Via Allegro serves as Toronto’s landmark restaurant location thanks to its classic dishes and equally warm, classy interior. The upscale eatery affords diners plenty of Italian flair in both atmosphere and flavor. Via Allegro spares no expense to provide diners with bold Italian motifs combined with the innovation of modern design.

Via Allegro boasts one of the largest selections of wines in North America and is the winner of the Wine Spectator Grand Award, one of ninety three in the entire world.

For classic pasta and risotto dishes, check out the truffled mushroom risotto or the taglietelle bolognese. For a more classically inspired entrée, you will enjoy the, whole fresh fish branzino or the lamb rack.

Underrated and beautiful spot. Food is ok. Could be better value for price. Did not have oysters or cheese pasta I wanted. Recommend trying once at least.

Took important out of town clients to dinner. They had been out to dinner all week at a number of places and commented that Via Allegro Ristorante was the best place they ate at all week. The food and service was absolutely outstanding. One of the clients even said that he wants to bring his wife to visit Toronto and when he does he is taking her here for dinner.
