   No lobster in lobster bisque. Big pile of gross looking cold nasty tasting green beans in middle of plate of Ahi. Really salty mashed potatoes. Steak cooked right but no sear(ugly brown). If it weren’t for server (Brian) we would have bailed. Your cocktails are great but you need to get it together. We complained but no one came over to address the issue.

   Service slow, drinks arrived long after appetizers. Oyster Rockefeller app was over cooked. Could not get oysters unstuck from the shell. Still frozen shrimp (in middle of the shrimp) for shrimp app. Requested check, paid and left.

   Food was great from the start with the bread service, to the oysters and shrimp cocktail to the entrees. We got the Surf and Turf and the Swordfish special and it was phenomenal. Great meal and and great service!

   Brian was outstanding. Please keep him on your team at all costs. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great evening. The food was phenomenal and everyone was very helpful and friendly. My wife and I will definitely be returning.

   The ambiance was excellent and Jeremy, our waiter was pleasant and knowledgeable. The food, especially, the prime rib was extraordinary. Parking was strategically adjacent and accessible to Victor’s Seafood and Steak. If visiting Charleston or a resident we highly recommend that you stop by and experience Victor’s. We plan to visit again soon.

   We were here for our anniversary…service was over the top…Adam was awesome and was suggested great apps and desert…lobster bisque was my favorite. Great selection of bourbon as well.

   We were greeted and seated promptly. Food was delicious but service left a lot to be desired. We would have liked to order another drink, and possibly dessert, but no one came over to check on us. Too bad, because the lack of service took away from the overall experience.

    Jeremy was a great host/server. I really enjoy his time and hope that you guys to. Will always come back just off that alone. Of course the food was amazing and creeping up to be my favorite restaurant in Charleston.

    My ribeye steak was as tough as eating shoe leather. My wife's filet was way overcooked. Both pieces of meat had no spice or tastes. The expresso martinis upset our stomach. $200 for a terrible meal. Needless to say, we will never be going back to Victor's

    Victors was located in an excellent area. Parking near by was limited. We were seated promptly and the ambience was very inviting. Waiter was knowledgeable of all the food selections. Would suggest that he explain that the gratuity was placed on the charges as well as a non-cash adjustment. I was well pleased that my friends had an excellent experience.

    Long wait times for entrees, and when the entrees came out 3 of 6 we’re wrong. Manager made it right by comping the apps and a round of drinks, but the steaks should have been sent out to the doneness they were asked for to avoid situation. Waitress was embarrassed and avoided the table the rest of the night. It wasn’t her fault, and if it was she shouldn’t have avoided us. We had to flag down to get the check after 2 1/2 hour dinner. Great atmosphere though, drinks and apps were great

    Our seating was at the requested reservation time. Our waitstaff helped us to navigate the wine list. The Cesar salad had a weird dressing that was lacking the ‘acidic’ component. On questioning we were told it was a classic recipe that only included oil, cheese and anchovies. It would have been nice to have freshly ground pepper. Our protein choices (steak and burger) were served without any discernible seasoning (think salt and pepper). The burger was supposed to be served with fries—- which we had to ask for and then there was no ketchup—which also had to be requested. Really the fries were the best thing we ate. The ambiance was ok —- there is a grand piano in the main dining room that we would have loved to have heard being played. The architecture of the space was very interesting and they had done a great job in making a warehouse space into a restaurant. Overall —- disappointing. There are to many great restaurants in Charleston to give Victors a second chance.

    A pleasant evening at an absolutely gorgeous hidden gem in an alley off John street. The booth was comfortable. The building was beautiful. The service was prompt and polite the food was incredible. The bread and butter even impressed me; little soft pretzel bites style with a super creamy and tasty spread. Ribeye cooked perfectly and seasoned exquisitely.

    Victor’s is a wonderful restaurant and bar. Our meals were outstanding and the ambiance can’t be beat. The booths are very comfortable and the piano music is lovely. Order the ribeye steak.

    Sat at the bar with Pizza & Dash, order a round of cocktails and had the lobster roll. Best cocktails I’ve had, and both the bartenders were extremely charming. The lobster roll was much larger than I expected as well! Will definitely be back again

    Ambiance is great! Food…..eeeh. We came for prime rib, but they were out when we got there. First big bummer. Steak was then overcooked. Long wait for bill when we were finished.

    It wasn’t “bad”, but definitely not along the lines of what you expect for the price. They were out of a few meats, and the fish selection is less than underwhelming given the location at the coast!

    Honestly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in the food forward town of Charleston. I’ve had better steak at chain strip mall establishments. The service and food were subpar at best, especially for the location and cost. Wouldn’t ever recommend here.

    Pizza and Dash are amazingly gracious servers/managers! My wife and I will always make this our weekly/bi-weekly “go to” venue while downtown. The food offerings and tastes are excellent, so DO NOT miss an opportunity to go there.. Jim & Elizabeth

    The food was very tasty, the service was good, the menu selection was surprisingly very limited for a steak and seafood restaurant. Ordered a social tray appetizer and the waiter stated they were out of oysters— one of the four items on the plate— ok, he didn’t offer an alternative item to replace the oysters on the social plate. Plus it was 7:00pm— that’s early in the evening to be out of oysters. Other than this, I would give them an overall score of five stars.

    Waitress was great and the restaurant looks very nice but in the end we paid over $200. We got the Victors tower that cost $195 when all it adds is a lobster and crab from the smaller one which is only 60. Our fault for not asking but never thought it would be that much when listed as market price. Then on top of that charged a credit card fee which is ridiculous. I feel restaurants should have to state that charge before guest are seated with a sign or something.

    My file was excellent. Cooked to perfection. My husband had the prime rib and it was over cooked. Service was excellent. We were in the bar and it was on the noisy side. That did not particularly bother us.

    The food was great and the service fantastic, but I was greatly disturbed by two unusual charges added to the bill. These were the fault of management, not the server or other service people. I paid $34 for two martinis, which is already expensive, and then they added an ADDITIONAL charge of $6 as a “martini” charge. When I questioned the charge I was told that the martini charge was because there was no mix in the drink so they had to add additional gin to give me a full drink. In other words, it cost me an extra $3 per drink because they couldn’t water down my drink with a mix. A full bottle of that gin costs less than $40.00. I feel gouged. Additionally, they charged me an additional $6.57 as a “non-cash adjustment” because I paid by credit card. Personally, I was offended by these charges, and I feel they are a terrible business practice, when I was already spending over $200 for a dinner for 2 people. Also, as a side note, I was not warned if either of these charges. Again… bad business.

    Beautiful restaurant, and my drink was one of the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I ordered the bisque which was way too salty (almost not edible) and the clam special which was just disappointing. The clams were fishy and the preparation was not appetizing. Others in my party ordered steak and enjoyed their meals. Maybe just a bad night for soup and clams, but disappointing none the less.

    The hostess was fine as was our server however, the food was not worth the price. The Caesar Salad dressing was terrible. The Parmesan over -powered the dressing. The heirloom tomatoes salad was unrecognizable with all the dressing. And the olives made that salad too bitter. Some high quality olive oil and some aged balsamic would have been far better. The steaks had no crust and no taste. The mashed potatoes were cold. Too bad the food was not as good as the interior was pretty. We will never be back.
