   At Via Norte you exactly know what you are going to get. Great food, warm service and a lovely ambience. It never disappoints. We always enjoy it!

   The food was outstanding, I brought a group of 10 friends in for good Portuguese food- and was not disappointed. The quality of the seafood really stood out. Had espresso martini’s, they were delish. The ambiance was sexy. Everyone wants to go again. Was our first time there, can’t wait to go back!

   We had a wonderful experience at Via Norte. The food and beverages were delicious, the atmosphere was great and the person whose birthday we were celebrating got a few unexpected upgrades, which was so lovely, but undoubtedly the best part of the experience was our server. He was engaging and knowledgeable and had us in stitches with his witty commentary. We will definitely be back.

   We were told before ordering that service would be slow. When we paid, we were asked how was everything. “You were told service would be slow,” we were reminded. Upon leaving and waiting, we were approached and apologized but in the same breath we were warned service would be slow for one reason or another. As a customer, I then would give some concessions but everyone was clearly upset it was almost 4 hours. It would have been better if the customer service was present. But when we one of us went to grab the water decanter to refill water three times even while our server watched us and kept walking - that was a no, no. The food was okay and perhaps suffered from staffing issues but when you’re paying 100 per plate I would like a better dining experience. The atmosphere clearly suffered from the tables around us. We could hear how upset people were and they asked for their food to go. Had at least the customer service been positive - our table would feel better. We asked for help with our table that kept shaking but that didn’t happen. We watched while everyone had received bread so we asked. Then when she brought it to our table, she slammed it on our table and walked away. That’s not very kind at all. It was one of the most upsetting evenings.

   Valentines dinner was great. You had options in a prix fix menu. Steak and Cheesecake was amazing.

   What an amazing dinner! Not my first visit to this spot and it just gets better every time. Winterlicious is happening so it was a full house with two servers, at first I was expecting the service to be slower just because of the volume to only two servers, but Joanna and Stephanie did AMAZING! our service was excellent and the food was top! We drove an hour and a half to visit this restaurant and would do it again in a heartbeat. Congratulations 👏👏

   I secretly asked for maybe a desert on the house from the restaurant being that it’s my anniversary, they brought over our paid dessert on a plate that was designed with hearts on it. The chef also gave us (gf and I) port wine on the house. Everything was amazing there. Very expensive but worth it if you want to go once in a while.

    Aside from service being a tad slow, it is very good. Ambience very nice, food amazing, never disappoints.
