    Via Vite Restaurant has a tradition that is Brunch on Mother's Day Sunday. You will enjoy a Buffet that includes: Freshly baked pastries, caesar salad house made dressing and croutons, shrimp cocktail tower, fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs, butchers cut bacon, roasted potatoes, penne bolognese, hand made crispy gnocchi with four cheese fondue & black truffle, french toast with berries compote and real maple syrup, Italian sausage and bean ragout, shrimp and grits. CARVING STATION : Roasted strip steak, smoked salmon with fresh herb dressing DESSERT: Tiramisu , vanilla risotto w/honey and pistachio, fresh fruit. Adults (12 and Over) $55 per person; Children (11 and under) $25 per person. Reservations for 2-5 Guests have a reserved dining time of 1 hour 30 minutes. Reservations for 6+ have a reserved dining time of 1 hour 45 minutes. This is a prepaid experience. We require minimum 7-day notice for cancellations without penalty. Any reservation, cancelled for any reason, less than 7 days in advance will be nonrefundable. Cancellations can be made at info@viaviterestaurant.com

    We had an excellent meal with professional and gracious service. The menu is a nice mix of expected Italian standards coupled with thoughtful original preparations. You can really sense the pride they take in their house made dishes. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the meal. Not “cheap”, but very fair for what you get.

    Our service was so good even though the bartender also served as our server. Some of the best Italian food that I’ve had.

    Our waitress was amazing, she was attentive, she respected the time crunch we had, and made great suggestions with our pasta dishes. The food was amazing and you can tell the pasta was fresh. I will definitely be back!

    The Maccheroni Duck Sugo was OUTSTANDING! The Mama's Eggplant was SUPERB! Crispy Gnocchi was AWESOME! The Spritz drinks needed a little more pop to them. I think maybe the mix was a little off. Service and Wait Staff were GREAT!

    Simple buffet options & consistent service- the most frustrating part was patrons who would knock over spoons, lids or extra portions onto the floor! Not a single note for the staff to improve. Thank yall!
