   We walk in and the place is empty, I asked for a sauvignon blanc and they said they didn't have any. I asked cab and they brought out thia warm brown concoction. No one asked if the wine was good throughout the meal. The arancini was great, and our pastas were acceptable. What wasn't acceptable was the service. Long waits in between check ins, especially when receiving the check. The reason you're so empty on a Saturday night is your lack of service.

   Amateur wait staff. Not very polite or friendly either. Our order had a few issues that we had to clarify a couple of times. Maybe it was the Easter brunch madness that threw wait staff off their game but it felt like they weren't very present or engaged. It's far too loud, especially when they crank the music up and force people to shout to hear each other. Close the windows and doors when it's in the 50s and windy as it was freezing inside the restaurant.

Staff are people also and not perfect but we try to give you the best experience. As for music and doors, everyone has their preferences. In future we ask you to address your concerns promptly while you are in the restaurant so we can accommodate your specific needs and not in a review when we can not do anything about it.    We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. Server TJ tended to us all night. Dinner was good but a bit salty so I didn’t fully enjoy or finish it. Other than that great spot for an intimate date night. Big difference between happy hour price and non happy hour price.

If your food is salty or not up to your liking for any reason please let your server know while dining! We always prefer to remake a dish to your specifications that way your time with us is enjoyed!    We enjoyed being here for brunch but I made the mistake of being too hungry and not speaking up about my order. I ordered the poached eggs with crabcake - Neptune - but the crabcake, from bite one was not cooked right. It wasn't cooked enough, period. I was too hungry and ate it but did tell the waiter the issue. I was just pretty surprised that it was served so undercooked. And the crab just tasted like canned crab, nothing special. Wouldn't order again, might not go here again.

    Wonderful experience at ViaRoma! The ambience was very relaxing and chill, and the staff, especially the owner, was very welcoming. The food was amazing and I must say, the drinks were a real plus. I loved the tequila selection as well. I love that they don’t serve their guests with the “run of the mill” tequila, but actual quality tequila and selections. You can tell the owner really cares about his guests experience. I will definitely be back!!

    Just moved into the neighborhood and tried ViaRoma. Their cocktails are not to be played with. Full of flavor and packs a punch! Loved the ambiance as well. I’ll be a regular for sure!

    The Valentine’s menu was exciting to look at, but the execution was a bit lack luster. The appetizers/starters were excellent! The fish dishes (sea bass and salmon) were both VERY over cooked with salty sides. They appeared to be frozen salmon steaks and filets. Just awful for the price of ~$30/ea!!! Dessert was fine but nothing special. Seemed store bought, not made in house. It’s was a very expensive menu for a real lack in quality.

    The food was ok, I like that it is small and intimate. I had chicken and waffles for brunch which was good. I had a good experience at Via Roma. The only thing I dislike is people can bring their dogs inside. I'm not a fan of restaurants that allow that.

    Everything tasted good but the portion of home fries and herons breakfast sausage were very small. Probably the smallest portions I’ve seen in any restaurant. The highlight of the meal was the bottomless mimosas. Probably the best bottomless for the price in BK. Server was amazing and she was not slow with the mimosa refills.

    10/10 spot. Only bad thing was that we made a reservation & even with the reservation we had to wait almost an hour for our table. But overall, great experience. Brunch drinks were good and food was good as well. Will definitely be going back.

    Found this place in the morning and made reservations for 2pm that same day. Easy to find after getting off the train. Absolutely loved this cute spot for brunch with my sister. Bottomless mimosas and we never did find that bottom *insert The Office reference*. Staff was kind and good was delicious. We both finished our whole plate and considered ordering more bacon after a few more mimosas.

    ViaRoma was fantastic! The cheapest bottomless I’ve found in NYC so far and the drinks were still fairly strong + you have 3 to choose from. The food was good and worth the price. And the service was so kind + on it with refilling our drinks especially considering it was super busy. The indoor seating is a little weird (a combination of seats and like a couch situation?) but we were comfortable and loved the leafy decor.

    The food was great, in the beginning service was great, I asked for bottomless Bellinis and the service kept servicing everyone else around me but me and he had a drink with customers, strange to me. I had to bring it to his attention that I ordered bottomless and only got one drink! He did apologize and brought me a much larger glass the next time, but I should not have to ask once I have already told you bottomless. We will go back again as we still had a great time, but your server’s must be attentive to everyone equally!
