Welcome to Victory Restaurant & Lounge.
We are located in Midtown Miami on 1st Avenue, located in between Tap 42 and Sugarcane. Rico Young and Tobias Dorzon are excited to bring the concept they thought of years ago to Midtown. Rico, an entrepreneur, first met Chef Tobias via mutual clients of theirs. Opportunities arose and Miami became the location for Victory after an extensive search. Although COVID-19 put our plans on hiatus, we are excited to welcome you back.
We highly recommend reservations via OT or phone. Specifically, on weekends and our weekend Brunch Parties.
Victory offers New American cuisine with thoughtful touches by Chef Tobias.

Excellent food and great vibe. Very slow with getting the food out but made up for it with how great the food was.
Everything is awesome great place to relax and eat some good food and enjoy some music and hookah
Nice vibe, food & service was good. I will come every time I visit
Someone Couldn’t Pay Me To Complain About Anything... Food & Service Was Amazing🔥
Everything about the experience was top notch from the food to the drinks and even the hookah. DJ Stevo is the perfect DJ for the atmosphere as the vibes were perfect. The only criticism I have was that the food took a little longer to be served to us but once we notified our server, she spoke with management and they discounted our bill. Definitely will support this establishment again as much as possible.
Unfortunately. I had a bad experience here. Drove all the way from WDC - made reservations at 5:30pm never received food. 9pm I asked for a Manager - he apologized & packed our food to go. Just disappointed - specially when trying to "support black businesses"
Waited a hour for French toast and never received it.
You all need to get rid of the bottle service requirement. it is distasteful. victory is a damn restaurant not a club!!!!! and y'all are located in midtown across from lime. please stop it. trying to hold inside seating for certain type of guest, at the end of day I made reservations for INSIDE so that where I want to sit, and that vip bottle guy really tried to insult my intelligence he also poses as a manager. and the whole "2hour" seating limit is very bogus. if I am spending money somewhere I shouldn't be told when I need to get up. the first time I ate here that didn't happen. but this second time was trash. we were seated at 740 pm and the vip guy was asking to get up at 9!!!!!!!! not even 2 hours. I really didn't want to cause a scene because he very well deserved it. I will not! be back. black ppl learn how to conduct real business. ! your goal should be for customers to come back because they enjoyed their experience . you all are just Money hungry. taking my business to Bar one. I actually would have expected such from them because they are way more upscale. that vip person is going to run victory to the ground.mark by words.
Great food great customer service 5 star service
This place gets everything right. The food is delicious and high quality. We ordered the crab fries as our appetizer and WOW!! It was excellent. Restaurants usually overdo fillers and skimp on the seafood in dishes to the point where you can hardly taste it. Not here. The crab was fresh, plentiful and jumbo lump. Same for my entree—the shrimp and lobster pasta—lots of flavorful seafood, no fillers.
Hubby had the chicken and waffles, also very good although the powdered sugar sprinkle made it a little too sweet for his taste. But he just would request it without sugar next time. And there will be a next time.
Dessert was epic. Hennessy bread pudding. Mic drop.
Service was impeccable and attentive and the restaurant is gorgeous. Lots of eye candy decor and a sexy lounge vibe. Hip hop/r &b music videos play on multiple screens, hooka is offered, a large bar with seating, tables or booths, your choice. There’s a beautiful outdoor area with plush pillowed booths and tables.
The wait staff mentioned Sundays are their busiest day, when they have a DJ. We will definitely be returning for that!
A few days ago myself and two other friends had a reservation for 10:15pm I got a text message and I called to change my reservation to 9:45 which we stay in Broward so we had to basically fly there to be there on time. Mind you I was told that the kitchen closes at 10:30 we got there on time they try to sit out somewhere where it would’ve been uncomfortable for me because I am a plus size lady so they set us in a booth we ordered our food we ordered our drinks we also ordered a hookah about 20-30 minutes later The hostess who seated us walks up to us and says I do apologize but we do have to move you, you can sit at this table or you can sit outside before we sat down the conversation of the chair for me we already went over this So she then said OK you can sit outside we were like well we made reservations why do we have to sit outside we don’t want to sit outside while then I will get a manager she got the manager the manager excuse was that the booth was already sold to another party prior to us coming but no one mentioned that before seating us so we were asked to either go sit somewhere that was going to be uncomfortable for me or go seat outside we left because that’s not how you do business we spoke to a manager on the phone the day after and we were told because we weren’t spending $3000 or more that’s why we had to be moved the service there is ridiculous the lack of customer service that they have I will never return to this establishment ever again
My birthday brunch did start a little rocky as there was a schedule mixup but let me tell you how they fixed it all and made my day. This place is beyond clean, professional, and friendly. The hostess a beautiful melanin lady with long braids was TOPNOTCH wish I could’ve remembered her name keep it up, and even my busboy (man) was amazing. Definitely will be back the energy was more like a FREQUENCY.
