Food was great however our server was very scarcely available!!
It was a very enjoyable evening! The food was great and it was nice to get out and feel safe during covid
Amazing service, food, wine and atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant.
It was an excellent celebration of a friend’s birthday where we took advantage of the restaurant’s Dine Outside menu. The service from Matthew was fantastic, who made no attempt to rush us and let us remain to enjoy a leisurely dinner. Well done!
Surendra and the manager gave us a really memorable anniversary night. The service was top notch and the attention to detail was exquisite. Would highly recommend this spot as it is an amazing experience. Going back soon.
We were there to celebrate birthday. We order the Porterhouse and Rib Cap for our main course. The meat was really soft, but over-seasoned. They were a little salty. The Mac&cheese waffle was good.
We had an incredible experience at the Victor! Food was lovely. Service was prompt. Atmosphere was awesome
Service took longer than desired. All of our steaks were cooked too long, not rare enough.
Amazing experience! I went there with my father and husband to celebrate my birthday and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. We had Rio as our waiter and he was so attentive and went above and beyond for your birthday!
we had to wait a bit longer than expected for a table however our servers (we had two), made up for it with their great service, personality and overall great time. Service was above and beyond 5 stars.
Noticed them we were celebrating birthday but thing was special. Well.. its nothing i was expecting so that is that but the service wasn’t so impressive either. I had to wait so long for everything. First, water was late. Waitress came to tell be she will be right back but she was so later the other waiter had to came to take the orders. Appetizers came a bit late but the main was way too late. Asked for other glass of wine but she seemed forget about the wine. I had to remind her. Food was okay but the service really didn’t satisfy me.
Service was great. Food was awesome.
Parking not so good, not very well layed with directions due to elevators closed.
walked around for 15 mines to find a elevator that worked.
Really really great service from everyone! Probably one of the best ever! The avocado crunch roll and the salmon gringo roll were also amazing. Can’t wait to go back.
A bit too noisy from a bridal shower party just next to us.
The took care of it by removing from our bill a few drinks we had at the bar before, or maybe they just forgot to charge them? Either way, the service was good, but not amazing, the food wasn’t worth the price tag, nor the sushi, the lobster bisque or the rib eye.
The burrata was really good tho, as well as the victor cake for dessert.
Went here for my husband and I’s 10 year anniversary. The server is very pleasant. The food was delicious! Only complaint is the music. It was a little loud. My husband and I had to talk louder to hear one another. Other than that, I totally plan to come back here.
I went to The Victor twice in the span of 2 weeks. The first time was with friends for their Dine Outside menu. I loved it so much that I wanted to take my mother the next week and try other options from the same menu. Both times the service was impeccable, the food delicious and of great value. I have a feeling I'll be coming more frequently in the future 🤗
Great ambience, great food, everyone is outstanding with the service top notch. definitely recommended to everyone.
Was told by guests the server rolled his eyes when I had requested him to ask other if they would like some cake. I was paying a cutting fee . Don’t know why this server didn’t want to serve ?
Great food! Favourite was the Gringo Salmon 🤤
My husband and I was our first visit and Richard our waiter was amazing friendly and everything he recommended was delicious. The staff was very nice to. I will visit the restaurant again . Much appreciated!
Thank you .
Came into The VIctor tonight for the first time, had Rio as our server who was so attentive to all our needs and took the time to help us decide which bottle of wine would be best for us, including thoughtfully bringing out some tasters without being asked. The food all arrived promptly and every course was delicious. Will definitely go again and would recommend to friends and family. The vibe was intimate and definitely dressy, the type of place you’d want to go for a nice night out.
The cheesecake was underwhelming but everything else was amazing—especially the salmon
Very good and professional service. Food was above average.
They had no control over some customers as they were table hopping and lots of hugging during covid times.
We went to dinner there for our anniversary. The food was absolutely delicious, the ambiance beautiful and the service top notch.
Went for DineOut. Got the Ribeye (Delmonico) cut. Cooked perfectly, but not as tender as I expected. Nonetheless a great value. Service was excellent. Server was very attentive, and checked back with us frequently (but not too frequent).
Overall, a great experience in a great restaurant!
Dine outside pre fixed 3 course dinner very good. Wine list is comprehensive and a bit on the pricey side.
Loved the ambience on the patio.
Worth it for a special occasion.
