Welcome to Victory Restaurant & Lounge.
Victory Restaurant & Lounge was born out of an idea to create a place where people could enjoy 5-Star meals in a relaxing, welcoming environment. Ricardo, a decorated businessman, had visions of opening an elite restaurant with an ambiance Miami had never seen before.
Our menu consists of elevated comfort foods that will leave you wanting more. Our restaurant is designed with indoor and outdoor seating that includes large booths, perfect for sharing a meal with friends and family. We look forward to serving you.

Service was great. We ordered the seafood pasta and honey jerk wings. Oh and the mac and cheese was to die for! 10/10

Loved it here! Next time I’m in Miami I will be back for sure. I got the shrimp and grits and omggg 10000/10. Drink was really good too and also the hookah!!

Great establishment for a celebration! The DJ was great! Service was very attentive! Pricing was decent and portions were just the right amount to take home leftovers. 4/5 just because they didn’t allow too too many substitutions and didn’t have a few items we requested.

The food was top tier and the service was on point. I would recommend the jerk chicken egg rolls and the sea food pasta.

I was a first-time visitor of Victory on May 25, 2025. It was my sister's birthday and her first time to Miami. When we arrived, I noticed how young the staff was which wasn't an issue. They were nice and friendly. We were seated quickly, and the waitress took our order. The decor is beautiful. The issue that my sister and I has was the music. It didn't match the vibe of the restaurant. It was very loud hip hop. The kind where every other word was cussing. They have hookah, but for those who don' smoke, they should have a separate area for it The music definitely kills he vibe. If you are an older person who just wants to enjoy a good meal with a nice chill vibe, this isn't it. This place is definitely for the younger crowd

It’s was good but my first time was better. The food and drinks never disappointed but this visit my waffles were flat and I got a breast instead of all chicken wings. The music and vibes was still 10/10. I would spin the block for this restaurant or tap42.
