About this restaurant

In 1989, the Longobardi family opened up a small restaurant on the north end of Arlington Heights named "Ristorante Arenella." It quickly became a go to destination in the NW suburbs for classic southern Italian fare.

Via Arenella is a modern extension of this piece of our family history. We are incredibly excited to be back where it all started to share our passion for food with you.

Our family recipes were born in the heart of Naples at Piazza Arenella, passed down through generations and across continents. We stay true to the traditions of Southern Italian cuisine bringing fresh, quality ingredients from our family to your table.
