Vic & Anthony's Steakhouse - Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. The food is always prepared very well and the service is excellent. While it is on the pricey side we have never had a bad meal and some have been truly spectacular. If you can afford it, you will be very happy with this restaurant.
Vic & Anthony’s is my favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas. Everything on the menu is absolutely fantastic — (in addition to their prime cut steaks, you have to have the crab cake and quail appetizers; and if you do not want steak, the seafood is excellent). You will not find better service anywhere — the service is first class and the servers are personable. I highly recommend this terrific restaurant.
The best thing we did in Vegas this trip. Food was fantastic; service was absolutely great; mood and atmosphere was wonderful. Our waiter, forgot his name but he had the classic mustache of the twenties, was the best. We will make reservations again the next time we are in Vegas.
This is my favorite restaurant, go with steak and order the pre fixed menu you can get online when making reservations
You will NOT find a better restaurant for $60.00 per person
Also great atmosphere, wall photos are redicoulous
Five star , also order your favorite drink , great value.
This was our first restaurant we tried in Vegas and the service combined with the food was amazing! We both got the filets and then asked them to be coffee rubbed. The chef came out and complimented us on our choice and began telling us where he single sources the fresh coffee seasoning. It made the filet so tender! For dessert we got cheesecake and the Elvis in a jar and they were out of this world. We highly recommend this for a date night or special occasion as the lighting is very low and atmosphere just screams special.
We had a great time- only reasons we did not give 5 stars were: way to cramped seating, my husbands chair was bumped into at least 4 times before he got up and physically moved the table, our waiter was awesome, the host was awesome and even ran into my husbands chair and stopped immediately and apologized but there was another waiter who repeatedly bumped his chair and never once said a word. The sommelier’s recommendation was fantastic and is a bottle we plan to drink again. My steak was a bit over cooked and yes I should have sent it back but the majority was cooked fine and great flavor but last quarter not so much. Huge portions and nice selection, crab cake fresh and large but just so you know it is ONE cake.
Always a must visit place when you are in Vegas. Outstanding food and the service staff is old school and very well versed. Much better food than the tourist spots on the Strip and a very comprehensive wine list with an excellent Som to boot.
Great spot that is always on it's game and has never dissappointed -
We were out in Vegas for SEMA and for my fiancée's 50th Birthday. We ended up coming here and we are glad that we did. The food was really good. We had the jumbo shrimp cocktail and the shrimps are a decent size. My fiancée had the New York Strip which he said was cooked to perfection. I had a bite and it melted in your mouth. I had the shrimp scampi and it was delicious. This was a last minute booking we had a table reserved but we got there a little early and it wasn't quite ready so we had a seat at the bar and that is where we ended up eating. Our bartender Efrain was great, always checking to see how things where and if we needed anything else. We will for sure be back to have dinner here when we visit Vegas again. You can't go wrong with the food.
From the service to the food to the ambience, the evening was amazing. The staff was super professional and totally on cue. Patrick was our waiter and Shawn was the sommelier. Both are top-notch professionals. The food. Oh my. Perfect. The steaks, Maine Lobster, and sides were perfectly done. Not to fancy, just really, really good.
We tried the food here for the first time. We were celebrating a birthday. Portabella mushrooms, lobster bisque, Filet mignon, creamed corn, Au gratin potatoes, mousse cake, bread pudding and a bottle of red wine. Great food, great atmosphere and great company. We will definitely be back. Next time the lobster.
Excellent meal. We used their $52.00 three-course menu deal that can only be found on their website. It was an amazing deal. My steak was $48 on the menu and It came with a choice of appy, plus a side and dessert. We could not finish our meals at all and dessert was a total waste because we were so very, very full. That was with leaving half of my side (au gratin potatoes) and 2/3 of his (onion straws). The lobster bisque was heaven. Our meals were cooked perfectly and the service was wonderful. I would be happy to go back but would plan on taking home 1/2 of what we ordered.
We went to Vic & Anthony's for a good steak, and found much, much more. The appetizers, sides, and desserts are all amazing. Check out the Landry's website for the Distinctive Dining Deal for a 3 course meal for $52....it was an amazing deal for even more amazing food. Our server, Ben, was an absolute pleasure, and the wine and cocktails were also fantastic. We highly recommend Vic & Anthonys all around.
We have been to Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse MANY times and this is the first time our experience was poor. Not because the food was bad or we had to wait for a table but because our server, Ben, was so unpleasant. Although he accomadated our requests (when he finally checked on us) it was in such an arrogant and pampas tone. Each time he approached our group he spoke abnormally loud; it was quite annoying. His smirk/smile was disingenuous, we often had to solicit the attention of surrounding servers to accommodate our requests because he was so infrequent checking on us, and he never made pleasantries with us, even after sharing we were celebrating. He seemed VERY uncomfortable serving us while all the assisting servers were smiling, warm, and inviting; happy to serve us. My husband said we will not return.
Exceptional Dining experience!! The service is always top notch, and the food is excellent!! We had one of our guests with a dietary constraint and was accommodated without a flaw. Most restaurants acknowledge when we have someone in our group with a food allergy, however they do not go to the extent that the Manager of Vic and Anthonys did to address the allergy immediately, and them to present the meal himself at the table to ensure the meal was to thier satisfaction. A+ in my book!!
When asked to rate the noise level, the energetic rating should be changed to LOUD! It is one of the real deterrents to wanting to eat there because on many occasions it was so noisy we couldn't hear one another without repeating at a very high volume. I know this is classic steak house ambiance but it is a bit of a drawback to conversation.
Since our first visit to Vic & Anthony's in 2015, we have been regular diners at Vic & Anthony's, Las Vegas. We continue going back, due to the excellent service and the consistent quality of the food, specifically the filet and one, specific dessert.
It is to be noted that the filet, salmon, and sides were, as always, excellent; however, when it came time for dessert, the meal did not meet expectations.
Up until recently, the restaurant offered a "Chocolate Mousse Cake", which had delectable chocolate mousse, with a delicious hazlenut crunch crust. It was an amazing dessert, so much so, that even my husband, not a chocolate fan, always ordered and enjoyed the "Chocolate Mousse Cake".
Tonight, we were told that corporate management had implemented a new dessert menu, which eliminated the "Chocolate Mousse Cake", along with all chocolate desserts. The Chocolate Mousse Cake dessert on the Distinctive Dining Menu was replaced with a Mocha Mousse dessert, which was HEAVILY mocha/coffee flavored. I was willing to try it, with an open mind, but after my first bite, I stopped and sadly did not enjoy a dessert.
This might sound like a lot of complaining over just one small item; however, that was truly one of the highlights of our meals, each time we went to Vic & Anthony's and, although we will probably continue to dine there, to be honest, having that one delicious item eliminated will likely decrease the amount of times that we will visit. I have literally looked forward to the "end" of the meal, just for that one dessert, and, now that it is not there, the anticipation will not be there, for me. I am saddened, as enjoying a good dessert is the culmination of enjoying a good meal, and I always enjoyed the consistently excellent "Chocolate Mousse Cake" at Vic & Anthony's.
I can only hope that enough people will join in and speak up, so that management will bring back what used to be one of the best desserts on the menu, the "Chocolate Mousse Cake"!
had a filet steak, it was ok. didnt seem to have as much flavor as it should have. the 2 people i was with said their entrees were just ok as well. staff was great, ambiance was that of a nice upscale steakhouse with a dark atmosphere. prices seemed to be fair, definitely not cheap, but i didnt think they were excessive either.
