   We enjoyed a wonderful pre theater meal consisting of Bolognese, Caesar salad and the fabulous Salmon entree cooked perfectly. Oh and the wine was great. Our favorite Cincinnati meal of the year.

   Service was excellent. I ordered the wine pairing with the 4 course meal special. It was different for me, but I enjoyed it. I have never eaten mussels before. Really enjoyed the wine pairing.

    As usual, Cristian and his team at Via Vite outdid themselves preparing and presenting dinner last evening for my wife and me, this time a gluten-free Italian meal. The star of the show was a red snapper filet poached in parchment with Yukon gold potato slices, red onion slices, olives, capers and small tomatoes. The Viognier chosen to accompany this course was exceptional. We are sad to be moving from Cincinnati as our home but since business will require occasional trips back for the next few years, we will be returning often. Thanks Cristian for a wonderful evening.

    Starting with our server, Irina, we enjoyed an amazing meal with friends at Via Vite. Irina was very knowledgeable about the menu and she went through it with us, providing us with more detailed information on some of the favorite dishes. She was attentive during the evening, but not to the point where she was at our side all night. She seemed to know when we needed her for something. We were surprised to find out it was her first night working there! All of our dinners were incredible! There were four of us and we all chose different entrees, the Tagliatelle Bolognese, the Handmade Crispy Gnocchi, and the Lobster Tortelloni al Nero, all from the Housemade Pasta section of the menu, and Risotto "Frutti di Mare", an Italian Classic. All of our meals were delicious! They also prepare a gluten-free pasta, if requested. We left there talking about how we definitely needed to return to Via Vite soon!

    The food was beautiful and extremely delicious. We were brought upstairs to a small room with only three tables, which made our experience more intimate and quieter. The server was excellent as well. I will definitely go back!!

    Everything was great. Server was knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction and the food met the description given. Octopus appetizer was the best I have had anywhere. Will definitely be back.

    Had a wonderful dinner. Claire was an exceptional server. I ordered my usual bolognese and it was delicious. My husband had the lamb shank and it was tender and had a wonderful flavor. We love celebrating at Via Vite.

    The atmosphere is much better since the remodel! I’m still scratching my head over the portions ( or disproportionate portions)served. My friend ordered the chicken which was the largest piece of chicken I have ever seen, think 24 lb turkey. She also ordered a side salad. The server failed to mention the chicken came with a salad so she ended up being served two salads. Ok great left overs right. Next meal, lobster ravioli… after being reassured that the quantity was enough as the meal is rich and filling we order the ravioli. We each receive five-six raviolis the size of a quarter with a bit of trim. Think shared appetizer size. I ended up giving half of mine to my husband as I had a half salad. We ordered dessert because we were still hungry. We left wondering how we we’re hungry after paying $120 for two meals with no meat and one drink.

    Via vite I enjoy every time I visit the area .. the food is consistent and always great .. the waite staff from Luca the bartender to melody our sever were friendly knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed .. I would most definitely recommend that you give it a try and be sure to end you meal with one of the homemade challos ..I had the lemon and it was a perfect ending to our meal ..

    The food was excellent and all 4 of us absolutely loved our meals. The setting is beautiful— the views, the decor, the location. Excellent experience and overall and we will definitely go back. The only issue was that one of us ordered hot tea and the water wasn’t hot and had to be redone, and more significantly one of our meals came out cold and had to be sent back. It took more than 20 minutes to be brought back out. Our waitress never checked on us after the food was delivered so we had to flag someone down to get them to send the dish back. Then he didn’t check or follow up. Our waitress literally didn’t come back to our table until over a half our after our food first arrived and we’re not sure she even knew about the cold pasta. We were all finished eating by the time the new dish arrived and it made us late to our concert.

    We have eaten at VV probably 75 to 100 times since it opened, so obviously it is a top of our list kind of place. We have watched the transition from a high class trattoria w/ pizza to a fine dining experience. Price is still a good value given the class of dining, ambiance is now in fitting with the experience, and service has improved considerably to be equal with any in town. Our server, Priestly, was especially on top of things and Kelly, roamed thee floor attentive to all the diners. All in all a very pleasant, no rush, well timed dinner.

    The ambiance was great and the food was good, but it didn’t knock our socks off - in fact, two in our party commented that they enjoyed Forno’s in Montgomery better. My son who had just come back from a trip to Italy could verify its authenticity. The only ding on the experience for us was simply the cost of the drinks and cocktails, which were high for what they were. I could go to a high end Cincinnati bar and pay less for better cocktails. Overall, I would recommend this place for an authentic Italian experience with very good food.

    We had an early dinner here--only time slots available until rather late--the service was prompt/attentive; the menu selections were great and the food was wonderful. The seafood risotto was particularly fine. The prosciutto plate was generous and the quality of the meat was the finest we've experienced outside of Italy. All the dishes were tasteful and tasty. A "Vita Misu" take on the Tiramisu was wonderful.

    I am visiting from a city with great Italian food....but oh my stars! Dinner tonight at Via Vite blew my mind. Goat cheese, fig and almond bruschetta got my appetite going. I chose the toasted gnocchi with shaved truffles for my entree and added charred broccolini and shrimp. It was beyond delicious. My server, Presley, was in point with her service and recommendations! Go!! Even if you're a Chiefs fan!!

    We were seated in a small area that was blocked off With curtains from a private party. There were four tables and it was rather tight. This was our first visit to Via Vite since the remodel. The food was good. Our wait person was great. However, the place we were seated on the second floor was very disappointing.

    Overall excellent choice for dinner. The waitress was excellent and quick to respond to our menu requests. There was a lapse of about 10 minutes waiting for the last entree to come out - unusual as the service was 5 star up to that point - did not appear to be extremely busy at that time...... No regrets and looking forward to going again.

    Valentines date. They overbooked and we had to wait for over an hour after our reservation. They were nice and gave us and many other couples free drinks to keep everyone accommodated.
