving” and complained the whole time about the food. I guess it just didn’t appeal to their taste! Oh well. Great job by the staff!

   Walking passed Vida to go to the pool, their Thanksgiving menu automatically got my attention. We were supposed to check out Wednesday before Thanksgiving, but once we decided to extend our trip, coming here for Thanksgiving dinner was a no brainer! I wish we could come here every year for Thanksgiving, everything was beyond exceptional. The staff was so wonderful and the food exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so kind and attentive, coming over to ask how everything is multiple times and if they could bring us anything more. Towards the end of the meal, I had asked for an additional corn bread muffin to go, and the server brought me a whole plate! Such a small gesture, but so kind! Would love to come back again.

   Pretty diverse menu offerings, salads, sandwiches, entrees. Attentive service. Creative cocktails. If this is the Fontainebleau's idea of a diner, it's well above average

    Service was fair. Started with one waitress and she never came back and then another waitress showed up but she never told us until I asked where our waitress was that she was just helping her out. Biggest issue was the food. We were celebrating my mother’s birthday. I ordered Maine lobster wedge salad. The lobster was cut up so small I had to search for it in the salad. Same with the apple and avocado. Mainly lettuce and little else. I ordered the rotisserie chicken with roasted vegetables to go. Not till I got home and opened it up did I see that it was so burnt it was inedible. I asked if they did something to celebrate birthdays. My mom asked for dessert menu. We didn’t get it and instead they brought a chocolate cake with a candle which would have been ok but you could see it was still not completely defrosted. Never asked if we wanted coffee or tea. Tip was automatically added to the bill at 18% so no incentive to provide good service. Parking if ticket is validated was $16.00 for 2 hrs a little expensive. My mom enjoyed her pizza and I didn’t want to complain since it was her birthday. However when I saw the burnt chicken that was inedible I called and spoke to a manager. His response prompted me to write this review and warn people not to bother going there. “You have to bring the chicken to the restaurant for me to see it. How do we know that’s how it really is? You took it as take out and now it’s a few hours later.” REALLY bring the chicken back and pay another $16.00 to park the car??? So he insulted me, insinuated that I was lying and basically said there was nothing he could do. I’ve never been to a restaurant where they don’t try to make things right for the customer. Paid 100.00 for crappy salad, pizza, rotisserie chicken and chocolate cake. FOOD NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
