We stay true to Italy's culinary standards to retain the natural freshness and flavors of our dishes, which makes us one of the ONLY restaurants in the US to never incorporate artificial flavorings, colorings, or preservatives, nor do we use corn syrups in any of our beverages. We take pride in guaranteeing that none of our offerings contain GMO fruits, vegetables, or processed seed oils. Our olive oil, frying oil, flour, and sauce are all imported from Italy, while our meat, seafood and produce are sourced locally. We strive to replicate the culinary experiences that we find when we visit the Amalfi Coast.

Our hometown, Vico Equense, is referred to as the “Gateway to the Amalfi Coast” and the "Food Capital of Italy". Directly across from Monte Vesuvio, Vico is rich with the same soil as the San Marzano area. We aim to share the cherished memories cooking with Nonna. It was here that we learned the significance of the food we savor and endeavored to preserve her treasured

                                      Restaurant is extremely clean, service is out of this world. The food is the only authentic Italian on the island, not the Italian American (which there is nothing wrong with) but as a guy who lived in Italy, this feels exactly like it. Everything is fresh, the staff is happy and kind, I will be coming here way more often and regret not coming here sooner. Special thanks to our server Kayla and manager Giuseppe for making us feel at home!

                                      The food was delicious! It's the best brick-oven pizza on the island! Other places might claim it's brick-oven, but this is really. Their flour is light and crispy, and the cheese is high quality. Even the wine list was surprisingly interesting!

                                      My husband and I came in for our anniversary. Guiseppe greeted us promptly with a warm welcome and gave us a little history about the place. We enjoyed the food, the ambience and the prices! We will definktely be back!!!

                                      We always enjoy this place. It’s like visiting cousins from the old neighborhood. Everyone is is friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh and made on the premises. They are very good at accommodating various requests.

                                      The food was exceptional. Fresh tasting like home made. High quality ingredients for sure. The service was beyond amazing. Owner and staff were wonderful. This was o e of the best dining experiences I have had on Long Island to date. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.