We were let to a table close to the kitchen and light was dim. We saw a few empty tables just next to our table that they were bright and close to the court yard garden.
The hostress told us that section was not open. She lied, soon, 10min later, she sat different parties to the tables we desired and prefer.
I am not happy.
We could have sat in the table of my choice, why the hostress lied to disappoint her client, party of 4.
If the section was closed, keep it closed for the night.
What poor attitude and lied to us. Hope management in Victor restaurant inside Parq Vancouver will train their staff with hornesty n integrity.
Hope other guests were not mistreated like us.
I did speak in gentle, quiet voice in my original request.
Otherwise the server was excellent, professional, kind, nice manner in serving us, plus food was great for the value. Will definitely be back asking the same waiter next time. He should be commanded for excellent service. Hope management will recognize this excelling employee.
We enjoyed our dine out at Victor very much. This is our second time having dine out in Victor. Will certainly try again in the future again.
Didn’t like the location of table. It was facing the bar. We felt like we were at the bar not the restaurant. We were given the happy hour menu for drinks. When I asked what the server suggested for cocktails I could not see his suggestions on the menu he looked and realized it was the wrong menu.
I had an outstanding Dine Out experience in January. Food, service, atmosphere was great. The only appetizer that was ok this time was the Caesar salad. Lobster bisque was too salty and flavor too intense. The steak was good and cooked perfect. Dessert was average. We had both desserts.
The washrooms were dirty. I went to 3 of them and ended
up picking up a dirty mask with a paper towel and drying wet counter with it too. Someone should’ve been checking them especially during Covid.
Our server was great so we have no complaints about the service.
Received Rissoto, not the Salmon I ordered. My wife began eating her steak while I waited for my salmon. Her steak was very rare not close to the medium-rare she requested. So now her steak needs to get cooked for a second time to medium-rare and she gets to watch me eat my salmon that finally arrives. No apology for the screw-ups until we remind the waiter while paying the bill. No drink offered, no desert offered, zip only got the apology after asking for it. This is what you get for $200. Very disappointing!!
DH & I were here for DineOutside Vancouver Aug 21-Sep 21, 2020.
Matthieu was our server. He was pleasant.

I ordered the Avocado Mango Maki Roll, Salmon Steak & Black Forest Gateau.
Just the maki roll was enough to fill me up.
There is a bit of a wait in between courses to give you time to digest the food.
The salmon steak was stuffed with crab & the curry brown butter was so yummy. The salmon skin is so crispy. Don't hesitate to eat this. They give you a whole lemon. Squeeze it over the salmon & the arugula. It's so refreshing.
The black forest gateau is huge. Both DH & I could only eat half & took the rest home.
DH ordered Lobster & Crab Bisque, ribeye, & black forest gateau.
He said the soup was good, not salty or fishy.
The ribeye was good but could've had more veggies.
He also enjoyed the black forest gateau.
We really enjoyed our dining experience & will definitely be back for DOV again.
Overall, an excellent experience at The Victor. Look forward to returning one day.
Great place to celebrate a birthday. My husband had a really nice time. Rio and the staff there were knowledgeable and friendly. A class act. The steak, prawns & salmon were all excellent. The Croutching Tiger drink was refreshing and very unique. We did the outdoor menu. The staff wore masks. It is outdoors and socially distanced tables so patrons didn’t. The bathrooms were single stalls and clean. There was hand sanitizer available at the entrance and throughout the Parq hotel, everyone had masks on (required) in common areas, one person/family at a time in the elevator. Felt safe. Great overall experience.
It was great to be able to return to the Parq for dinner and the three-course dinner that was provided was superb. I'll be returning often as I did prior to the Covid 19 closure of restaurants across British Columbia.
Our server was amazing.
Very delicious food and tasty cocktails. We’ll be coming back soon.
Our server Matthew made us feel welcomed and appreciated and we loved dining there and will certainly be coming back. Thanks for making my 28th birthday great
Excellent ambiance, food, and service. We had oysters, wabisabi, hamachi nobu style, scallops, filet mignon, and a caeser salad. All were incredible. The cocktails were great too. Definitely recommend.
It is absolutely great place to have a dinner with friends or family. The food was outstanding, cannot pick my favourite dish due to all of dishes was fantastic. Tomahawk steak was cook perfectly the way we ordered. And all of staffs were nice. I would love to visit again💖
Service did not level up to price