Excellent place we really enjoyed ourselves. The food was amazing I'll definitely be returning.
Great place to hangout! We will return again soon.
Great place ! Food was delicious went again the next day 😊
Very much urban vibes and great music, food, & drinks
First off let me say when I heard Chef Tobias was opening a restaurant I had to come and see for myself. This past weekend I came to Miami to celebrate my birthday and just knew I had to visit Victory. Since I live in Maryland and always purchase food from the pop up’s I knew the food was going to be amazing! Once my fiancé and I arrived to the restaurant we let the hostess know that we had a 8pm reservation and in a blink of an eye we were seated at our table. There were 2 waiters that we assigned to our table for the first half our time at the restaurant. Which was a great thing. We got water then ordered drinks which came right out. Then the waitress came over to take our food order. However it took about an hour to get the food. We ordered the shrimp and lobster pasta, Brussels sprouts, and pan seared salmon. The pasta was good, but the fettuccine noodles seamed to be chopped up. I would have preferred a rotini noodle if they were looking for a smaller noodle size. Despite the pasta being chopped up it was really really tasty. The Brussels sprouts were A1! They were cooked just right and the seasonings were on point. The pan seared salmon came with a crab sauce on top and was accompanied by some curried string beans and a friend rice. The only 2 downfalls to that meal were that the rice had way to many peppercorns causing the pepper to overpower the rice and there was an aioli sauce that had entirely to much salt in it which cause the meal to be be slightly salty. Given the fact that we had waited an hour for our food I didn’t bother to send the food back. Since I was celebrating my birthday our waiter sent us some red velvet cheesecake which was to die for. I’m not a fan of red velvet anything but this was amazing! Overall the the experience was nice, the food was good, and the atmosphere was the epitome of a party! I will definitely keep coming back to Victory whether it’s in Miami, Bowie, or a random pop up!
The music level was a little too high. Everything else was amazing!
The staff was amazing and The food was delicious!!
Had a great time. Good music, loud but good, great food. But extremely slow service. Food and drinks took forever to come. Gave them an overall 4 stars because I see the potential
Great place ! Great good ! The Dj was everything ❤️
Customer Service was awful, waited 20 minutes to get a waiter/waitress, the food took too long to get a appetizers, entree. The manager did his best to rectify the situation. Try it for yourself, maybe the service would be better. This was my experience.
Great food, beautiful location! Just be ready for it to be LIT which is fine- I will definitely be back!!! The food is 🔥🔥🔥
Perfect place to look and eat sexy. Great vibes and beautiful people.
Best place I have eaten in Miami!
Amazing experience highly recommend, great ambiance and food!
Let me start by saying the food was great! We had the Hawaiian steak with Mac and cheese and the Salmon, all was seasoned well and cooked well! The service was not so good; we had one waitress greet us And took out drink orders; the drinks took about 25 minutes to come; during that time we waited for the waitress to come back; she never did. Another waiter finally came and took our food order; it took another 35 minutes for the food to come. The music was good so we didn’t complain. We ordered a second round of drinks and this round tasted completely different; we didn’t even finish those drinks. All in all, I wouldn’t jump to go back but I’m also not opposed to going back.
IT WAS AN AMAZING AFTERNOON! GREAT SERVICE, OUR SERVER “PEACE” WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY ATTENTIVE, AND WHILE THE PANDEMIC, MADE IT AN VERY UPLIFTING DAY AT VICTORY, THANK YOU🙂
Very cool and different from everything else in Midtown Miami. The steak and lobster egg rolls are amazing and so are the omelets!
Very nice atmosphere & vibe, love the music, great food, but food comes very slow.
The food was sooooooo good... a few things need improvement service wise...
The tables are too small for the large plates they provide
The water glasses are too small
Music is great, but super loud to hold a conversation
Menu needs to be posted online
They need a premium juice selection
If you’re a foodie you’d really enjoy the food. The food was beyond amazing. However, the service was borderline horrible. It took almost an hour for drinks to come and when I received my drink it wasn’t even what I ordered. The bartender made up for it but ... I’d definitely think twice before coming here again.
Moving from PG COUNTY, MD & finding this spot was amazing
Especially since the chef is also from where I’m from. I’ll def go again & take all family and friends who come visit.
Let me start with the positives; it's a really cute trendy spot. The ambiance is really nice, service was great and the portions were plentiful. Maybe brunch is better, but I was not impressed with dinner. I got the surf and turf and my friend ordered the shrimp and lobster alfredo, both dishes lacked flavor and seasoning! Neither of us finished our food and had no desire to take the rest to go. I dont know if it was an off night for the chef or what, hut the dishes looked better than they tasted.
