Cool vib. Excellent food and service.

Went for first time on weekend. Service and food were great. Small place with great vibe. My fave combo of delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere.

Roxy was a very attentive and pleasant waitress who was a great addition to our 1st experience at Viaggio.

Seated pretty quickly, although arrived early. Decor was a little tired, bench seat had no filling so felt short to the table. Menues were stained and filled with crumbs. Service was great and pretty quick.

The food was fantastic! So were the cocktails. Great place for date night.

We had a good time and good meal here. However, there were a couple of minor items which I attribute to only being open a short time. I anticipate that these will be addressed as everyone gets more up to speed.

Excellent service and food . We were 4 that evening and shared plates ,3 antipasti, 3 primo and 2 deserts. Just the right amount of food . Cocktails can be pricey for premium liquors. I look forward to going back soon .

Viaggio is a wonderful addition to the neighbourhood and a new family favourite to celebrate birthdays and special occasions.

It was a great meal and lovely place but experience wasn’t perfect as one of our group’s meals were forgotten and there was a large piece of cartilage left in my crab pasta.

This restaurant came highly recommended so, I can only hope that this was a outlier of a night in terms of experience. I had called the restaurant before hand to ask about the noise level. I was bringing three older people with me for my boyfriends birthday. They assured me it would be a great night.
It was anything but quiet and my family ended up leaving early because of the noise. The food was great but everything was overshadowed by the noise. a few ceiling noise softeners would go a long way.

Went with my wife celebrating her birthday. Amazing experience. Food was spectacular, the plating and spacing of the courses was great, took care of food allergies and just made the whole night special.

Perfect location for a date or intimate dinner with friends. So happy the Commodore crew is back with a gem. The ambiance was gorgeous and each dish was better than the last.

Viaggio makes the most of a nondescript location at the east end of a set of row houses. I’m guessing they added the large picture windows that would have looked out on their patio had it still been open, they are a highlight.

The food is the thing here and from my perspective they fired on all cylinders from the pizza and artichoke apps to my homemade pasta main course. Those looking large portions will be disappointed Viaggio is not for them.

It’s far out of normal traffic patterns but if it was we would certainly return.

We had a very enjoyable dinner here on the recommendation of our daughter and her husband. Our server, Roxie, was knowledgeable about the wine and made a perfect recommendation. Our meal was nicely paced. We shared all of the dishes. We ordered foccasia and deep fried Jerusalem artichokes to start. After enjoying these we decided to try the burrata with figs that were drenched with honey and sprinkled with walnuts. Yum! Then onto a wonderful pasta dish with chunks of snow crab and edamame. Because we were sharing we were able to order an entré: a generous portion of two duck legs in a delicious wine reduction. We then succumbed to the Tiramisu pancakes. The chef offers a unique take on many dishes that are sure to delight!

Wanted to try a new resto. Atmosphere was very nice and service was excellent. Unfortunately, two large groups arrived and the noise level went through the roof. Impossible to have a conversation. Food was very good however we found the main course selection a bit limited. Would go back again and try the pizza!

The service was friendly and knowledgeable and the food was outstanding (and this is coming from a table with a lot of foodies). We will definitely come back.

Food is fantastic, love the relaxed patio under a canopy of trees and lights. The restaurant is small and intimate. A great place!

Lovely ambiance, especially on the deck! Great service. A bit disappointed with the pizzas, minimal toppings. Lovely duck and pasta. Menu a bit limited. Would go back!

My wife and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and the staff did an incredible job in making it a memorable experience. The food was delicious and the cocktails were solid. The back/side patio was a perfect place to sit out and enjoy the meal

Very cute restaurant, perfect for small groups and couple's dates. One of the most charming patios in the city. We had such a great time.

Too big a gap between apps and mains but that was acknowledged. Great to able to reserve on their sweet patio. Food was very good, not fabulous. Too much butter on the pasta, not enough crab although what was there was wonderful. Gas pizza oven, not wood.

I had a lovely time dining at Viaggio! Beautiful patio, loved the artwork and lighting. The food was delicious and all members of staff were very friendly. I have already recommended it to friends and family members!

Husband was recommended to check this place out, and it was a hit. The outdoor patio was great, nestled next to the restaurant itself, with trees surrounding it on one side and string lights hanging over top - felt very cozy. Food presentation was great, flavours were awesome. This is one of the best Italian restaurants we've eaten at in Toronto so far...my husband said it was comparable to what we ate at Babbo in NYC.
