Vida - Fontainebleau Miami Beach
Service was poor. The food was mediocre. No value for your money. I will not return
Awesome atmosphere, delicious food! Great service and menu options
Great service and great food. Would definitely recommend for date night
If you want Sunday brunch, must be before 3PM, we missed it...
Great brunch but pricey
Great food and service with lots of choices between vida Nd blasé the sushi restaurant in one. Def spit if you’re staying at the fountainbleu or just in the area
Probably one of the worst restaurant in Miami. Even more so considering you are in Fontainebleau and one would expect nothing but the best. Pizza dough under cooked. Onion soup tasted premade and overly salty. Service not friendly at all. Party of 4 and one person got served 20 minutes after the others. At least manager acknowledged their faulty kitchen and service and discounted our bill. But purpose was not to get cheap bill but to have a relaxed descent family meal. Water boy was probably the most efficient person there and very nice. Waiter looked like he wanted to be somewhere else. Cook in charge of pizza oven was always on his cell. If you have an open concept kitchen, at least have the decency to hide yourself when texting.
Easter Brunch was more crowded than I have ever seen. We were seated quickly. The drink service for endless mimosas was slow. The menu online said there would be a carving station and a raw bar. Lacking. Desserts looked better than they tasted. The rest of the food was incredible. I will be back on a non-holiday
Easter brunch, for the price it was not worth it. Over priced.
Sehr gutes Essen im netten Ambiente.
My wife had a personal pizza and one drink, and I had two beers and the salmon entree. I was asked how I wanted the salmon cooked, which I'd never heard before. I said medium well. Maybe that was the wrong answer because it wasn't particularly good - tough and the glazing on top had to be peeled off. I've had much better meals for $100 than this one. The service was efficient and courteous.
Food was amazing! Service was amazing! All in all a fabulous dining experience!
Had a burger and fries, a cocktail, and an espresso. Food was good, Espresso made properly. Restaurant plainly has a high standard of service, and Kyoko delivered on this extremely well. Everything at the Fontainebleu is CRAZY expensive. Vida is probably the low-end restaurant on-site, but it still charges 20 bucks for a burger. Hard to recommend it for value - but you do get the service and food quality that you'd expect for these prices.
The service was excellent! My son tripped on his own flip flop walking into the restaurant and within 30 seconds there was an ice pack at the table. Then both kids were making it a tad difficult to focus on the menu and the host brought over two kindles for kids. Amazing. Thank you guys! We managed to actually have an adult conversation with each other. Vacation.... with kids. But FB has the service thing down.
Had a good lunch with a couple of friends but was overpriced with slow service.
Fabulous Fountainbleau experience! Everything perfect!
This is a very happening place and if you do not want to spend the exorbitant $59 a person for the Sunday brunch, there is a $34 Buffet that is lovely before noon. The food was good but the desserts were lacking and the pastries were dry and the bread pudding as well. It did not do the rest of the buffet justice. Our waiter was charming and excellent.
There is only one word to describe this place. Atrocious. The food was disgusting at Vida had to send back my meal and the second one was no better. Made the mistake of coming here after eating at Blade the night before which the rolls was terrible and the service, well McDonalds provides better service. I would shutter those two places absolutely horrible.
Very nice. I actually ordered from Vida menu but my wife ordered from sushi menu. Food very tasty. Will go again.
We enjoyed dinner at Vida thanks to Ryan’s hospitality and Kyoko’s amazing service. Ryan made sure our requested table was ready and greeted us warmly, checking in to ensure we were having a great experience throughout the evening. Kyoko made great recommendations for our meal, anticipated every need or interest we had. Never did my teacup become empty. Water service ensured my glass was always full. The grouper and cauliflower steak was cooked to perfection as well. Overall a great experience.
Food and service were excellent. Sunday meal is a “buffet only” option. A little expensive ($59/ea) but we would do it again. Valet fee was $30. One of the best meals during our visit to Miami Beach.
Great Sunday Brunch in a very trendy scene. Extremely busy hotel hard to access because of a jammed valet parking offering parking in front for a $100!!
Best Brunch I ever had. We went during our honey moon. It was amazing.
We had the Thanksgiving buffet for dinner.. it was spectacular!!
All the seafood choices...the traditional turkey, mashed potatoes etc... just everything was tasteful!
The ambience and the hotel was unforgettable!
Thank you all!
It was a beautiful night!
Thanksgiving Buffet was pricey but spectacular!
Had Thanksgiving buffet here. Wide variety, all tasty, lovely atmosphere, impeccable service. Ain't cheap, but what can you expect in Miami Beach? Was a memorable part if our trip.
Great food selections but cafeteria atmosphere and loud no gentle music for Sunday brunch
A private party took all the seats by the windows which was bad for us
Way way too expensive
The staff from the host to the wait staff were so disinterested and disengaged from what they were doing that it took away from the experience. Being friendly and engaged should not be such an effort! Will never go there again! I am staying at the hotel, and ate there again for breakfast; the service was equally horrible!
Terrance, our server & Maria were great , Very helpful and attentive. They moved us out of a noisy section into a quiet one. We ate there twice.
Service was good and people friendly. But the foods really poor got a brunch at 59$+taxes by person.
I was here last year and come to the Fontainebleau for 6 years. But this this time, the brunch was very bad
Overall was very good service was good
We are staying at the fountain blue and deciding on Vita for dinner, we noticed they have a piaea for two $54.00 first if all great deal for dinner, second of all the piaea was amazing.
Food was great and facility is gorgeous but cost is way too high.
Vida was great; Was celebrating a bachelorette party and it was the perfect mix of fancy and casual. The food was delicious and we had the option of ordering from both sides of the restaurant (Vida & Blade Sushi).
Food was good; although, a little pricey. Short notice reservation is okay. Our server was very attentive and prompt.
Very confused staff. It was so rough dealing with them that we left shortly after getting sat.
Enjoyed the food and service.
